Due to the crimes related to the Taxicab, females that are afraid to take the taxicab in the dead of night and in situations when an important item has gone missing by leaving it in the Taxicab when getting out of the taxicab, then in most cases one could not find the specific Taxicab, but by allowing only the taxicabs whose taxicab driver's information has been sufficiently verified and registered taxicabs to connect to the system, also the taxicab that the Customer has boarded can be inquired at anytime thus more effort will go into the aspects of Safety, Risk of Loss, and improvement of service, that the Customer can be rest assured and use the Taxicab Conveniently.

Therefore the purpose of this invention is to provide a system that completely verifies before hand the Taxicab and Taxicab Driver's information and allowing only the taxicab and driver that conforms with the necessary and indispensable requisites being granted the right to approach the system after again going through Member authentication using the registered Wireless Terminal, and also When the Customer or the Taxicab registers the destination and the fare, then the other party can search and select the Terms of a condition and negotiate the fare. Taxicab Driver(601 ) Connects(602) to the Internet using a registered Wireless Terminal and goes through the Driver Authentication(603) then Taxicab and Driver Information Data is automatically Loaded(605), and the Destination is Selected(607) and other reference matters (On the way for a Shift change, On the way going home from work, etc) is lnputted(608), Desired Taxicab Fare is lnputted(609) and select Register, then Taxicab's Location(βi O) can be automatically tracked using LBS(61 1 ) and is registered to the Request Taxicab DB(613), registered taxicab's Wireless Internet connection is closed (614) then is processed as the Taxicab having canceled the registration^ 5). When the customer Selects (616) from the registered taxicab list, and accepts (617) the taxicab's desired fare, then the negotiations are completed (618). Taxicab Driver's Desired Fare is modified and a counter offer has been made(619), and if the taxicab agrees(620) to the counter offered fare, and the negotiation is completed(618), otherwise, from a Stand-By Status (616) receives the transmission of the Identical customer's or other customer's acceptance or counter offered fare and the negotiation is completed(618), Customer's phone number is transmitted (621 ) and makes a telephone call to the Customer to verify (622) the exact location then move and Board the customer(623) and travels(624) to the destination. If the GPS Navigator that is connected with the HQ's System is installed (625), customer's phone number and information on the Customer's Destination is automatically Displayed (626) on the GPS Navigator and the Destination Route is Displayed (627) upon departure without any complicated text input and is not only convenient, but even in case Customer is drunk and fallen asleep it is possible to arrive (624) at the accurate destination.
Figure7a and Figure7b is a Customer's Work Flow Diagram of a Taxicab naming the fare and searching for a customer, Customer (701 ) uses the Registered Wireless Terminal to Connect(702) to the Internet and gets a Member Authentication(703), and Selects(707) the Destination and decides, Taxicab's Type(709), Driver's Gender and Age can be Selected(71 1 ), but for the Driver's Safety, only the Female Customers can select a female driver, If the range of the Desired Taxicab Fare is lnputted(713) and lnquired(714), then the Taxicab List that matches the inputted Conditions are Displayed(717), If there are not any inquired taxicab, search by changing the query conditions and inquiry scope is expanded(718) and also inquire, If the Inquiry Result is displayed(717), considering the match to the customer's Current situation the taxicab is selected(719) and if the taxicab's offering fare is reasonable, dispatches(721 ) the OK signal, and if there one feels that there is a need for the taxicab's offered fare to be adjusted, then the Taxicab Fare to be counter offered is transmitted(723) and if the Taxicab accepts(724) than Negotiations are completed(722), and if the Taxicab turns down (724) the offer, again goes to the Taxicab Inquiry Result(717) and either selects the identical Taxicab or a different taxicab is selected, and accomplishes Fare negotiations.
