Description

The present invention relates to a method for parameterizing an elevator installation, information being displayed and input via a user interface, which is connected to a control of the elevator installation, in order to set a desired function of the elevator installation. Furthermore, the invention relates to an elevator system with a controller and a handset with a user interface for inputting information for parameterizing the elevator system.

Elevator systems are known from the prior art, which have one or more elevator cars. Elevators are for the purpose of carrying people and / or loads in a building from one stop on one floor to another stop on another floor. To make this possible technically, the elevator system has a large number of technical components such as drive, elevator car, cabin doors and landing doors. In order to enable the interaction of all technical components, the elevator system also has a controller.

A structure of an exemplary elevator installation and a method for controlling such an elevator installation are already off DE 102 32 275 A1 known. In addition revealed CN 103 466 401 A a parameter setting system for an elevator system, which also includes a mobile input and output unit in the form of a smartphone in addition to a stationary server.

In order to achieve a desired operating behavior of the elevator system (functions such as approaching the floors), a fitter must parameterize the elevator system. Parameterization means that the installer sets the desired function of the technical components of the elevator installation. For example, the functioning of the positioning system must be adjusted so that the stops are approached flush. Under a fitter here should be understood any kind of person who makes adjustments to the elevator system and not only served for the purpose of transport. This can be, for example, a system installer, a control installer or a service technician.

Anzahl der angefahrenen Etagen, gesetzliche Vorschriften die einzuhalten sind etc.).In order to allow the installer to parameterize the elevator installation, the control system has a user interface. Under a user interface is here to understand any input / output means, such as a screen with keyboard or a touch screen. Information is then displayed on this user interface and entered by the fitter to set a desired function of the elevator installation. Information means any type of value that describes or influences the behavior of the elevator system (for example, number of floors served, legal requirements to be met, etc.).

The parameterization of the technical components is carried out according to the prior art according to the technical structure of the elevator installation. For example, the exact function of the drive or doors is set. For cross-component tasks, such as the optimization of the energy consumption of the entire elevator system, the installer must therefore independently navigate in a variety of component menus, and make there settings. For example, in one drive menu he has to reduce the speed of the elevator car and optimize the standby consumption of the system in another menu in order to implement his actual task "optimizing the energy consumption of the elevator system".

The fitter must therefore set the desired function for each individual component in a vendor-specific menu structure in order to be able to solve his actual overall task. He must therefore navigate through a variety of menus and submenus and know the menu structure of the controller exactly to be able to implement the desired task. Depending on the parameterization task, between five and eight different menus and submenus often come into play, which sometimes have to be set in combination with tables. The fitter easily loses the orientation and overview in this activity, so that it is difficult for him to optimally implement the desired task. In this respect, fitters relatively often contact the hotline of the manufacturer to obtain appropriate assistance, or the elevator system is not parameterized ideal. This can lead to performance or loss of function.

The invention is therefore based on the task of facilitating the parameterization of the fitter and thereby faster and easier to achieve optimum function of the elevator system.

The solution of this object is achieved with the method according to claim 1 and with the elevator system according to claim 12. Advantageous developments of the method according to the invention and the elevator installation according to the invention are described in the subclaims.

According to the invention, this object is achieved in that the method for parameterizing the elevator installation has the following steps:
In a first step, possible parameterization tasks, structured from function to component, are displayed to a user on the user interface.

In a second step, a specific parameterization task is selected.

In a third step, a function menu relating to the parameterization task is displayed by the controller, which has input fields for information to be entered and output fields which display information about the state of the system.

In a fourth step, information to be entered in the same single corresponding function menu for the parameterization task is entered into the input fields, adjustments can be made to the components of the elevator installation, and information about the current state of the installation is displayed via the output fields 32a-e.

In a fifth step, the settings made are stored in the controller so that the elevator system subsequently performs the desired functions during operation.

The method according to the invention is therefore based on the knowledge that it is possible to completely detach from the previous type of parameterization by no longer working from the technical component to the function but, conversely, from the function to the component. As a result, the knowledge of the menu structure is no longer necessary. Thus, the above-described, highly complicated, previous parameterization is greatly facilitated for the fitter, thereby achieving faster and easier optimal functioning of the elevator.

It is essential to recognize that the parameterization is not based on technical components but on specific parameterization tasks. A parameterization task is to be understood here as meaning that the installer is to optimize the elevator installation in such a way that it consumes as little energy as possible, transports a maximum number of passengers in minimum time, or carries out the desired function in the event of a fire.

