Abstract

Se describen composiciones de resina fenólica que se endurecen con ácido y composiciones de novolaca modificadas con 5 hasta 15% en peso de al menosun diluyente reactivo seleccionado del grupo formado por alcohol bencílico, éter bencílico, etilen glicol, 1,3-butilen glicol, monoaril o metilalil éteresde poli(metilo)alcanos, monoaril éter de glicerina, alil o metilalil glicidil éter, arilamina N-acilada, naftilamina N-acilada, arilsulfonamida N-sustituida,arilamina N-sustituida. El diluyente reactivo puede usarse para mejorar la resistencia al impacto y la flexibilidad a la resina fenólica que se endureceen ácido. Preferentemente, los métodos para modificar la vida de lamezcla de la resina fenólica que se endurece en ácido por medio del uso de fosfito dearilo y alcohol bencílico y los métodos para modificar las resinas de novolaca, así como también los métodos para preparar las composiciones presentes, ytambién se describen productos como porejemplo, tubos de filamenteenrollado y paneles laminados, que utilizan la composición.
