Abstract

Formas farmacéuticas aptas para ser ingerida en los casos de motilidad alterada con el fin de mejorar el vaciamiento gástrico que contiene como unicocomponente activo microcelulosa para cubrir total o parcialmente los requerimientos de fibras no digeribles en la dieta de humanos y animales. Espreferible que el peso de la microcelulosa oscile por debajo de 300.000 para permitir un mejor vacimiento gástrico. Estas preparaciones de microcelulosason aptas para actura como ingrediente dietético en todas pas patologías en las que está contraindicado la absorcion de fibras debido a la irritacion queproducen las fibras cuyo peso molecular es superior a 300.000. También es apta en aquellas condiciones en las que la absorcion de fibras debería mantenerse oaumentarase, pero está contraindicado debido al riesgo de mala absorcion que ellas inducen en el calcio y hierro.
