Abstract
Una mezcla de piquera destinada a ser utilizada en una piquera para metal fundido, provista de una mayor resistencia tanto contra el desgaste como contrala corrosion, que permita una prolongada sangría de hierro y reduzca el taladrado difícil. La mezcla para piqueras de la presente invencion secaracteriza por comprender un material base refractario en una cantidad del 65 al 92% en peso y un ligante en una cantidad del 8 al 35% en peso,consistiendo el ligante en un alquitrán de hulla anhidro que tiene un contenido fijo de carbono del 32,5% en peso, o más.
