the setting of the unique code of the law enforcement recorder comprises the following steps:

connecting the control server with the selected law enforcement recorder, the control server and the control terminal;
the control server receives a control instruction of the law enforcement recorder sent by the control terminal and forwards the control instruction to a selected law enforcement recorder;
and the law enforcement recorder is used for starting or closing according to the control instruction.

the law enforcement recorder collects video and audio frequency and image information and sends the video and audio frequency and image information to the control server for storage;
and the management and control server sends the stored video, audio and image information to the management and control terminal.
