On one hand, community residents and visitors can pass easily, conveniently and quickly, the quality improvement and the efficiency improvement of community service are realized, and the satisfaction degree and the happiness of the residents are improved; on the other hand, the supervision department can effectively supervise reception personnel and visitors, so that the visitor sources are clear and searchable, and case solving clues and case evidence obtaining information are provided for the public security department.

In this embodiment, the identification device includes an identification card identification unit, a residence permit identification unit, a face identification unit, and an iris identification unit, which are respectively used to identify the identification card information, residence permit information, face information, and iris information of the user.
In this embodiment, the collection system includes the camera, gathers the information around the entrance guard's device in real time, including environmental information, people's face information etc to upload to the backstage controller and preserve after taking a candid photograph entrance guard's incident at every turn, so that follow-up traces back. In consideration of the instability of the Internet, a standby mechanism can be designed in the camera to ensure the integrity of information.

Furthermore, if the door is not forcibly opened or broken through a legal mode (card swiping, button pressing and the like), the background controller controls the position corresponding to the entrance guard on the background monitoring interface to display a reminding mark so as to remind the person on duty to pay attention. And voice prompt can be carried out by controlling the computer sound, so that the voice prompt is more timely. It is conceivable that the background monitoring device may also send an alarm signal if it is connected to a fire protection system and a public security system.
Furthermore, the background controller can also detect the opening time of the entrance guard, and if the entrance guard is in an open state for a long time (the time can be defined), the background controller controls the position corresponding to the entrance guard on the background monitoring interface to display a reminding mark so as to remind an attendant to pay attention. And voice prompt can be carried out by controlling the computer sound, so that the voice prompt is more timely.
Furthermore, the access control device also comprises an advertisement display screen which is used for playing advertisements or other contents to enrich community life.

If the property company of the community is a group user, a branch company is required to be created, and the function authority is given to the manager, and then the manager of the branch company maintains the administered operation community; if the property company of the community is not a group user, the manager of the community is appointed, and the function authority is set. The management personnel of the community establish the organization structure and the staff of the community property, and distribute account numbers and authorities, staff login system manages the buildings and house numbers of the community, establishes owner information of the community (the owner also directly logs in APP through the information), maintains the access, sets the type, the black and white list and the right of passage time of the access, and sends the personnel information and the feature codes to the bound entrance guard.