If the Negotiations are complete(727), Customer receives (726) Driver's Information (Photos can be included as well) and Selects(728) whether to send the taxicab information to someone close, such as a family member and if it is being dispatched, recipient can either be selected(729) from the list that was registered at the time of the member registration, or inputs(732) the Phone number of the recipient can be inputted(732) and the message is dispatched(731 ), and the Family Member, etc(733) that received the message connects to the wired/wireless internet(734) and if a member, gets Member Authentication(736), and if not a member, after getting the Individual Authentication(739) and Member Authentication(740) and then Subscribes(737) to the Customer's Location Inquiry and can get the Location Information verified(741 ), In this case, without the Customer's authentication, the reason the location verification is possible without any additional authorization from the customer is that at the time of joining as a member, the customer agreed to the provision(738) that the person receiving the message can track the location for a set time and the customer consents to such act. And the Customer can revoke the right of the third party that received the message to inquire the location information at anytime, either when the customer arrives at the destination or if needed.
If the Negotiation has been Completed(722), the Taxicab Driver that were forwarded (742) the Customer's Phone Number telephones(742) the Customer and gets an exact and detailed explanation of the exact location, and when the Taxicab arrives, gets in the taxicab(743) and Arrives at the destination. After arriving at the destination the customer can perform an Evaluation of the Taxicab Driver, and if the Evaluation has been accumulated as being delinquent, the Driver can be force booted out of and stripped of the Taxicab Membership benefits thus blocking further connection to the system.
FigureδaHI- Figureδb is a Work Flow Diagram for allowing the customer to inquire about a taxicab prior to getting into the taxicab and selecting a taxicab that can be used with a peace of mind that the Customer(801 ) Discovers(802) an Empty Taxicab and Connects(804) to the Internet using a registered wireless terminal, and receives Member Authentication(805) then lnputs(807) the Taxicab Number to inquire, then is lnquired(808). If it is a vehicle with an issue or a stolen vehicle (812), from the server an automatic Theft/Stolen Vehicle Report is filed with the police (813) and if not a Safe Taxicab, can select (814) a different taxicab and make an inquiry. If it is a safe taxicab and a normal vehicle(815), receives the information regarding the Taxicab and Driver (can include photos) and receive(816), Select(817) whether to forward taxicab information to someone close, such as a family member, and if it is to be dispatched, either Select(818) from the list that was registered at the time of the membership registration or additionally lnput(821 ) the recipient's Telephone Number and dispatch the message, and family members that received the message(821 ) Connects(823) using either a Wired/Wireless Internet, and if a member, receive the Member Authentication(825), and if not a member goes through the Individual Authentication(828) and Member Authentication(829) and Subscribes(826) to the Customer's Location Inquiry and can verify(830) the location information. In this case, the reason for the Location Verification being possible without any additional authorization from the customer is that this will be preceded by getting an agreement to the provision (827) that the customer must consent to location tracking for a set time to the recipient of the message at the time of the customer joining the membership. And the customer, when he/she arrives at the destination or it is needed at anytime, can revoke the right of the third party message recipient to request location information inquiry.
Also after getting in the taxicab(831 ), In the event (833) that the GPS navigator that is connected with the HQ's System is installed on the Taxicab, If the Customer selects(833) the information supply about the destination, information on the destination is automatically displayed (834) on the GPS Navigator, and without a complex text input, with the departure, the destination route is displayed(835) and it is not only convenient, but also if the customer is drunk and passed out asleep, it is still possible to arrive(836) at the exact destination, and after arriving at the destination, it is possible to carry out an evaluation (837) on the taxicab driver, and if the evaluation accumulates as being delinquent, the taxicab member can be forcefully removed from the Taxicab Membership and be revoked of the right to connect to the system.
