Description

TRAGEFALTSCHACHTEL folding box
Technisches GebietTechnical area
The invention relates to a carrying folding box, consisting of a bottom and a box shell, which is formed from side walls, and a lid, according to the preamble of the first claim.
Stand der TechnikState of the art
Carrying cartons are available in many different embodiments, each of which can be used for different purposes. Usually folding cartons are made of solid cardboard or corrugated cardboard. For example, EP 0 774 418 A1 describes a carrying folding box in which the carrying handle is formed from two mutually adjacent flaps which are extensions of two opposite side walls. The disadvantage of such a carrying folding box is that it is not possible by the arrangement of the carrying handle on its upper side to stack these carrying folding boxes, for example, for transport to each other. Furthermore, for example, in DE 297 05 904 U1 a folding box is described with a support device, which consists of two handles, which are each folded out of a ceiling wall part. The folding box described is characterized in that the handle from the lower ceiling wall part, which is inserted through a punched in the upper ceiling wall part, the box, which manages without adhesive or other fastening means holds together. The disadvantage of this carton is that it is not closable when not unfolded handle or falls apart. As a result, such a carton is not suitable for in larger amounts to be stacked for transport. A further disadvantage of the folding box described is that it has an unfastened opening into the box interior when the carrying device is folded out, as a result of which the contents are not optimally protected.
Darstellung der ErfindungPresentation of the invention
The invention has for its object to provide a stackable carrying folding box, which has a closable opening into the box interior.
According to the invention, this is achieved by the features of the first claim.
The core of the invention is thus a carrying folding box consisting of a bottom and a box casing, which is formed from side walls, and a lid with a fold-out carrying handle for carrying the carrying folding box, wherein the lid is constructed of an upper level and a lower level, wherein from the upper level a first handle and from the lower level a second handle are folded out in opposite directions, so that the two lower sides of the handles in the folded-out position lie directly opposite and together form the carrying handle for carrying the carrying folding box; and wherein the punch of the handle from the lower level of the lid forms an opening into the interior of the carrying folding box which is closable by a closing flap which is punched out on the upper level of the lid.
One advantage of the invention is, inter alia, that the carrying folding box has a fold-out carrying handle. The fact that the carrying handle is formed by simple punches from the two levels of the lid, the inventive folding carton can very easily, quickly and also be produced inexpensively on a common carton gluer.
When filling and when loading the filled carton box to the customer or the retailer, the carrying handle remains folded so that the carton can be handled like a standard folding carton construction without a carrying handle (for example according to the European Federation of Corrugated Board Manufacturers FEFCO 0201) The carrying handle can only be folded out as needed and therefore does not interfere with the upstream logistical sequences Carrying handle can be easily folded back when needed.
A further advantage of the invention lies in the fact that the carrying folding box is completely closed both when unfolded and when the carrying handle is unfolded, and that it has an opening into the interior of the carrying folding box, which can be closed by a closing flap. As a result, the box contents are always optimally protected, but can still be easily removed if necessary.
Further aspects of the invention are the subject of further independent claims. Particularly preferred embodiments of the invention are the subject of the dependent claims.

Weg zur Ausführung der ErfindungWay to carry out the invention
Figure 1 shows schematically a carrying folding box 1 consisting of a bottom 13 and a box shell 4, which is formed from the side walls 15, and a lid 3 with an unfolded carrying handle 2 for supporting the carrying folding box. The carrying folding box is completely closed due to the lid formed from two levels even when the carrying handle is unfolded, so that their contents are always protected during transport. For example, the carrying folding box 1 has the structure of a cuboid or a cube. In particular, it has the structure of a cuboid with two square bases, ie with a square bottom 13 and a square lid 3, on.
Figure 2 shows schematically a one-piece punching blank 5, from which the carrying folding box 1 can be created or erected. In principle, the punched blank can be configured both in one piece and in several parts. If the punched blank is in several parts, the individual parts are connected to each other to create the carton. This is done for example by means of an adhesive such as adhesive or adhesive tape, or by means of selective fastening means such as rivets, staples or the like. Preferably, the stamped blank, as shown in Figure 2, in one piece.
The creation of the folding carton 1 from a one-piece punching blank 5 is carried out by folding the punching blank 5 along the fold lines 14 and foldable points, and by subsequent bonding or otherwise securing the tabs 19a of the bottom 13 and the tabs 19b of the lower level 11 of the lid the inside of the wings of the side walls 15. To complete the folding carton 1, the upper level 6 of the lid is connected at its edge region with the lower level 11 of the lid, in particular glued or stapled together.
