Abstract
The invention discloses a method and a system for carrying out grouping management based on positions of tourists, relates to the technical field of tourism management, and solves the technical problem that the freedom degree of the tourists in the travel process is not high. Therefore, a large travel group is divided into different tourist groups, and each tourist group is managed in a grouping mode, so that the management efficiency is improved, and the freedom degree of travel of the tourists can be improved to the maximum extent.

Background
With the development of science and technology and the convenience of transportation, the number of tourists in a single travel group is continuously increased, the number of tourists in some travel groups even reaches thousands of people, and the current travel group is basically managed by a tour guide or a responsible person. Sometimes, the number of people in the travel group is too large, and the problem of low management efficiency is easy to occur when only a guide or a responsible person manages the whole travel group due to the fact that tourists do actions freely or sudden situations occur in the travel process; meanwhile, in the traditional travel, in order to prevent the members from falling behind, all members of the travel group have to closely surround the tour guide or the responsible person, and the freedom degree of the members of the travel group in the travel process is greatly reduced.

The invention provides a method and a system for carrying out grouping management based on positions of tourists, and the technical purpose is to efficiently manage the tourists of a large tourist group and improve the walking freedom of the tourists in the tourism process.

Detailed Description
The technical scheme of the disclosure will be described in detail with reference to the accompanying drawings. In the description of the present disclosure, it is to be understood that the terms "first" and "second" are used for descriptive purposes only and are not to be construed as indicating or implying relative importance or implying any number of technical features indicated, but merely as distinguishing between different components.
Fig. 1 is a flowchart of the method of the present disclosure, and as shown in fig. 1, the positions of all the guests are obtained first, then a central guest is selected from all the guests, the guests are grouped by taking the central guest as the center and taking a preset range as the radius, so as to obtain a guest group, and finally, the guest group is managed according to the guest group.
As a specific example, selecting the center guest among all guests includes two ways, one is: and randomly selecting a first tourist as a first center tourist, obtaining a first tourist group according to the first center tourist and a preset range, then randomly selecting a second tourist from the tourists except the first tourist group as a second center tourist, and obtaining a second tourist group according to the second center tourist and the preset range until all the tourists are completely grouped. As a specific embodiment, the manager collects the positions of all members of the tourist group, randomly selects one of the positions as a central tourist, defines a range according to a preset range, divides all the members in the range into one group and selects a group length, judges whether there are any non-grouped members of the tourist group, if so, selects one of the other non-grouped members, defines the same range by using the position of the member as the central tourist, and divides all the non-grouped members of the tourist group into one group. That is, if the defined range contains both the grouped tour group members and the non-grouped tour group members (i.e. the range has an overlapping part), the non-grouped tour group members are only used as a group and the group leader is selected, if all the members are grouped, the tour group is managed in groups, the tour group members in each group are managed by the group leader, when a team fall occurs, the tour group leader reports to the manager, the manager can be a tour group tour guide or tour group general responsible person, compared with the traditional management of the whole tour group by the tour group guide or tour group general responsible person, the group management can purposefully reduce the management burden of the manager and improve the management efficiency.
According to the method for grouping the tourist groups, each group leader needs to be selected after grouping to be responsible for tourist matters of each group, such as a queue-dropping report, the group leader can be selected directly after grouping by a manager or can be acted by personnel with rich tourism of each group.
As a specific embodiment, the positions of all members of the travel group collected by the manager are two-dimensional coordinates or three-dimensional coordinates, the two-dimensional coordinates include horizontal and vertical coordinates, and the three-dimensional coordinates include horizontal and vertical coordinates and height coordinates, wherein all members of the travel group may or may not include the manager, and the present invention is not limited thereto.
Taking two-dimensional coordinates as an example, if a tourist group T has a tour guide a and tourists T1, T2, T3, T4, T5, T6, T7, T8, T9 and T10, the positions of the tourists are T1(1,1), T2(1,2), T3(2,2), T4(2,3), T5(4,4), T6(4,5), T7(4,6), T8(7,6), T9(6,7) and T10(10,6), and the preset range is set to a range with the position of the tourist as a center and the radius as 2. Firstly, taking T1 as a center, and then, in the range of radius 2, there are T1, T2 and T3; further centered at T4, no ungrouped members other than T4 that were ungrouped within the radius of 2 (actual T2 and T3 are within the range of T4, but since T2 and T3 have been divided into a small group with T1, they are not considered repeatedly, and all follow). Further, with T5 as the center, the members not grouped within the range of radius 2 are T5, T6 and T7, with T8 as the center, with T8 and T9 as the members not grouped within the range of radius 2, with T10 as the center, and with T10 as the center, with only T10 within the range of radius 2, so the final grouping result of the tourist party is: one group (T1, T2 and T3), two groups (T4), three groups (T5, T6 and T7), four groups (T8 and T9) and five groups (T10), wherein one representative can be selected from each group after grouping to be responsible for the tour arrangement of the group and emergencies in the tour, and the emergencies are reported to the tour guide or the general responsible person of the tour group. If all members of the tour group include the tour guide, only the tour guide position needs to be collected, and the same method is adopted to calculate the range within which the tour guide is located, which is not described herein again.
It should be noted that if the sequence of the selected members is different, the final grouping situation will be different. If a person is divided into one group or the number of a group member is too small to be managed in the grouping process, the group member can be added into other groups to facilitate management and prevent the group member from missing or falling behind during the travel process without being perceived by people.
The preset range is in a certain proportion to the range occupied by all members of the tourist group. Compared with the method of directly setting the radius range around the members of the tourist group, the method can firstly measure the total range occupied by all the members, demarcate the preset range according to one fifth or one sixth of the total range, count the members of the tourist group in the preset range, and further group the members.

acquiring the positions of all tourists;
selecting a center guest among all guests;
the tourists are grouped by taking the central tourist as a center and taking a preset range as a radius, so that a tourist group is obtained;
and carrying out group management according to the guest groups.
