Abstract
Description
この方法によれば、各瞬間において、
伝達すべき最大トルクの指定値が定義され、
連結装置のアクチュエータの実際の位置が測定され、
伝達される最大トルクの指定値と、アクチュエータの実際の位置の測定値と、当該瞬間における連結手段の動作法則とを用いて、連結装置のアクチュエータに送られる指定値が決定される。
連結手段の動作に係る第一の基準法則と、少なくとも連結手段の動作に係る第二の基準法則との間の補間によって得られる、各瞬間における連結手段の動作法則が使用され、
その使用に応じた連結手段の動作の変化を考慮に入れるために、連結手段の動作法則の補間の自動適応化が行われる。

Claims (13)
- 原動機によって駆動される入力シャフトと、時間に依存する連結手段の動作法則(Cemb=Cemb(Xemb;t))に従って連結装置のアクチュエータの位置(Xemb)に応じて最大トルク(Cemb)を伝達することのできる、出力シャフトとの間の連結装置を調整する方法であって、この方法によれば、各瞬間において、
伝達される最大トルクの指定値(Cemb,cons)が定義され、
連結装置のアクチュエータの実際の位置(Xemb,mes)が測定され、
伝達される最大トルクの指定値(Cemb,cons)と、アクチュエータの位置の実際の測定値(Xemb,mes)と、瞬間tにおける連結手段の動作法則(Cemb(Xemb;t))とを用いて、連結装置のアクチュエータに送られる指定値(Xemb,cons)が決定され、
連結手段の動作に係る第一の基準法則(Cemb1(Xemb))と、少なくとも連結手段の動作に係る第二の基準法則(Cemb2(Xemb),Cemb3(Xemb))との間の補間によって得られる、瞬間tにおける連結手段の動作法則が使用され、
その使用に応じた連結手段の動作の変化を考慮に入れるために、連結手段の動作法則の補間の自動適応化が行われる方法。 - 瞬間tに連結装置が伝達することのできる最大トルクの開ループにおける推定値(Cemb,bo(t))と、瞬間tに連結装置が伝達するトルクの閉ループにおける推定値(Cemb,bf(t))との差の積分によって連結手段の動作法則の補間の自動適応化が行われることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の方法。
- 連結手段の動作法則を決定するために使用される、瞬間tにおける中間動作法則(Cemb,int(Xemb;t))を、補間関数α(Xemb;t)を用いた補間によって決定するために、少なくとも第一の基準法則(Cemb1(Xemb))と第二の基準法則(Cemb2(Xemb))との間の補間が行われ、補間関数が第一の利得Kαを使用して適応されることを特徴とする請求項2に記載の方法。
- 補間関数(α(Xemb,t))が、連結装置のアクチュエータの位置Xembから独立していることを特徴とする請求項3に記載の方法。
- 補間関数(α(Xemb,t))が、連結装置のアクチュエータの位置(Xemb)に依存し、連結装置のアクチュエータの位置の変化範囲が、複数の区間に分割され、区間ごとに補間関数の適応が行われることを特徴とする請求項3に記載の方法。
- 補間関数の平滑化が行われることを特徴とする請求項5に記載の方法。
- 連結装置の瞬間tにおける動作法則(Cemb(Xemb;t))が、連結装置の瞬間tにおける中間動作法則(Cemb,int(Xemb,t))に等しいことを特徴とする請求項3から6のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 第一の基準法則が、連結手段が新しく冷たい場合の連結手段の動作法則であり、第二の基準法則が、それが新しく熱い場合の連結手段の動作法則であり、さらに、補間係数βを使用して、瞬間tにおける中間動作法則と、磨耗した連結装置に対応する第三の基準法則(Cemb3(Xemb))との間の補間が行われ、第一の利得Kαと符号が反対で、第一の利得よりも絶対値が小さい第二の利得Kβを使用して、補間係数βが適応されることを特徴とする請求項3から7のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 連結装置の寿命の間において継続的に第二の補間係数βの適応が行われ、装置の使用期間ごとに、各使用期間の始めに再初期化することによって第一の補間係数αの適応が行われることを特徴とする請求項8に記載の方法。
- 連結装置が制御されたクラッチであることを特徴とする請求項1から9のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 連結装置が、パワートレイン、特に、自動車両のハイブリッドパワートレイン中に組み込まれることを特徴とする請求項1から10のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 調整手段を備える、クラッチのような入力シャフトと出力シャフトとの間の連結装置において、前記調整手段が、請求項1から10のいずれか一項に記載の方法を実施するように適合されることを特徴とする連結装置。
- 自動車両のパワートレイン中に組み込まれることを特徴とする請求項12に記載の連結装置。
