In other instances, detailed descriptions of well-known systems, devices, circuits, and methods are omitted so as not to obscure the description of the present invention with unnecessary detail.
In order to make the objects, technical solutions and advantages of the present invention more apparent, the following description is made by way of specific embodiments with reference to the accompanying drawings.
Referring to fig. 1, it shows a flowchart of an implementation of the method for determining a self-service terminal transaction type according to the embodiment of the present invention, which is detailed as follows:
in step 101, candidate transaction types of the self-service terminal are obtained.
In an embodiment of the present invention, the candidate transaction type of the self-service terminal may be a transaction type currently prepared to be provided to the user, for example, a hardware configuration of the self-service terminal, a current software configuration of the self-service terminal by a bank, a current network state of the self-service terminal, and a transaction type supportable by a transaction medium currently inserted into the self-service terminal.
Illustratively, the configured service function of a self-service terminal includes a withdrawal service, and if customer a inserts a bank card capable of supporting a withdrawal operation, the withdrawal service can be used as a candidate transaction type of the self-service terminal.
It should be noted that the candidate transaction type refers to a functional service type that is not provided by the self-service terminal to the customer, that is, the transaction type is not displayed on the screen of the self-service terminal for the user to perform selection operation. One of the purposes of the invention is to screen the transaction types possibly having transaction business risks from the candidate transaction types, and to reserve the normal and safe transaction types for the customers to carry out business operation.
Optionally, the step 101 may be implemented by:
acquiring the standard matching transaction type of the self-service terminal;
and taking the standard transaction type as the candidate transaction type.
In the embodiment of the invention, the standard matching transaction type of the self-service terminal can be obtained, and the standard matching transaction type of the self-service terminal is taken as a candidate transaction type. The standard configuration transaction types refer to all transaction types which can be supported by the self-service terminal on hardware functions, namely, the transaction functions which can be supported by the hardware modules of the self-service terminal are determined according to the hardware modules of the self-service terminal.
Optionally, the step 101 may also be implemented by:
acquiring a standard matching transaction type of a self-service terminal;
obtaining transaction types which can be supported by the current hardware configuration of the self-service terminal;
and taking the transaction type which can be supported by the current hardware configuration of the self-service terminal in the standard matching transaction types as the candidate transaction type.
In the embodiment of the present invention, the transaction type supportable by the current hardware configuration of the self-service terminal refers to a transaction function supportable by the component state of each hardware, and specifically, the transaction function and the association condition of the hardware component may be used to perform comprehensive judgment, and the hardware component may include all hardware resources related in the whole transaction flow corresponding to the transaction type. The hardware resources may include the following components: the cash system comprises cash related equipment such as a card reader, a password keyboard, a rear maintenance keyboard, a receipt printer, a log printer, a deposit module, a withdrawal module and a bankbook module, and non-cash related equipment such as a card sender, a second generation certificate, a camera, A4 printing, A4 recycling, a high speed scanner, check scanning, a fingerprint instrument, a UKEY module, a two-dimensional code, a stamping machine and a card printing module.
In the embodiment of the invention, the component state of the hardware also comprises whether the components have sufficient resources and meet the business requirements, for example, the requirement of the large-amount money withdrawing business can not be met under the condition that the machine core of the self-service terminal displays less banknote resources; for another example, in a state where the amount of space remaining in the deposit box of the self-service terminal is small, the demand for large-amount deposit service may not be satisfied.
In the embodiment of the invention, the standard configuration transaction types of the self-service terminal are further screened by acquiring the transaction types which can be supported by the current hardware configuration of the self-service terminal, so that the accuracy of determining the transaction types which can be provided currently by the self-service terminal is improved.
Optionally, the step 101 may also be implemented by:
acquiring a standard matching transaction type of a self-service terminal;
obtaining transaction types which can be supported by the current hardware configuration of the self-service terminal;
acquiring transaction types supportable by the current network state of the self-service terminal;
and taking the transaction types which can be supported by the current hardware configuration of the self-service terminal and can be supported by the current network state of the self-service terminal in the standard configuration transaction types as the candidate transaction types.
