Background
The service promotion is a new product and a common method when the new service is used for increasing the number of users, and different service promotion strategies not only can generate differences in promotion effects, but also can generate differences in promotion costs, so that the promotion strategies are very important.
In the existing service promotion mode, there are multiple services (the aggregate of these multiple services is called full aperture service). The plurality of services usually have a reference service, which is equivalent to a main printing service.
When a popularization strategy is formulated, a business popularization strategy is formulated according to the characteristics of products and businesses to be popularized and by combining historical popularization experience. In the actual situation, the historical popularization experience of the reference service is often mature, and for other full-aperture services, due to the limitation of the financial accounting period, the temporarily popularized service and other conditions, it is often difficult to collect popularization effect data in part of the full-aperture services in time.
Therefore, it is difficult to manage the popularization strategy of the full-aperture service in time according to the actual popularization effect after the service popularization strategy is customized in the industry, the mode for managing the service popularization strategy is poor in flexibility, and a service popularization strategy management method with high flexibility is needed.

Fig. 1 is a schematic diagram of a method for managing a service promotion policy provided in an embodiment of the present disclosure, where the method may include:
s101: and determining the measured first index of the reference service in the historical period.
In this embodiment of the present specification, the reference service may be a service granted with a large credit, or may be another service having a reference value that can be used as a reference for a full-aperture service, and is not specifically described and limited herein.
In an embodiment of the present specification, the determining a measured first indicator of a reference service in a history period includes:
and determining the actually measured first index of the reference service in the historical period according to the number of times of the service progress operation of the reference service in the historical period.
In an embodiment of the present specification, the determining, according to the number of times that the reference service generates the service progress operation in the historical period, a measured first indicator of the reference service in the historical period includes:
obtaining return information of each release channel, wherein the return information carries a channel identifier, a service type identifier and a service progress operation identifier;
and determining an actually measured first index of the reference service based on the return information.
The returned information may be operation behavior information of the user, such as a registration behavior of the user, a behavior of applying for credit granting, and the like, or may be a change of a user state, such as a change from waiting for credit granting to trusted.
Therefore, in the embodiment of the present specification, the business progress operation includes an operation of applying for credit.
Therefore, the number of credit granting users of the large-scale financial business of each delivery channel can be determined.
The first index may be at least one of the customer acquisition amount of the business, resource consumption data for channel promotion, and income data.
In this embodiment, the first indicator may be the number of customers who participate in the service after the service is promoted, for example, the number of customers who obtain the credit.
Of course, if other reference indexes used for formulating the promotion policy are collected after promoting the benchmark service, the reference indexes can also be used as the first indexes, and therefore, other specific forms of the first indexes are not specifically described herein.
S102: receiving a preset first index of the reference service in a historical time period, wherein the historical time period comprises the historical time period in the current management and control cycle.
Since the benchmark service has a large amount of empirical data, in order to fully utilize the data as a reference index, in the implementation of the present specification, the method may further include:
and presetting the first index of the service in each time period of the current control cycle according to the first index of the service in each time period of the historical control cycle.
In an embodiment of the present specification, the method may further include:
constructing a first index preset model;
and evaluating the first index of the reference service in the current control cycle according to the actually measured first index of the reference service in the historical cycle and the first index preset model, and presetting the first index of the reference service in each time period of the current control cycle according to the evaluation result.
Therefore, when the actual measurement first index of the full-aperture other services cannot be collected timely, the first index of the full-aperture services can be predicted by using the actual measurement first index of the reference services and the preset first index, and the index is the predicted first index of the full-aperture services.
S103: and determining a predicted first index of the full-aperture service according to the actually measured first index of the reference service in the historical time period, the preset first index of the reference service in the historical time period and a prediction rule.
In an embodiment, the determining the predicted first index of the full aperture service according to the measured first index of the reference service in the historical period, the preset first index of the reference service in the historical period, and the prediction rule may be:
and predicting a predicted first index of the full-aperture service according to the deviation between the actually measured first index and the preset first index of the reference service in the historical time period by using the prediction rule.
