Abstract
The present invention relates to a hair removal device, in particular an epilator, and a method for cosmetic body hair removal, wherein hair to be removed by cyclically driven, tweezer-like gripping elements gripped and pulled by a lifting movement of the gripping elements at least partially from the skin, the gripping elements moves apart cyclically, moved towards the skin, moved together and moved away from the skin. In departure from the hitherto pursued approach to continuously pull hair caught on an epilating roller hair in a single move, it is proposed not to pull the hair all at once, but to solve by several successive Mikrozupfbewegungen first the anchoring of the hair root and then piece by piece the respective hair pull it out. According to the invention, the hairs grasped by the gripping elements are pulled out of the skin in several strokes, between which the gripping elements are moved apart and moved closer to the skin for follow-up purposes and are brought back together again. Advantageously, the catching takes place so fast that the hair already pulled out a little bit can move back only insignificantly due to its viscoelastic anchoring of the hair root and in any case has not yet reached its starting position.

The The present invention relates to a process for cosmetic body hair removal, in the hair to be removed from cyclically driven, tweezer-like Gripping elements gripped and by a lifting movement of the gripping elements be at least partially pulled out of the skin, the Gripping elements cyclically moved apart, moved towards the skin, moved together and moved away from the skin. The invention relates a hair removal device, in particular an epilator, with at least a pair of tweezer-like movable gripping elements and a drive for generating a cyclic gripping movement of the gripping elements on each other to and away from each other and a cyclic lifting movement of the gripping elements for at least partially pulling out a gripped hair.

Of the The present invention is based on the object, an improved method of cosmetic hair removal and a to provide improved hair removal device of the type mentioned, avoid the disadvantages of the prior art and the latter in advance advantageously. In particular, a simply constructed Device are created by acting as perpendicular to the skin surface as possible Apply to the hair to be removed efficient hair removal with one as possible low pain perception allowed.
These The object is achieved by a Method according to claim 1 and a hair removal device according to claim 6 solved. preferred Embodiments of the invention are the subject of the dependent claims.
In departure from the hitherto pursued approach to continuously extract the hair trapped on an epilating roller in one go, it is proposed not to pull out the hair all at once, but first to loosen the anchoring of the hair root through several successive micro-picking movements and then piece by piece the respective one To pull hair out. According to the invention, the hairs grasped by the gripping elements are pulled out of the skin in a plurality of strokes, between which the gripping elements are moved apart and moved closer to the skin for follow-up and are brought together again. Advantageously, the catching takes place so fast that the already a little bit pulled hair can move back only slightly due to its viscoelastic anchoring of the hair root and has not reached its initial position in any case. The follow-up is repeated so quickly that the hair can not move back into its starting position fast enough, but is pulled out successively. By such a pulling out of the hair in several micro strokes, the pain sensation can be significantly reduced, also can be increased when removing extracted root component. Furthermore, even very short hair can be better grasped, since the gripping elements are repeatedly guided to the skin. In order to achieve the extraction of the hair in several strokes, according to the invention is proposed in device-technical sense that the drive of the gripping elements is designed such that within a cycle of movement, the lifting height of the closed gripping elements is smaller than the necessary movement to complete plucking a hair movement. The lifting height of the drive is thus limited so that the gripping elements are opened again before a hair detected by it is completely plucked out.
The Follow the gripping elements by moving apart, moving back the gripping elements against the picking direction and again moving together The gripping elements is in particular such that the same Gripping elements gripping out a hair to be picked multiple times without that meanwhile other gripping elements with the out to pick Hair would come in. Unlike a rotating epilator roller, do not stroke continuously successively different gripping elements over the hair or skin section to be processed, but the same gripping elements are oscillated back and forth.
