本発明は、一般式(1)で表わされるジブロモニトロア
ルコール化合物と3.3.4.4−テトラクロロテトラ
ヒドロチオフェンL1.t−ジオキシド〔以下、化合物
(n)と略称する。〕とを含有し、両者の化合物が有す
る殺菌効果の相乗効果を利用する新規な−[業用殺菌剤
に関する。本工業用殺菌剤は、紙パルプ製造に関係ある