Figureθ is a Work Flow Diagram of a system that allows the Third Party that did not get in the Taxicab, Inquiring the Taxicab and notifying the person aboard the taxicab. Usually there are large numbers of instances where if a Friend gets in the Taxicab, then the Friend that is left notates the Taxicab Number. However instead of simply notating the taxicab number, the Third Party (Friend) Inquires the Taxicab Information and be able to confirm the Taxicab Number and other Information. First, the Customer Taking The Taxicab (901 ) and a Third Party Customer (902) Discovers (903) an Empty Taxicab. When the Customer(901 ) gets in the taxicab(904) and departs, then the Third Party Customer(902) c Connects(906) to the Internet using the Registered Wireless Terminal and goes through the Member Authentication(907); Inputs the Taxicab Number to be Inquired about; When the Taxicab number has been inputted, then lnquire(909), if a Stolen Vehicle(912), Third Party Customer(902) lnputs(913) the Wireless Terminal Number of the Customer Taking The Taxicab. Thus a Message is Dispatched(914) to the Customer Taking The Taxicab indicating that it is a Stolen Vehicle, and a message including the Customer information and Vehicle Information is Forwarded(916) to the Police. If the Customer Taking the Taxicab is a Member (917) Customer's Location can immediately be Inquired (918) using the LBS (919) that Police can be mobilized and the suspect Arrested (920). Also if the Customer Taking The Taxicab is not a Member(917), Police can lnquire(921 ) Customer's Location using the Wireless Terminal Number and be mobilized to make the Arrest(920).
If not a stolen vehicle(912), after verifying(922) whether or not it is a safe taxicab and taxicab information, a message is dispatched(923) to the Customer taking the taxicab(901 ), then the Customer Taking The Taxicab(901 ) verifies (925) the message that was received, then Customer Taking The Taxicab(901 ) is a member(926) and allows(927) the person him self's location tracking, and the customer(902) that is a third party, a message is dispatched(928) and the third party customer that has received the message subscribes(929) to the location inquiry of the customer aboard the taxicab, and is possible to verify (931 ) the location information. The reason why it is possible to verify the location without any additional customer's authorization is that an agreement will be reached at the time of joining as a member under the stipulation(930) that the member consents to the person receiving the message to be able to track the location. And the customer can revoke the third party's that has received the message, right to inquire the location at anytime.
Figure 10 is a Work Flow Diagram for registering Stolen Taxicab and Vehicle's Location verification if the HQ's Taxicab Member gets a Taxicab stolen, if the Stolen Vehicle Registration(1001 ) has a registered Wireless Terminal(1002), Connects (1003) to the Wireless Internet through the Wireless Terminal and receives member authentication (1004) and registered as being Stolen(1006), if it has been stolen along with the wireless terminal, a theft report is filed(1010) with the Police Department, and the Police Registers the vehicle as Stolen(1006) or if a Company Taxicab(101 1 ) notifies(1014) the Company, and registers as being stolen(1006) and if not a HQ's Taxicab member, can connect to the Police Headquarters' Stolen Vehicle Database(1008) and can updated 009) in real-time the Taxicab's Stolen Information thus whether the taxicab is a stolen taxicab can be inquired regardless of the Taxicab membership status of the HQ.
Stolen Vehicle's Discovery(1020) happens if the Wireless Terminal that is already Connected to the Taxicab is powered on and enabled(1021 ), then Track(1022) the location of the Applicable Taxicab's Location using the LBS Service to Arrest the Suspect and Recover(1023) the Taxicab; if the power supply on the Wireless Terminal is turned off, the customer Discovered 024) an Empty Taxicab and either before getting in the taxicab or after getting in the taxicab, at the instant that the third party customer lnputs(1025) the Taxicab Number to Inquire about, and at the instant when it is lnquired(1026), if the Taxicab is Registered(1027) as a Stolen Vehicle then the Vehicle Information and Location Information are Immediately Forwarded(1028) to the Police and it is possible to Arrest the Suspect and Recover(1023) the Vehicle.
Especially, in regards to the flowcharts in figures from Figure 4a to Figure 7b where the Taxicab Fare is being negotiated, the reason why there are not any inquiry procedures for whether the Taxicab is a Stolen Vehicle or a Problem Vehicle is because it is very rare for a Taxicab Driver to lose the Wireless Terminal along with the Taxicab, and even if both were lost, if the driver does not know the password during the Member Authentication it will be impossible to connect, and not only that when the Mobile Phone is turned on for member authentication and connecting, then it is possible to automatically track the Location and immediately Taxicab Information and Location Information is forwarded to the Police Department, and It is possible to arrest the suspect and recover the vehicle that it is very unlikely that any problems would exist due to the vehicle being a stolen taxicab when the customer uses the negotiation system and gets in the taxicab.

