Abstract

Una máquina combinada para la producción dual de hielo triturado y helados, que comprende un cilindro de procesamiento 10, provisto con medios de agitación7 y con medios para la expedición del producto final, un cirquíto de refrigeracióny medios 8 para la operación de dicho medios de agitación 7, enel cual dicho circuito de refrigeración comprende un evaporador 1 en intercambio de calor con dicho cilindro de procesamiento 10, un compresor 2, uncondensador 3, un filtro 4,y medios 5 para controlar la expansión del fluído refrigerante, donde dichos medios de control 5 comprenden una válvulade expansión termostática 105 y un tubo capilar 205, insertado en paralelo en el cicuíto, así como medios de encendido 115,2 15, ubicados en loscicuítos de flujo de dichos medios de control.
