Abstract

La forma farmacéutica para la administracion de paclitaxel comprende dos botellas diferentes, una de las cuales contiene una solucion etanolica depaclitaxel y la otra contiene una solucion etanolica de Cremofor EL, Cremofor EL-P o de una mezclade las dos; se intenta que el contenido de estas botellasse mezcle, al menos en el momento de dar la inyeccion al paciente, y además, el proceso para la preparacion de una composicion de paclitaxel estable lista parausar.