The parameterization method according to the invention eliminates the confusing and complicated parameterization steps which are necessary according to the prior art. The mechanic Instead, it simply selects the parameterization task it desires and can then make all the settings required for this task in a single corresponding function menu.

As this function menu also displays information about the current state of the lift system, the installer also has immediate feedback on how his settings affect the system. For example, it can immediately recognize which terminals of the controller are occupied or which voltage is present without changing the menu.

It may be advantageous that after selecting a Parametrierungsaufgabe which is preferably referred to as "fire mode", a function menu for parameterizing the performance of the elevator in case of fire is displayed.

Such a parameterization is necessary so that the elevator system performs the desired functions in the event of a fire and the country-specific legal regulations are adhered to.

In a further development, it can be provided that after selecting a door setting parameter assignment task at least one, preferably called "door table" function menu is displayed in which setting the door function at least one of the steps, "Select floor", "select door side", "applicable door Select "," Select door coupling ".

When configuring the elevator system, the fitter must in fact set for each floor which doors should be actuated. This succeeds effectively with this function menu. First, the floor is selected. If the elevator has several doors on several sides, then the corresponding door side and the appropriate door type are selected. If several doors are to be opened at the same time (for example, to allow a passage), the door coupling can also be set.

It can be advantageous for the display of the user interface to use a handset which is spatially separated from the elevator and its control and which is wirelessly connected to the control.

Such a handset has the advantage that the fitter can move freely in and around the elevator system and is not tied to the position of the controller. As a handset can be used, for example, a kind of tablet computer with touch screen or any other input / output means.

Further, after selection of a floor-related function menu in a handset positioned in portrait format, multi-floor information is displayed in such a way that it relates to the vertical section of the elevator installation, preferably displaying several floors. This offers the fitter a good overview.

In addition, it can be advantageous that, after selecting a floor-related function menu, details of the currently selected floor are displayed in the case of a handset positioned in landscape format. This gives the fitter all the detailed information he needs for this floor.

It is advantageous if the change of the presentation of multi-floor information to floor-related information is preferably triggered by turning the handset by about 90 °.

This ability to change the presentation by turning the handset provides the installer with an effective means of quickly and intuitively switching between different forms of display. For example, in portrait format, an overview of all floors of the lift system from the basement to the attic could be displayed. If a floor is now selected and the handset is then rotated 90 ° to landscape orientation, special floor information of this one floor will be displayed. This could be, for example, the exact door settings, couplings of the doors and the like.

It may be advantageous for at least one function menu to display and activate a "favorites symbol", thereby associating this function menu with a favorites menu. This allows the installer to put together his personal favorites menu. This makes even faster parameterization of the lift possible.

It may be advantageous for at least one function menu to display a "help" symbol and to activate it by activating a menu explanation. Such an aid symbol can greatly facilitate the work of the fitter. For example, frequently asked questions can be listed there. As a result, the fitter gets a quick help and at the same time does not have to use the cost-intensive resources of a hotline. At the same time, the fitter is prevented from making the wrong adjustments, because, for example, menus or information are unclear to him, but he nevertheless makes adjustments without asking the hotline. The psychological hurdle to call a menu explanation is much lower than calling a hotline. This further improves the quality of the parameterization.

It may be advantageous that a "split-screen" symbol is displayed on the user interface and the user interface is optically split into two sub-operating units to be operated independently of each other by activating the symbol. This split-screen function offers the advantage that the installer has two operator interfaces that can be operated independently of each other, which allows him even greater flexibility in the parameterization.

In addition, the possible parameterization tasks (30, 40) are displayed on the user interface (24) structured according to topic areas. Especially with a high number of parameterization tasks, the fitter is thus facilitated to find the required parameterization task. For example, topics such as "Info and diagnostics", "Settings", "Give driving commands", "Users", "Commissioning and testing", "System optimization" or "Lift group" are to be provided.

By means of such an arrangement, a minimum number of main topics can be assigned a maximum number of parameterization tasks. At the same time, the main topics mentioned allow an intuitive parameterization of the elevator system, as the fitter, who is to carry out a parameterization task, can easily assign this parameterization task quickly and clearly to one of the mentioned key topics.

On the device side, the object is achieved by an elevator installation with a controller and a mobile unit having a user interface for inputting information for parameterizing the elevator installation, wherein the elevator installation has at least one data memory and one computing unit which are configured such that the method described above is implemented by means of a can be executed on the data store stored data processing program.

