Abstract

Un pulverizador con bomba de pre-compresión comprende un pistón hueco y un vástago de émbolo que tiene un conducto de pasaje de descarga y un extremoinferior agrandado que forma un asiento de válvula de descarga, pasando el vástago a través delpistón para movimiento alternativo entre una posicióninactiva y una posición final de carrera, calzando el pistón con el asiento de válvula en una posición cerrada de descarga, forzando un resorte primarioel vástago del émbolo hacia su posicióninactiva, y forzando un resorte secundario del pistón para calce con el asiento de la válvula de descarga,siendo el asiento de la válvula de forma cónica o curvada, y teniendo el pistón un resalto que define una válvula de descarga para únicamente contactar elasiento de válvula según una línea circular delgada sin deslizamiento para abrir y cerrar rápidamente y nítidamente el conducto de pasaje de descargadurante la actuación del émbolo.
