Abstract

La invencion provee un proceso eficaz paa acondicionar pastas que comprenden por lo menos 40% en peso de surfactante anionico. La pasta seacondiciona mediante la mezcla de polvo de sulfato de alquilo con la pasta surfactante en unarel acion de por lo menos 1 parte de polvo a 100 partes depasta. Este paso de acondicionamiento aumenta la viscosidad de la pasta surfactante. La pasta acondicionada se procesa en aglomerados mediante lagranulacion con polvos mejoradores dedete rgencia en donde la relacion de pasta de alta viscosidad a polvo mejorador es 9:1 a 1:5. Este proceso permite que seformen aglomerados detergentes con alta actividad surfactante.