The controller is a computer on whose arithmetic unit a data processing program runs, which sends output values as control signals to the technical components of the elevator installation. This controls the elevator components in the desired manner (e.g., frequency converters, doors, signals). In addition, the controller receives signals from sensors of the elevator installation (for example light barrier). Only through the interplay of control, actuators (e.g., motor) and sensors (e.g., photocell) does the desired function of the elevator system be achieved.

In order to set the manner in which the elevator system works, the corresponding information is stored in the controller by means of the user interface. The user interface can be any input and output means, for example a touch screen or a screen with a keyboard.

It may be advantageous that the user interface is connected via a cable or a wireless connection with the control of the elevator system, the arithmetic unit of the controller acts as a web server and the user interface as a web interface using a standard browser, on a control panel, preferably a handset represented so that the parameterization process can be performed.

Such a structure has the advantage that as a control panel any technical device can be used on which a standard browser is running. For example, it is also possible to use a normal smartphone with a screen for parameterizing the elevator installation. Thanks to the wireless connection, the installer can also move freely in and around the lift system and check, for example, parallel to the parameterization on the control panel directly at special locations, whether the technical components then also execute the set tasks.

In Fig. 1 an elevator installation 1 with an elevator control 2 is shown. Fig. 1 is intended only to provide an overview that shows that a variety of technical components such as landing doors, elevator car doors, elevator car, drive, etc. are controlled by the elevator system controller 2.

Fig. 2 shows a detailed view of the elevator control 2 from Fig. 1 , with a connected handset 23 for parameterization of the elevator system 1. The elevator control 2 is wirelessly connected by means of WLAN 22 to the handset 23. The controller 21 is with the technical Components (drive, doors, etc.) of the elevator system 1 connected to control these. The controller 21 is arranged in the present case in a cabinet. However, it may also be attached to any other suitable location of the elevator installation. The controller 21 is here a computer with a data memory and a computing unit to record data, store, process and output.

The handset 23 is in the present case a portable minicomputer whose front consists of a touch-sensitive screen (touchscreen), which forms a user interface 24. By means of this touch screen, the input and input of information from / to the handset 23 and then from / to the controller 21. By means of the user interface 24 of the handset 23 performs a fitter the parameterization of the elevator system 1.

As in Fig. 3 shown activates the fitter to first the user interface 24 of the control panel. Thereupon possible parameterization tasks 30, 40 are displayed on the user interface 24. In the present case, these are, for example, the parameterization task "Fire Mode Operation" 30 and the parameterization task "Door Table" 40. The installer first selects the parameterization task "Fire Mode Operation" 30 in order to parameterize the fire behavior of the elevator installation 1.

The function menu "Fire Mode Operation" 31 will then be displayed, as shown, for example, in Fig. 4 is shown. This function menu has input fields (31a - 31d) for information to be entered and output fields (32a - 32e) which display information about the state of the elevator installation 1. Thus, for example, input in the input field 31a is via which standard the activation of the fire mode operation takes place and, for example, displayed in the output field 32e, whether a fire detector is connected to the terminal of the controller 21.

In addition to the settings in the function menu 31, the fitter can also make adjustments to the components of the elevator installation. For example, a fire alarm could be connected to the terminals of the controller 21. In return, the installer receives in the function menu 31, e.g. in the output field 31e, immediately from the controller 21, the feedback that the fire detector has been successfully connected.

If all settings have been made in the function menu 31, these are stored in the controller 21 by actuating the "store and back" input field 25. Thus, the fire behavior of the elevator system 1 is quickly and easily parameterized.

In Fig. 5 Furthermore, the function menu "door table" 41 is shown. Here, the fitter can set the correct function of all doors of the elevator system. For this he selects, for example, in the input field 41a, the floor to be set. He then selects the required door page for this floor in the input field 41b. He then selects the desired door type in the input fields 41c-41e, as well as the door coupling required in the input fields 41f-41h. If necessary, the installer repeats the above steps for the remaining floors. By pressing the "Save and Return" input field 25, the inputs are then stored in the controller and leave the function menu 41 again.

Thus, all settings have been made in a single function menu 31 and 41, respectively, which are necessary for the parameterization of the fire operation or the doors. The installer does not have to navigate through a variety of different and confusing component menus (for example, landing doors, car doors, etc.). He can thus perform his parameterization task quickly, easily and completely, without having to change to different menus. As a result, an optimal function of the elevator system is ultimately ensured and the system is also ready to work faster.
