Abstract

Cada estacion de base de un sistema de telefonía celular incluye un dispositivo medidor de potencias de senal operable para sintonizar y efectuarmediciones de potencia de senal no solo en las frecuencias asignadas a otras células, sinotam bién en sus propias frecuencias asignadas. El dispositivoefectua las mediciones en aquéllas de sus propias frecuencias que tienen canales de tráfico inactivos en espera, a fin de obtener una indicacion acercade la interferencia de enlaceascen dente inyectada. Luego se evalua un punitorio por interferencia respecto de la interferencia de enlace ascendentemedida correspondiente a esas frecuencias que tienen más que una cantidad de umbral de canales de tráfico inactivos enespera . Las mediciones ajustadascorrespondientes a las frecuencias asignadas a la célula luego se clasifican en orden relativo de la interferencia de enlace ascendente medida (ajustada)de canales de tráfico con intrevalos de tiempo inactivos enespera r especto de una frecuencia con la máxima interferencia (ajustada). Luego se seleccionaun canal de tráfico inactivo en espera para la asignacion ya sea en el establecimiento de la llamada o en el transpaso del servicio de lafrecuenciacon la mínima interferencia (ajustada).
