Abstract
Description
The invention relates to a method for classifying bulk material according to the Preamble of claim 1.
Pneumatic classifiers can be a large number of different types, such as counterflow sifters, deflecting views, etc., which act approximately in the form of Zigzag sifters may embrace both principles. So while the counterflow sifter the classifying gas is directed in the opposite direction to the bulk material to be sifted is the direction of flow of the gas in the deflector in general across it. The present invention is now not intended to be in any particular way pneumatic classifier, because in all cases it works around the same problem, namely that the air energy to be supplied is very accurate is to be set. If it is too weak, then too little of the one to be separated becomes Fine fraction separated; if it is too strong, too many particles of the coarse fraction become excreted together with the fine fraction. This is particularly uncomfortable when different bulk material mixtures are repeatedly sighted so that the correct setting is generally only based on empirical Experiences and can only be approximated.
This is where the invention comes in, the aim of which is to achieve a desired optimal setting the air energy required for sifting (air volume, air speed) easily and quickly even with different bulk material mixtures to reach. According to the invention, this aim is achieved by the characteristic features of claim 1 achieved.
The proportion of the coarse fraction can be determined from the separation of the fine fraction in itself at any point, depending on the requirements rather an early point, e.g. immediately after the sifter, or a later one Point, e.g. in or after a downstream separator. Which one Location chosen depends on the required speed of the scheme, whereby If necessary, however, care should also be taken that they are not too fast is.
In principle, it does not matter how the proportion of the coarse fraction in the fine fraction determines becomes. For example, this could be done by sieving the cleaned goods and weighing (or volume determination) of the individual fractions. In order to but time is lost. This plays with relatively uniform bulk material mixtures less role and only leaves too many coarse particles in the fine fraction for too long reach. With less homogeneous mixtures, however, like with plastic granules, where occasionally quantities of a fine fraction have to appear in the classifier a correct setting of the gas energy can be found relatively quickly.
darstellt.
According to a further development of the invention, this is done most favorably by the features of
Sichters zeigt.Further details of the invention will become apparent from the following description an embodiment shown schematically in the drawing, the only figure being a diagram of the arrangement of a pneumatic Cleaner or classifier shows.
Prof.
Rumpf beschreibt, usw. anwenden.
soll.In this case, 2 denotes a pneumatic counterflow sifter, as it is, for example
has become known from DE-A-43 02 857, but the invention can be
as already mentioned, also on cross-flow sifters, deflection sifters, e.g. Prof.
Hull describes, etc. apply. In the
According to the invention, a baffle plate 1 can be arranged within the connecting piece 7,
to which the respective bulk fraction entrained by the gas flow in the

These frequencies are therefore a measure of those carried by the gas flow

Therefore, the sound of the baffle plate 1 ○ is fed to a sound analysis device FQIC + of a type known per se via a line L1 shown in broken lines, which also expediently contains a structure-borne sound microphone.
It should be mentioned here that the arrangement of a baffle plate, such as the baffle plate 1 ○, is preferred because the noise frequencies can be kept within a predetermined range, but that the material of the outlet connector 7 itself could also serve as a sound-emitting surface. Such a plate 1 ○ can also be easily arranged so that any coarse material fraction contained must surely hit it. When using the piping itself as a sound-emitting surface, there is also the fact that these have larger dimensions and are therefore more exposed to changes due to moisture and temperature, so that the FQIC + device would have to be standardized again and again.
As can be seen, an outlet line C2 is connected to the outlet port 7, and it is entirely possible within the scope of the invention, in this line C2, in addition or as an alternative to the baffle plate 1 ○, a
The line C2 then leads to a separator F2, which is symbolized here as a filter, but can optionally also be formed by a cyclone or any other separator, such as a zigzag sifter. In the area of this separator F2 there are then two further possibilities for attaching sound-emitting surfaces, such as baffle plates, namely at the inlet of the separator F2, at 3 ○, and at the outlet of the separator F2, at 4 ○. These baffles 3 ○ and 4 ○ are then connected to the device FQIC + via lines L3 and L4, respectively. All of the sound-emitting surfaces 1 ○ to 4 ○ can also be in operation at the same time or in part, because details of the size and composition of the fraction carried can be determined by multiple measurements of the sound.
Sichter 2 weg befindet.Which sound-emitting surfaces 1 ○ to 4 ○ are selected for the individual case
depends on the dimensioning of the system, the goods and the required control speed
from; because it is clear that the regulation sought according to the invention
the slower and slower (PI portion), the further the sound is emitted
Area 1 ○ to 4 ○ away from the cleaner or
In any case, the control unit FQIC + will deliver a sound analysis result which is compared in a comparator part V with a nominal value N which corresponds to a predetermined, permitted proportion of coarse fraction within the fine material fraction entrained by the gas. This comparison results in an actuating signal which is fed to an adjusting device M, for example an electric motor, for the control valve R.
In principle, the amount of gas does not have to be adjusted using the valve R because it is with classifiers on the relative energy of the gas flow in relation to the feed Bulk quantity arrives. It could therefore also have these two parameters regulation takes place, for example by changing the gas velocity or the bulk quantity, but the embodiment shown is preferred.
