Abstract
Se describe un proceso para la produccion de celulosa a partir de materias primas vegetales que contienen celulosa haciendo reaccionar dichas materiasprimas con agentes de digestion, que comprende una reduccion de tamano preliminar de dichas materias primas para obtener un material bombeable y untratamiento con calor de dicho material, dispuesto en una capa delgada y que se mantiene en un estado de alta turbulencia, con por lo menos un agente dedigestion. El tratamiento antes mencionado se lleva a cabo preferentemente en un turborreactor y produce una mezcla de fibras de celulosa y de agente dedigestion utilizado, a partir de la cual se obtienen fibras de celulosa listas para ser usadas en la industria papelera por medio desubsiguientes fases delavado y separacion. El proceso descripto es especialmente adecuado para la produccion de celulosa a partir de plantas anuales con altos rendimientos, entiempos muy cortos y con costos sustancialmente reducidos en comparacion con los procesos conocidos.
