The embodiment of the invention provides an operation command system based on a cloud server, and the operation command system comprises an information acquisition and processing subsystem, a road network monitoring and situation assessment subsystem, a plan management and emergency disposal subsystem, an information issuing and traffic guidance subsystem, a decision support subsystem, a video networking subsystem, a road condition management subsystem, a statistical query subsystem and an electromechanical operation and maintenance subsystem, wherein the structure schematic diagram of the operation command system is shown in fig. 1.
The invention develops a highway operation command platform based on the Internet of things and the AI by taking the service requirements of different users of highway traffic as the basis, taking equipment data acquisition, transmission, storage, analysis, application and release as a main line and taking the new-generation information technologies such as the Internet of things, big data, the AI, the edge technology, 5G, Beidou navigation and the like as the basis, thereby realizing the integration of the highway operation management service function. The information acquisition and processing subsystem is used for respectively acquiring road data information and identity data information of a user, processing the acquired information and respectively displaying the road data information based on a display terminal.
In one embodiment, the road network monitoring and situation evaluating subsystem is configured to obtain a current traffic flow and generate prediction information of the traffic flow at a next preset time based on the traffic flow.
In one embodiment, the plan management and emergency disposal subsystem is connected with a database, and when any unexpected data is received, the database is traversed to select and display the emergency plan. The traversal data mode can be a keyword mode for searching for the emergency plan with the highest similarity to the unexpected data.
The database is used for pre-storing a plurality of emergency plans.
In one embodiment, the information issuing and traffic guidance subsystem is connected with a plurality of terminals, and when receiving issuing data and guidance data to be issued, the information issuing and traffic guidance subsystem respectively sends the issuing data and the guidance data to different terminals for display.
