Существует способ предупреждения рецидивов заболевания у больных простым герпесом (см. патент РФ №2354364, A61K 31/194, A23L 1/29, А61Р 31/22, опуб. 10.05.2009 в бюл. №13), предусматривающий назначение больным в межрецидивном периоде болезни комплекса мероприятий, направленных на снижение кислотности кожи и слизистых, включающего: специальную диету, способствующую сдвигу рН тканей и биологических жидкостей в щелочную сторону, потребление большого количества питьевой воды - до 3-4 л в сутки, ограничение потребления продуктов, обладающих «закисляющими» свойствами, соли и солений, исключение из питания пищевого уксуса и продуктов его содержащих, при этом в период высокого риска развития рецидивов болезни дополнительно назначают ежедневный пероральный прием 0,25%-ного раствора лимонно-кислого натрия по 100 мл в час на протяжении 10 ч, при этом через каждые две недели проведения противорецидивных мероприятий назначают перерыв длительностью в 5-7 дней. Недостатком известного способа является возможность его применения ограниченным кругом лиц, находящихся в оптимальных бытовых условиях и под наблюдением врачей-специалистов. Заявляемый способ базируется на фактическом материале, полученном авторами при подготовке и проведении высокогорных походов за период с 2013 по 2017 г.г. У всех пациентов собирали анамнез о давности заболевания простым герпесом, локализации и площади высыпаний, количестве рецидивов в течение года и условиях их возникновения. Было установлено, что у подавляющего числа пациентов высыпания площадью от 1 до 2 см2 локализовались в зоне носогубного треугольника, на коже и слизистой оболочки губ и носа.The inventive method is based on the actual material obtained by the authors in the preparation and conduct of high-altitude trekking for the period from 2013 to 2017. Пациенту в течение последней недели апреля 2017 года проводили рекомендуемые нами по заявляемому способу физиотерапевтические процедуры, после которых он с 1-го по 14 мая принял участие в горном походе в Приэльбрусье. Пациенту в течение 7 дней июня 2017 года проводили рекомендуемые нами по заявляемому способу процедуры физиотерапевтической профилактики, после которых он с 1-го по 20 июля принял участие в горном походе в Приэльбрусье, завершившемся восхождением на Восточную вершину Эльбруса (5620 м).
