(Industrial Application Field) The present invention relates to a conductive paste that can be baked at low temperatures, can sufficiently withstand electrolytic plating, and has even greater adhesive strength. (Prior Art) Silver-based conductive pastes that can be baked at low temperatures are used as electrodes in ceramic electronic components, such as ceramic capacitors, and in hot wire heaters for automobile rear windows. The conductive film obtained by baking is sometimes subjected to plating for the purpose of protecting its surface. This is because if soldering is performed on the surface of the conductive film in that state, silver will diffuse into the solder, which is what is called solder eating, and the adhesive strength with the board may deteriorate or wire breakage may occur. This is because there are times when Further, the acid resistance of the conductive film is weak, and properties such as conductivity and adhesive strength may deteriorate due to oxidation or sulfidation, and this is to be prevented. Actually, Cu
An electrolytically plated film is formed, and an electrolytically plated film of Ni is formed thereon, or an electrolytically plated film of Sn, Pb-Sn, etc. is formed on top of the electrolytically plated film of Ni. In addition, it is difficult to obtain a silver-based baked-on type conductive film with a resistivity of 2.5 × 10 -6 Ω・cm or less. An electroplated Ni film is formed as needed. (Problems to be Solved by the Invention) However, when a strongly acidic plating solution is normally used at the stage of forming an electroplated film, a phenomenon has been observed in which the glass frit contained in the conductive film is eluted by the acid. Furthermore, the glass frit was reduced by the hydrogen generated during the formation of the electroplated film on the conductive film, and a phenomenon was observed in which the adhesive strength between the substrate and the conductive film was extremely reduced. As a way to deal with this, the following measures may be taken: 1. Adding noble metals such as Pt, Pd, Rh, etc. 2. Using alloy powders of Ag and Pt, Pd, Rh, etc. 3. Electroplating Methods 1 and 2, however, increase the specific resistance of the conductive film; Method 4 will increase costs.Another method is to make the plating bath pH 3 or higher, which is close to neutrality, but there is a problem in that it is difficult to control the plating bath composition. Purpose) Therefore, the purpose of the present invention is to eliminate the drawbacks of the conventional conductive paste described above. (Structure of the Invention) That is, the gist of the present invention is to A conductive paste is prepared by kneading a low-melting glass frit with acid resistance into an organic varnish, and the mixing ratio (wt%) of the silver powder as a solid component and the low-melting glass frit with acid resistance is 75:
The acid-resistant low-melting glass frit is a conductive paste having the following composition. PbO 50-78% by weight SiO 2 15-40% by weight B 2 O 3 1-4% by weight Al 2 O 3 3% by weight or less If necessary, at least one of TiO 2 , Na 2 O, and K 2 O Each species contains less than 3% by weight. As the silver powder contained in the conductive paste, those with an average particle size of 10 μm or less, especially those with an average particle size of 5 μm or less are used as a thick film baking paste. Further, as a low melting point glass frit having acid resistance, a lead borosilicate glass frit containing alumina is used, but its composition range is limited as follows. In other words, if PbO is less than 50% by weight, the melting point will not be such that it can be baked at low temperatures, and if it exceeds 78% by weight, acid resistance will not be obtained. When SiO 2 is less than 15% by weight, acid resistance cannot be obtained, and when it exceeds 40% by weight, the melting point cannot be reached at which baking can be performed at low temperatures. If B 2 O 3 is less than 1% by weight, PbO, SiO 2 , Al 2 O 3
It prevents vitrification and crystallizes, resulting in 4% by weight
If it exceeds this, acid resistance will be extremely reduced. Al 2 O 3 acts as a substance that gives viscosity to acid-resistant low-melting glass frit, and if it does not contain Al 2 O 3 , the viscosity disappears, and the conductive film obtained by baking becomes thinner and becomes acid-resistant. If electroplating is performed, the adhesive strength of the baked coating will be reduced. On the other hand, if it exceeds 3% by weight,
It has a high melting point and cannot be baked at low temperatures. Additionally, TiO 2 , Na 2 O, and
At least one kind of K 2 O is added in an amount of 3% by weight or less, but TiO 2 is added in an amount of 3% by weight or less.
