Abstract

A) Mezclar el sulfato de alquilo secundario (2,3) en forma de partículas con ingredientes detergentes en polvo para obtener una masa homogénea quetiene 10% en peso de alquil sulfato secundario. B)Mezclar el polvo obtenido en A), con una pasta surfactante para obtener una masa plástica; C) extruir lamasa obtenida en B) a través de un orificio, obteniéndose, fideos de detergente que tienen un diámetro de 303-1.500 micrones; D)Cortar los fideosde C), obteniéndose partículas que tienen una longitud de 300-3 cm; E) revestir las partículas del paso D), con ayuda de flujo libre; F)Opcionalmente, ajustar el tamano de las partículas revestidas de E) en 300 - 2000.