Claim 1.
In linking the Taxicab and its Driver's Information,
Private Taxicab's Consolidated Driver DB Registration is performed by getting an
Individual Authentication Connected with the Wireless Terminal, then registering with it the Taxicab Information, Driver Information and the Connection Password;
Company Taxicab's Consolidated Driver DB Registration Stage at which the
Individual Information and Connection Password is registered after the Driver first gets the Individual Authentication connected with the Wireless Terminal;
Stage at which the Taxicab Company inputs the Company Information and the vehicle information on the Taxicabs in possession after going through the Company
Authentication;
Stage at which when a Driver joins the Taxicab Company, then the hiring Taxicab
Company registering Taxicab Company to the Driver's Information;
The process of the Driver connecting to the Internet using the Registered Wireless
Terminal and goes through the Driver Authentication then linking the assigned taxicab information and his/her own information and registering to the Consolidated
Driver Database.

In regards to the process of terminating a Company Taxicab's Driver from the
Consolidated Driver DB:
A Method of the Registered Driver terminating himself using a Registered Wireless
Terminal to connect to the Internet;
A Method in which the Taxicab Company Connects to the Internet and Terminates the Applicable Driver's Registration.

In regards to the Customer calling the Taxicab and designating a Fare and Negotiating the Fare,
Steps involved in the Customer using a Registered Wireless Terminal for Member Authentication and sequentially selecting the Destination, the type of the Taxicab, Gender of the Driver and the Driver's Age Group,
Phase where any other reference matters are inputted and registering the desired fare by inputting the desired;
Process involved in utilizing the LBS to verifying Current Customer's Location then saving to the Requesting Customer Database.
Claim4.
In regards to the previous Claim 3,
Stage at which the Driver Connects to the Internet using the Registered Wireless
Terminal for Driver Member Authentication, then Automatically retrieving Driver
Information and Vehicle Information;
Stage at which the Driver inputs the Desired Destination and the Sphere of area to be inquired;
Step in which the Current Taxicab's Location is confirmed using the LBS then searching the Customer;
Step in which the Customer is searched with the perimeters, and If there is a customer that corresponds to the Applicable Search Perimeters, the List is
Displayed and if there aren't any customers that match the condition, the scope of the condition is broadened and re-searched;
Step where if the Inquired Customer List exists, selecting the Customer and either agreeing to the fare that the Customer designated or entering a Counter offer fare;
A process of completing the fare negotiation either by the Taxicab Driver agreeing to the Fare proposed by the customer or the customer agreeing to the fare that
Taxicab Driver Counter-Offered.

Pickup the Customer to have the customer board the taxicab; Steps involved in Arriving at the Destination and evaluating the Taxicab Driver's Service; A measure of stripping and revoking a Taxicab Driver of his/her membership rights if the scores on the Service Evaluations are Very Low.

Stage of a Customer dispatching a message to close acquaintances such as Family
Member;
Steps involved in the person that received the Message connecting to the
Wired/Wireless Internet and getting Member Authentication;
A system of granting the authority to inquire the Customer's Current Location without any additional authentication process to the person that received the message, thus in the case that the customer's expected arrival time has lapsed or if anxious, the person that received the message can inquire the Locations.

Steps Involved in Setting the Destination with out a complicated procedure to select the destination or having to input it into the system and is Automatically Display;
GPS Navigator refers to A Device that displays the departure and Destination route regardless of the Status of the Customer.

In regards to the Taxicab designating the Fare and searching for a customer and negotiating a fare with the Customer,
Stage in which the Driver connects to the Internet using the Registered Wireless
Terminal and goes through the Driver Member Authentication and the Driver
Information and the Vehicle Information is automatically retrieved;
Stage at which the Destination and other reference data are entered and the desired fair is entered,
Process at which the Taxicab's Current Location is verified using LBS then registering to the Request Taxicab DB.

