the information control system is connected with the mechanical control system and is used for matching the scene image and/or the fingerprint information with the identity information to obtain a matching result and sending an opening/closing instruction to the mechanical control system according to the matching result;
and the mechanical control system is used for opening and closing the lock body according to the opening/closing instruction.
2. The intelligent door lock of claim 1, wherein the information acquisition unit comprises a face acquisition module and a fingerprint acquisition module, wherein:
the face acquisition module is connected with the information control system and used for acquiring a scene image in the current scene and sending the scene image to the information control system;
the fingerprint acquisition module is connected with the information control system and used for acquiring fingerprint information in the current scene and sending the fingerprint information to the information control system.
3. The intelligent door lock of claim 1, wherein the identity information includes an identification number, facial information, and fingerprint information;
accordingly, the information control system is configured to:
comparing the identity card number with the existing identity card number of the resident to obtain a comparison result, determining the qualification of the residence according to the comparison result, and whether to acquire scene images or fingerprint information;
obtaining face information according to the scene image, and matching the face information in the current scene with the face information in the identity information to obtain a matching result;
and matching the fingerprint information in the current scene with the fingerprint information in the identity information to obtain a matching result.
4. The intelligent door lock of claim 1, further comprising a receiving module and a transmitting module, wherein:
the receiving module is used for receiving the identity card number of the resident sent from the outside;
and the sending module is used for sending out the scene image in the current scene.

An intelligent door lock system, comprising the intelligent door lock of any one of claims 1 to 4, a cyber-contracting room security management platform, a landlord terminal and a renting terminal, wherein the cyber-contracting room security management platform is a control platform based on a public security and public security management platform, and wherein:
the renting terminal is connected with the contracted building safety management platform and used for acquiring target housing information and tenant information and sending the target housing information and the tenant information to the contracted building safety management platform;
the network contract house safety management platform is connected with the landlord terminal and used for sending the tenant information to a public security and security management platform so that the public security and security management platform can audit the tenant information and feed back an audit report;
the network contract house safety management platform is further used for sending notification information to the landlord terminal after determining that the identity of the lessee is normal according to the audit report;
the landlord terminal is used for feeding lease confirmation information back to the network-contracted room safety management platform according to the notification information;
the network contract room safety management platform is connected with the intelligent door lock and used for sending the identity card number of the lessee to the intelligent door lock according to the lease confirmation information;
and the intelligent door lock is used for opening/closing the lock body of the target housing.
6. The intelligent door lock system according to claim 5, further comprising a contract operation platform and a contract terminal, wherein the contract operation platform is used for providing house lease transaction information;
the appointment terminal is connected with the network appointment operation platform and used for determining target housing information according to housing lease transaction information and sending the target housing information and the information of the residents to the network appointment operation platform;
the network contracted room operation platform is connected with the network contracted room safety management platform and sends the target house information and the check-in person information to the network contracted room safety management platform;
correspondingly, the network contract room safety management platform is used for sending the information of the residents to a public security and security management platform so that the public security and security management platform can audit the information of the residents and feed back an audit report;
the network contracted house safety management platform is further used for sending notification information to the landlord terminal after determining that the identity of the living person is normal according to the audit report;
the landlord terminal is used for feeding lease confirmation information back to the network-contracted room safety management platform according to the notification information;
and the network contract room safety management platform is connected with the intelligent door lock and used for sending the identity card number of the person who lives to the intelligent door lock according to the lease confirmation information.
7. The intelligent door lock system of claim 6, wherein the intelligent door lock is further configured to: sending a scene image under the current scene to the network contract room safety management platform;
correspondingly, the network contract room safety management platform is also used for sending the scene image to the public security and public security management platform, so that the public security and public security management platform feeds back the identity card number of the checking person when determining that the target housing can be checked according to the scene image;
and the network contract room safety management platform is also used for sending the ID card number of the inspector to the intelligent door lock.

The intelligent door lock system according to claim 5 or 6, further comprising an encryption module for encrypting and sending an identification number to the intelligent door lock and encrypting and sending a scene image in a current scene to a network contract room security management platform.
9. The intelligent door lock system according to claim 5, wherein the intelligent door lock further comprises a reminder module;

comparing the identity card number with the existing identity card number of the resident to obtain a comparison result, and if the identity card number is determined to have no qualification for entering the residence according to the comparison result, sending a reminding instruction to the reminding module;
and the reminding module is used for receiving the reminding instruction and finishing reminding operation.
10. The intelligent door lock system of claim 9, wherein the reminder module comprises one or more of a speaker, a signal light, and a display screen.
