En référence à la figure 1 , il est représenté schématiquement un dispositif de musculation 1 selon un premier mode de réalisation de l’invention. Le dispositif de musculation 1 comporte une partie centrale 2 s’étendant longitudinalement selon un axe central 3. La partie centrale 2 est destinée soit à être saisie par la main de l’utilisateur souhaitant exécuter un exercice de renforcement musculaire au niveau de l’un des bras soit à accueillir l’un des pieds de l’utilisateur lorsque le dispositif de musculation est attaché à un ou plusieurs liens accessoires. La partie centrale 2 est sensiblement de forme cylindrique, elle peut présenter une section pleine ou tubulaire. Dans un exemple de réalisation particulier, elle est faite en métal, par exemple en acier inoxydable, son diamètre est d’environ 35 mm et sa longueur d’environ 100 mm. La partie centrale 2 comprend en outre un premier épaulement 4 et un second épaulement 5 disposés au niveau d’une première extrémité 22. Une première portion cylindrique 6, s’étendant également longitudinalement selon l’axe central 3, est agencée entre le premier épaulement 4 et le second épaulement 5. La partie centrale 2 comprend, au niveau d’une seconde extrémité 23, un troisième épaulement 7 et un quatrième épaulement 8. Une seconde portion cylindrique 9, s’étendant également longitudinalement selon l’axe central 3, est agencée entre le troisième épaulement 7 et le quatrième épaulement 8. Le dispositif de musculation 1 comporte également un lien de base 10 solidaire de celui-ci. Le lien de base 10 est disposé de part et d’autre de l’axe central 3. Ainsi, le lien de base 10 présente une première partie 11 disposée d’un côté de l’axe central 3 et une seconde partie 12 disposée de l’autre côté de l’axe central 3. Dans un exemple de réalisation, le lien de base 10 est une sangle, par exemple en tissu ou en matière plastique sous forme de fibres, la sangle étant maintenue solidairement à la partie centrale 2 au moyen de coutures 13 réalisées de part et d’autre des première et seconde portions cylindriques 6,9. Avant la réalisation des coutures 13, la sangle présente au niveau de sa partie médiane une première ouverture et une seconde ouverture. La première ouverture est disposée autour de la première portion cylindrique 6 et entre le premier épaulement 4 et le second épaulement 5 et la seconde ouverture est disposée autour de la seconde portion cylindrique 9 et entre le troisième épaulement 7 et le quatrième épaulement 8. Les coutures 13 sont ensuite exécutées afin de solidariser la sangle à la partie centrale 2. Les épaulements ont pour avantage d’empêcher la sangle de glisser lors de l’utilisation du dispositif de musculation 1. Dans le premier mode de réalisation présenté sur la figure 1, le dispositif de musculation 1 comporte un premier poids 15 disposé entre un premier écrou 14 et le premier épaulement 5. Il est possible d’ajouter d’autres poids afin d’augmenter la difficulté de l’exercice de musculation. Un second poids, non représenté sur la figure 1, est disposé entre un second écrou 16 et le quatrième épaulement 8. Les premier et second écrous 14, 16 sont vissés contre les premier et second poids afin de les maintenir fermement en place durant l’exercice de musculation. Le dispositif de musculation 1 comprend en outre un premier embout fileté 17 et un second embout fileté 18, mieux visible sur la figure 2. Le premier embout fileté 17 comporte un premier filetage extérieur 19 et un second filetage extérieur 20. Le second embout fileté 18 comporte un premier filetage extérieur 24 et un second filetage extérieur 25. Le dispositif de musculation 1 est représenté sur la figure 1 avec le premier embout fileté 17 vissé dans un premier filetage intérieur (non visible) agencé dans la première extrémité 22 de la partie centrale 2 et avec le second embout fileté 18 vissé dans un second filetage intérieur (non visible) agencé dans la seconde extrémité 23 de la partie centrale 2. Pour chaque embout fileté, les premiers filetages extérieurs 19, 24 sont aptes à recevoir un ou plusieurs poids et un écrou 14, 16. Pour chaque embout fileté, les seconds filetages extérieurs 20,25 sont destinés à être vissés respectivement dans les premier et second filetages intérieurs. Le lien de base 10 comporte en outre un moyen d’accrochage destiné à l’accroche d’un lien accessoire. Dans un exemple de réalisation, le lien de base 10 est une sangle comportant un moyen d’accrochage tel qu’un anneau d’accroche 21 monté pivotant par rapport à la sangle. Le dispositif de musculation 1 permet ainsi d’être utilisé en tant qu’haltère, la sangle n’étant pas utilisée lors de cet exercice de musculation. La sangle reste néanmoins solidaire de la partie centrale 2. Le dispositif de musculation 1 , selon le premier mode de réalisation de l’invention, est représenté sur la figure 5 dans une configuration ne comportant pas les premier et second embouts filetés 17, 18. Par conséquent, pour cette configuration, les poids et écrous ne sont pas présents. En accrochant l’anneau d’accroche 21 à une ou deux sangles en suspension, l’utilisateur a la possibilité de réaliser des exercices de musculation permettant de muscler d’autres parties du corps. Par exemple, il peut accrocher un premier dispositif de musculation 1 à une sangle et un autre dispositif de musculation à une autre sangle, les sangles étant fixées, par exemple, à un élément fixe tel que le plafond de la pièce dans laquelle se trouve l’utilisateur, l’utilisateur posant ensuite un pied dans chaque dispositif de musculation 1. Il peut aussi tenir dans chaque main un dispositif de musculation 1 afin de réaliser d’autres exercices de renforcement musculaire. En référence maintenant à la figure 3, il est représenté schématiquement un dispositif de musculation 30 selon un second mode de réalisation de l’invention identique au dispositif de musculation 1 selon le premier mode de réalisation, excepté que le premier épaulement 5 est remplacé par un premier épaulement 35 comportant un évidement cylindrique orienté perpendiculairement à l’axe central 3, le quatrième épaulement 8 est remplacé par un quatrième épaulement 38 comportant un évidement cylindrique orienté perpendiculairement à l’axe central 3, les évidements cylindriques étant destinés à recevoir chacun une goupille 39 comportant chacune un anneau 40, et le premier embout fileté 17 et le second embout fileté 18 sont respectivement remplacés par un premier embout fileté 47 comportant un élément mâle parallélépipédique 50 et un second embout fileté 48 comportant un élément mâle parallélépipédique 53. Une forme de réalisation de ces embouts filetés 47, 48 comportant des éléments mâles parallélépipédiques 50,53 est représentée sur la figure 4. Cet embout fileté comporte une partie filetée extérieurement 49 et un élément mâle parallélépipédique 50, telle qu’un cube ou un parallélépipède rectangle.
