Abstract
Separador y limpiador integrados (2) para separar partículas sólidas suspendidas en vapor y para limpiar residuo adsorbido y arrastrado de laspartículas sólidas que comprenden: un recipiente separador (3) que posee una zona de lechofluidiz ado primario (10) y un inyector primario (12) parainyectar en la zona de lecho fluidizado primario (10) un gas para fluidizar o limpiar partículas sólidas; un ciclón primario vertical (6), que posee unapared lateral cilíndrica (15) yestá cerrado en su extremo superior por medio de una cubierta (17) provista de una abertura de salida (19) y abierto en suextremo inferior, dicho ciclón primario (6) está también provisto de una entrada (24) para recibir una suspensión departículas sól idas y vapor; yun primer conducto de salida (30) para brindar un trayecto de flujo desde la abertura de salida (19) del ciclón primario (6), donde el extremo inferiorabierto (32) del ciclón primario (6) se proyecta hacia abajo enla zona de l echo fluidizado primario(10) en manera tal de formar una zona de lechofluidizado secundario (35) dentro del extremo inferior abierto (32) del ciclón primario (&),y donde se provee acordemente un inyector secundario (41)parainyectar en la zon a de lecho fluidizado secundario(35) un gas para fluidizar o limpiar partículas sólidas.