In regards to the previous Claim 8, Stage at which the Customer connects to the Internet using the Registered Wireless
Terminal and goes through the Member Authentication process, then sequentially selects the Destination, the Type of the Taxicab, Gender of the Driver Gender and the Age Group;
Stage at which the range of the Desired Fare is inputted,
Steps involved in Searching for Taxicabs after Confirming the Location of the
Customer's Current Location by utilizing the LBS;
Stage at which should there be Taxicabs that conform with the Applicable Condition then the list is displayed and if it does not exists, searching again after modifying the search criteria;
Stage at which should there be an Inquired Taxicab List, then select the Taxicab and either the Taxicab agrees to the Registered Fare or inputting a Counter Offer
Fare;
A Process of the Customer either agreeing to the Fare or the Taxicab agreeing to the Customer's Counter-Offer Fare and Completing the Negotiation.

Regarding the Customer inquiring the Taxicab Information before getting in the
Taxicab and using only the Safe-Taxicab,
Steps involved in the Customer Discovering the Taxicab and Connecting to the
Internet using the registered Wireless Terminal and going through the Member
Authentication Process,
Stage at which the Vehicle Information and Location Information is automatically reported to the Police if the Vehicle is a Stolen Vehicle when the Taxicab Number is
Inputted and inquired by the Customer;
If not a Stolen Vehicle procedure involved in verifying that the taxicab is registered as a Safe Taxicab and getting in the Taxicab.

In regards to the system of a Third Party inquiring the Taxicab Information and notifying the Customer aboard the Taxicab:
Phase where a third party that is a close acquaintance of the Customer Taking the Taxicab together discovers the Empty Taxicab and the Customer takes the Taxicab; Phase where a Third Party receives Member Authentication by using the Registered Wireless Terminal and Connecting to the Internet; Stage where a Third Party Inputs the Taxicab Number and Inquires and if it is a Stolen Vehicle, the Location and Vehicle Information is automatically reported stolen;
If it's a Stolen Vehicle and the Customer Taking the Taxicab is a Member, then by the Third Party automatically being granted the authority to Inquire Location; In case of a Stolen Vehicle and if the Customer Taking The Taxicab is a Non- Member, then the Police/Authorities requesting and inquiring the Customer's Location from the Telecommunications Company;
Process involved in Dispatching and mobilizing the Police to the Traced Location and recovering the Stolen Vehicle and Arresting the suspect.

In regards to the previous Claim 1 1 ,
Stage where a Third Party forwarding the result of the inquired Taxicab Information to the Customer Taking the Taxicab as a Message;
Stage of the Customer Taking the Taxicab is a Member and allowing the Location
Tracking by selecting the Call Back URL attached to the Message;
Stage of the Third Party receiving the message that it is possible to track the
Location;
A procedure for The Third Party that received the Message being able to inquire the
Location in case the time that the customer should arrive has passed or is anxious.
Claim 13.
In regards to the Procedure for registration and reporting and Recovery of the
Stolen Taxicab;
For the procedures involved in getting the Taxicab Stolen and registering the taxicab as stolen:
If the Driver has a Registered Wireless Terminal, steps involved in registering the taxicab as stolen after going through the Member Authentication;
If the Taxicab is a Company Taxicab, the Company connects to the Internet and goes through the Company Authentication process and then going through the process of registering as stolen;
Steps involved in Filing a Stolen Taxicab report with the Police and registering the taxicab as stolen in situations when the Wireless Terminal has been stolen as well and all other situations. Claim 14
In Regards to the Previous Claim #13,
A Method of Arresting and Recovering Taxicab through Taxicab's Location Tracking if the Mobile Phone is powered on in the Taxicab;
Customer Discovers an Empty Taxicab, and when the Taxicab is being queried, the
Location and the Vehicle Information of the Taxicab is reported to the Police;
A process of moving to the reported Location and Arresting the Suspect and
Recovering the taxicab.