If the content exceeds 3% by weight, the melting point becomes high, and if the content of Na 2 O exceeds 3% by weight, the acid resistance deteriorates, and the K 2 O
If it exceeds 3% by weight, the viscosity will increase, adhesive strength will decrease, and acid resistance will decrease. In this conductive paste, the mixing ratio (wt%) of silver powder as a solid component and acid-resistant low melting point glass frit is required to be in the range of 75:25 to 95:5. The reason for limiting the mixing ratio to this is as follows. In other words, if the silver powder content is less than 75% by weight and the glass frit content exceeds 25% by weight, the specific resistance of the conductive film obtained by baking will be as high as 15 × 10 -6 Ω・cm or more, and the adhesive strength against acids will be saturated. It will now show the value. On the other hand, if the silver powder exceeds 95% by weight and the glass frit exceeds 5% by weight, the adhesive strength between the baked conductive film and the substrate will vary significantly, making it impossible to obtain stable and sufficient adhesive strength. Further, the mixing ratio (% by weight) of the solid component consisting of silver powder and acid-resistant low-melting glass frit and the organic varnish is selected within the range of 90:10 to 45:55. The reason for choosing this mixing ratio range is as follows. In other words, organic varnishes have solid components in paste form that can be screen printed. For example, cellulose dissolved in cellosolve is used, but if the organic varnish is less than 10% by weight, it will be difficult to apply or bake. If the content exceeds 55% by weight, the conductive film will be as thin as 3 μm or less, resulting in poor conductivity and acid resistance. (Examples) The present invention will be described in detail below with reference to Examples. Example 1 A paste was prepared by mixing raw materials of silver powder, glass frit, and organic varnish each having an average particle size of 2 μm in the composition ratio shown in Table 1. The glass frits shown in Table 1 had the following compositions A and B. A: PbO 67% by weight, SiO 2 30% by weight, B 2 O 3 2
Weight %, Al 2 O 3 1 weight % B: PbO 65 weight %, SiO 2 30 weight %, B 2 O 3 2
% by weight, 0.5% by weight of Al 2 O 3 , 0.5% by weight of TiO 2 , 1% by weight of NaO, 1% by weight of K 2 O This paste was printed on the surface of a glass substrate and then baked at a temperature of 600° C. for 5 minutes. After baking, the resistance value of the conductive film was measured. Next, we applied copper electrolytic plating using a copper sulfate bath so that the resistance value was 2Ω, and then applied nickel electrolytic plating using a nickel sulfate bath, soldered the terminals, and measured the adhesive strength. The results are shown in Table 1. The resistance value is the value in an area of width 0.3 mm and length 300 mm. A practical value for adhesive strength is 20 kg/cm 2 or more. Note that the * mark in Table 1 is outside the scope of this invention, and the others are within the scope of this invention.

である。[Table] As is clear from Table 1, the mixing ratio (weight%) of silver powder and glass frit, which are solid components, is 75:25.
~95:5, and when the mixing ratio (wt%) of solid component and organic varnish is in the range of 90:10 to 45:55, it has good conductivity and has high adhesive strength even when electrolytically plated. A conductive film has been obtained. The adhesive strength of Sample No. 1-1 is 40 Kg/cm 2 or more, which means that if the adhesive strength exceeds 40 Kg/cm 2 , the glass substrate will be destroyed and measurement will be impossible. Example 2 63% by weight of silver powder with an average particle size of 2 μm, glass frit
A paste was prepared by mixing 75% by weight of a solid component consisting of 12% by weight and 25% by weight of an organic varnish. The glass frit used had a composition adjusted to the ratios shown in Table 2. A ceramic substrate was used as the substrate, and then a conductive film was formed on the ceramic substrate in the same manner as in Example 1, and after electrolytic plating was applied, the adhesive strength was measured and the results are shown in Table 2. . The resistance value of the conductive film after baking is approximately 12Ω.
The resistance value of each sample is not shown because it was adjusted to the 2Ω level after plating. In addition, those marked with * in Table 2 are outside the scope of this invention, and the others are within the scope of this invention.
