Firstly, the applicant needs to input a random verification code, the background system confirms the random verification code and then outputs a two-dimensional code for a user to scan the code, and the code scanning process can bring related WeChat information of a code scanner and upload the WeChat information to the background system for comparison. If the comparison is successful, the background system sends a command, the main control panel 125 opens the electronic lock 112 of the designated storage compartment 111, and when the user takes the digital certificate and closes the corresponding compartment door, the whole process is finished.
If the identity information is not verified correctly in the whole process, the user can push the user to receive error information to the mobile phone terminal of the applicant. Meanwhile, the related abnormal conditions can be recorded in a case for later inquiry.
To ensure the completeness and correctness of the operation, under the operation condition of the applicant, the terminal software of the control cabinet 12 starts the video recording operation when appropriate, starts the monitoring camera 126, and takes the facial picture of the operator for later inquiry and tracking.

The whole digital certificate returning process is divided into two parts, wherein the first part is finished at a mobile phone end, and the second part is finished at a control cabinet end.
