  1. Arrangement for increasing the adhesion coefficient at a rail vehicle,
    - having a rail-vehicle wheel, having a cleaning device and having a rail which is travelled on by the rail vehicle,
    - in which the wheel of the rail vehicle is coupled to the cleaning device such that the cleaning device acts on the wheel according to requirement,
    - in which the cleaning device is arranged and designed in such a way that moisture adhering to a wheel running surface is at least reduced before the wheel running surface makes contact with the rail,
    - so that an adhesion coefficient in the region of contact of the wheel running surface with the rail is increased,
    - in which the cleaning device has at least one compressed-air outlet through which compressed air is directed to the wheel running surface, and
    - in which the compressed-air outlet is arranged at the height of the wheel axis.
  2. Arrangement according to Claim 1, in which the cleaning device is arranged and designed in such a way that the moisture adhering to the wheel running surface is removed by drying.
  3. Arrangement according to Claim 1 or 2, in which the cleaning device is arranged and designed in such a way that dirt adhering to the wheel running surface is reduced or removed.
  4. Arrangement according to one of the preceding claims,
    - in which the cleaning device is coupled to a track-conditioning unit,
    - in which the track-conditioning unit applies an auxiliary medium, preferably sand or air, to the rail in order to additionally increase the adhesion coefficient.