This can be extremely small relative to the longitudinal direction of the hair root Plucking angle can be achieved, resulting in a higher root share than in usual Epiliersystemen can be removed with epilator. The lifting movement The gripping elements must not necessarily be in a translatory Oscillation movement along a perpendicular to the aforementioned fictitious work surface standing axis. In development of the invention takes place the lifting movement of the gripping elements at an angle between 30 ° and 150 °, in particular between 60 ° and 120 °, preferably 75 ° to 105 °, too the skin surface or the frontal work surface of the device, with the device to or above the skin surface feasible is. By training according to this Angle range is preferably plucked in hair growth direction. there also does not have the entire stroke in this angular range take place, especially if the lifting movement is not purely translational takes place along an axis of oscillation. Preferably, however, takes place the essential part of the lifting movement, in particular at least 2/3 the lifting height, in the aforementioned angular range. Alternatively, the tensile fineness be integrated in a roll, the tensile fineness perpendicular plucks, but the roller is rotatably mounted, so that in a hair growth direction deviating from the vertical to the skin surface in hair growth direction - through the superimposed Movement of roller and Zugfeinheit is plucked.
Around when gripping the gripping elements of the viscoelastic anchoring the hair root does not give the time to hair significantly back in to draw its starting position, the gripping elements in training the invention driven with a stroke frequency of more than 500 Hz. Further preferred is a drive frequency of the gripping elements of more than 1 kHz. As a result, the return movement takes place the gripping elements when Nachfassen so fast that the hair during this Time span in which they are not gripped by the gripping elements, move back only insignificantly can.
Around to facilitate such a high-frequency adjusting movement of the gripping elements, is provided in development of the invention that the opening and closing movement the gripping elements in the plane of the lifting movement of the gripping elements he follows. As a result, it is sufficient, the gripping elements biaxial to store mobile and / or form the drive biaxial. A spatial Movement or a third axis of motion is not required even if this is basically possible would.
To a particularly advantageous embodiment of the invention can thereby the lifting movement of the gripping elements substantially in the form of a flattened Ellipse take place, whose longitudinal axis advantageously at least twice as long as the transverse axis the elliptical trajectory. It goes without saying that it does not exactly described an elliptical trajectory in the mathematical sense must be, but also oval or similarly flattened trajectories can be provided which may also be a minor one spatial component, i.e. perpendicular to the plane of the ellipse.
In a preferred embodiment of the invention, the drive is designed such that the two gripping elements of each cooperating pair of gripping elements are driven on opposite, in the aforementioned sense substantially elliptical trajectories. The movement component parallel to the longitudinal axis of the elliptical trajectories causes the lifting movement, while the movement component causes the gripping movement of the gripping elements toward one another parallel to the transverse axes of the ellipse. It is understood that in this case the resulting trajectory of each gripping element is not really elliptical, at least in the sections in which the two gripping elements are pressed together. As an alternative to such an opposing movement of the two gripping elements Griffies a pair of gripper elements can in principle also be provided a co-axial movement path for these two gripping elements, in which case advantageously the movement centers of the two trajectories are sufficiently far apart, so that the gripping elements towards each gripping movement and run away from each other.
To an advantageous embodiment The invention can drive for the gripping elements are piezoelectrically formed. Especially can be provided piezoelectric actuators through which the gripping elements can be driven according to high frequency. Instead of Piezoaktuatoren come also linear motors or other high-frequency positioning systems as actuators in question. Also can alternatively two actuators per "ellipse" can be used.
In Development of the invention can the gripping elements to be attached to preferably plate-shaped carriers, which from each other independently at least biaxially movable. It can be on each carrier several Attached gripping elements each different pairs of gripping elements be. For example, you can the respective left gripping elements to be attached to the one carrier while the each right gripping elements of a pair of gripper elements on the respective second carrier are attached.
The preferably plate-shaped carrier for the Gripping elements can itself be mounted biaxially movable. Alternatively or In addition to this can the carriers also be elastically flexible such that the gripping and lifting movements of the gripping elements by elastic deformation the carrier is produced. In particular, you can the elastic straps deformed wave-shaped by piezoelectric actuators in itself be, whereby the attached gripping elements on the one hand to each other to or away from each other and on the other hand in Hubbewegungsrichtung to be moved.