The filling of the carrying folding box 1 with its contents usually takes place during the production of the carrying folding box. For example, it is possible to wait for the tabs 19b of the lower level 11 of the lid to stick together and for the upper level 6 to be glued until the carrying-on box has been filled. A further preferred possibility is to glue the wings 20 of one of the side walls 15 only after filling with the tabs 19 a of the bottom 13 and those of the lower level of the lid 11. Of course, the carrying folding box can also be filled through the opening in the box interior 16, in which case the carrying handle 2 has to be folded out and the closure cap 8 has to be opened. This type of filling of the carrying folding box is particularly suitable for the reuse of the carrying folding box after its original contents have been emptied. The carrying folder can be made of different materials. If the box material itself is foldable, if necessary by attaching fold lines, the parts which are connected to one another via a fold line can be formed in one piece. If the box material itself is not foldable, the moving parts may be connected together via a foldable connector. For example, in this case, two adjacent rigid surfaces can be attached to each other with an adhesive tape to form a foldable element, it being understood by those skilled in the art that depending on the direction in which the element is being folded, a joint between the surface parts must be left free Folding is possible at all. For example, the box material is cardboard such as solid board or solid or corrugated board, paper, wood, metal, in particular light metal, plastic such as polyvinyl chloride, polyethylene terephthalate, polyethylene, polypropylene, polymethyl (meth) acrylate or polystyrene, fiber composite material or the like. In particular, the box material is cardboard, preferably corrugated board. Optionally, the cardboard of the carrying folding box is coated with a film, for example an adhesive film, or a lacquer. In particular, this is the case when the carrying folding box is to protect its contents from splashing water or rain.
Figures 3a to 8 show for ease of illustration only the lid 3 of the carrying folding box 1. In Figures 3a to 5b also the upper level 6 of the lid and the lower level 11 of the lid are shown separated from each other. In the case of the carrying folding box according to the invention, the upper level 6 and the lower level 11 are connected to one another along the edge, in particular glued or stapled together.
Figure 3a shows the upper level 6 of the lid, Figure 3b, the lower level 11 of the lid before the carrying handle 2 has been folded out. The solid lines show points at which the box material has been completely severed in the production of the punching blank 5. The dashed Lines represent fold lines 14, along which the folding of the box material, for example by perforations in places, is simplified. The Fingerlochausstanzung 10 facilitates the first fold out of the handle 7 of the upper level 6, the folding out of that. When folding out the first handle 7 from the upper level 6, this is folded out in a first step at the rear fold line 14c. As a result, access to the lower level 11 and thus also to the second handle 12 of the lower level is made possible. In a later state, the handle 7 is folded along the fold lines 14b. Preferably, the handle 7 and the handle 12 have the same shape.
The punch-out 17 for forming the handle 12 of the lower level 11, as shown in Figure 3b, is completely detached upon first use of the carrying folder 1 from the lower level. This facilitates the folding out of the handle 12 of the lower level.
Durch die entstehende Öffnung in der oberen Ebene des Deckels kann man auf die untere Ebene 11 sehen, wobei diese zur vereinfachen Veranschaulichung in ihrem Ausgangszustand, mit noch nicht herausgeklapptem Handgriff 12, dargestellt ist.FIG. 4a shows the partially unfolded handle 7 of the upper level 6 and the flap 8 which folds out for access into the interior of the folding folder 1 along the rear fold line 14c and the finger guard 9 which folds down along the fold line 14a. Through the resulting opening in the upper level of the lid can be seen on the lower level 11, which is shown for ease of illustration in its initial state, with not yet folded out handle 12.
At the point where the handle 12 and the punched portion 17 were located in the lower level 11 to form the handle 12, the opening is in the box interior 16 to recognize, by which the carrying folding box content can be removed or added.
In Figure 5a, the handle 7 of the upper level 6, shown in Figure 5b, the handle 12 of the lower level 11 in the respective positions, as they should be arranged to form the carrying handle 2. Figure 6 shows the upper level 6 of the lid 3, as it is arranged with folded handle 7 on the lower level 11 of the lid 3 with also unfolded handle 12. The finger guard 9 was already performed by the punch 17, but he was not fully folded up. The flap 8 is shown slightly open.
In Figure 7, the lid 3 of the carrying folding box 1 is shown, wherein the handle 7 of the upper level 6, the handle 9 of the lower level 11 and the finger guard 9 are arranged so that together they form the carrying handle 2 of the carrying folding box 1.
Eine derartige optionale Verschlussklappe 18 ist erleichtert die Entnahme von Inhalt aus der Tragefaltschachtel bzw. das Befüllen der Tragefaltschachtel.FIG. 8 shows a further embodiment of the lid 3 of the carrying folding box 1, wherein a further, optional closing flap 18 is formed in the lower level 11 of the lid. Such an optional closure flap 18 facilitates the removal of contents from the carrying folding box or the filling of the carrying folding box.
BezugszeichenlisteThe folding carton 1 according to the invention is suitable, for example, as packaging for goods which, on the one hand, are shipped in large quantities but later transported in smaller units. Particularly suitable is the carrying folding box for it, because it can be stacked as desired with unfolded carrying handle and then with individually folded carrying handle 2 is very handy for transporting. In this case, units of the transported goods can be repeatedly removed or added again through the opening in the cover 3, and yet the contents of the box are always protected by the closure flap 8. Of course, the transported in the inventive folding carton goods should be designed in their dimensions so that they can be removed through the opening into the box interior 16 or optionally by opening the optional flap 18. For example, such goods are adhesive or sealant cartridges or refill bags for application guns for adhesives and sealants. LIST OF REFERENCE NUMBERS
