Abstract

770,626. Containers. SIMONIZ CO. Nov. 1, 1954 [March 25, 1954], No. 31487/54. Class 66. The liquid-tight container 20 of sheet material houses an inner container 26 of sheet material having a top member 28 with an opening 28b therein, the two containers being so united that the top member 28 of the inner container is in engagement with the underside of a top portion 22 of the outer container, and such that the opening 28b in the inner container is in register with an opening in the top member 28 of the outer container. Both containers may have screwthreaded pouring spouts 24, 25 to receive threaded end caps and the spouts may differ in diameter. The spouts are spaced apart and terminate at the same height to facilitate stacking. The pouring spout 24 of the inner container 26 may be soldered as at 30, to the top 22 of the outer container so as to suspend the inner container therefrom. The containers are preferably of a sheet metal material such as steel.