The method can predict the putting effect of the service popularization strategy of the full-aperture service in the historical time period of the current control period through the predicted first index of the full-aperture service, so that the service popularization strategy of the full-aperture service in the future time period in the current control period can be adjusted in time according to the predicted first index.
Considering an actual scene, the putting effect is different at different time intervals in a control cycle, so that the control cycle can be divided into time intervals and the index ratio is configured for each time interval, and thus, the timeliness of control can be improved.
Therefore, in the embodiment of the present specification, the method may further include:
dividing a control cycle into time periods in advance and configuring the index proportion of each time period;
the determining a predicted first index of the full-aperture service according to the actually measured first index of the reference service in the historical time period, the preset first index of the reference service in the historical time period and a prediction rule includes:
and determining a predicted first index of the full-aperture service by combining the index ratio corresponding to each historical time period, the actually measured first index of the reference service in the historical time period, the preset first index of the reference service in the historical time period and a prediction rule.
Therefore, by combining the occupation ratio of each past time interval of the current control cycle in the whole control cycle, the promotion effect of the full-aperture service after the promotion is continued according to the current promotion strategy can be calculated when the current control cycle is not finished, and the promotion strategy of the future time interval of the current control cycle can be promoted according to the calculation.
In the embodiment of the present specification, the index ratio of each time period is: the ratio of the first index of the service in each time period in the control period to the sum of the first indexes of the service in the control period is at least one of full-aperture services, and the full-aperture service includes the reference service.
In an embodiment of the present specification, the historical time period in the current regulation and control cycle includes a plurality of time periods divided in advance;
the determining the predicted first index of the full-aperture service by combining the index ratio corresponding to each historical time interval, the actually measured first index of the reference service in the historical time interval, the preset first index of the reference service in the historical time interval and the prediction rule comprises the following steps:
determining a predicted first index of the full-aperture service in each historical time period by combining the index proportion of the reference service in each historical time period and the actually measured first index and the prediction rule of the reference service in each historical time period;
and summing the predicted first indexes of the full-aperture service in each historical time period to obtain the predicted first index of the full-aperture service in the current control period.
In a specific embodiment, the first index is a large credit number, and the first index is predicted by the full-aperture service in the current management and control period

S104: and managing the service promotion strategy of the future time period in the current control cycle based on the predicted first index of the full-aperture service.
The predicted first index of the full-aperture service is determined through the actually measured first index, the preset first index and the prediction rule of the reference service in the historical time period, the actually measured first index of the reference service in the historical time period can reflect the actual putting effect of the reference service, so that the predicted first index of the full-aperture service can reflect the whole actual putting effect of the full-aperture service, the service popularization strategy in the future time period in the current control cycle is managed based on the predicted first index of the predicted full-aperture service, the service popularization strategy in the future time period of the full-aperture service can be timely adjusted by using the actually measured index when the current control cycle is not finished, and the flexibility of managing the service popularization strategy is improved.
In the embodiment of the present specification, because there is usually a certain expectation when a service promotion policy of a full-aperture service is formulated, in order to make an actual promotion effect of the full-aperture service in a current management and control period closer to the expectation, a first index of the full-aperture service in the current management and control period may be preset, and an issuing policy in a future time period is managed with reference to the first index.
Therefore, the managing the service promotion policy of the future time period in the current management and control cycle based on the predicted first index of the full aperture service may include:
determining a first predicted index and a first preset index of the full-aperture service in the current control period;
and managing the service promotion strategy of the future time period in the current control period based on the deviation between the predicted first index and the preset first index of the full-aperture service in the current control period.
As a means for easy understanding, the deviation may be a difference or a ratio of the two, and is not specifically described herein.
In a practical application scenario, after the actual measured credit number of the large-volume service in the current control period is collected, the target of the credit number lower than the large-volume service is found, and at the moment, the actual measured credit number of the large-volume service predicts the credit number of the full-diameter service, so that the service promotion strength, such as the resource release strength, can be increased to ensure the credit number of the full-diameter service.
Through prediction, the influence of environmental fluctuation of the current control period on the full-aperture service can be quantitatively reflected, so that the service popularization strategy of the full-aperture service in the future time period in the current control period can be accurately managed, and the flexibility is improved.
