Abstract

Un tratamiento y metodo de reciclaje de residuos de cuero, rechazado por las curtiembres e industrias del calzado, y su uso en la produccion demateriales mixtos. El proceso es de la siguiente manera trituracion de residuos de cuero, encolándolosc on resina y catalizadores, luego, la combinacionobtenida se coloca y presiona en moldes de varias formas. La combinacion puede presionarse entre moldes metálicos y/o directamente sobre subcapas para formarmadera terciada. El producto resultantetien e un aspecto delicado, sin necesidad de detalles de acabado. El proceso puede utilizarse en la produccionde materiales con características adecuadas para ser aplicado en varias industrias, tales como muebles, arquitectura civile ind ustria automotriz,teniendo la ventaja de la calidad estética, a prueba de sonido y propiedades de aislacion y propiedades de aislacion de calor.