In this embodiment, the transaction type supportable by the current network state of the self-service terminal may be determined according to the network connection condition between the self-service terminal and the associated service server. The transaction type which can be supported by the current network state of the self-service terminal is the transaction type which needs to be communicated, interacted and completed with one or more servers in a coordinated manner; for example, if a certain payment service involves communication interaction between two servers, the transaction type processing requirement can be met only when the two servers are online and the communication is normal).
In the embodiment of the invention, the standard configuration transaction types of the self-service terminal are further screened by acquiring the transaction types which can be supported by the current hardware configuration of the self-service terminal and acquiring the transaction types which can be supported by the current network state of the self-service terminal, so that the accuracy of determining the transaction types which can be provided currently of the self-service terminal is further improved.
Optionally, the step 101 may also be implemented by:
acquiring a standard matching transaction type of a self-service terminal;
obtaining transaction types which can be supported by the current hardware configuration of the self-service terminal;
acquiring transaction types supportable by the current network state of the self-service terminal;
acquiring a transaction type which can be supported by a current transaction medium;
and taking the transaction type which can be supported by the current hardware configuration of the self-service terminal, the current network state of the self-service terminal and the current transaction medium in the standard transaction type as the candidate transaction type.
In this embodiment, the transaction medium may be a bank card, or may refer to an account subject currently transacting by the user, and the transaction type supportable by the current transaction medium is determined by the card type or the medium type, and may be set by a corresponding card table or specified by a bank.
In the embodiment of the invention, the accuracy of determining the transaction types which can be provided currently of the self-service terminal is further improved by acquiring the transaction types which can be supported by the current hardware configuration of the self-service terminal, acquiring the transaction types which can be supported by the current network state of the self-service terminal, and acquiring the transaction types which can be supported by the current transaction medium to further screen the standard configuration transaction types of the self-service terminal.
In step 102, performing function detection on the associated components of each candidate transaction type to judge whether the associated components of each candidate transaction type have function abnormality;
in the embodiment of the invention, the association component of the candidate transaction type refers to a component involved in the transaction operation corresponding to the candidate transaction type performed by the self-service terminal, and the function operation of the components is directly related to whether the service function of the candidate transaction type can be normally provided or not.
In the embodiment of the invention, the service function detection is carried out on the associated components of each candidate transaction type, whether the potential safety hazard exists or not is detected, and if the potential safety hazard exists, the abnormal function is judged.
Illustratively, the "cash-out door" of the self-service terminal is a related part of a transaction type of "card service", and if the candidate transaction type includes the card service, whether the "cash-out door" is movable or not can be detected, and if the "cash-out door" is detected to be not movable, it is determined that the "cash-out door" has a functional abnormality (for example, the "cash-out door" is stuck by a strong glue).
As another example, the "card reader" of the self-service terminal is a component associated with a "cash transaction" transaction type, and if the candidate transaction type includes a cash transaction, it may be detected whether the relevant security assurance device related to the "card reader" can normally operate, and if it is detected that the relevant security assurance device related to the "card reader" cannot normally operate, it is determined that the "card reader" has a functional abnormality.
In step 103, determining a candidate transaction type with no function abnormality of the association component as a target transaction type, wherein the target transaction type represents a transaction type currently available by the self-service terminal.
In the embodiment of the invention, whether potential safety hazards exist in the service implementation of the candidate transaction types is further determined by detecting the association components of the candidate transaction types, and the transaction types with the potential safety hazards are not provided for users to perform corresponding service operation.
According to the invention, the candidate transaction types of the self-service terminal are obtained, and the function detection is carried out on the association components of the candidate transaction types to judge whether the association components of the candidate transaction types have abnormal functions, so that for the transaction types with abnormal functions of the association components, if the transaction types are provided for a user, transaction service risks can be generated, and the loss of the user is caused. Therefore, the invention determines the candidate transaction type without function abnormality of the associated part as the transaction type currently provided by the self-service terminal, realizes flexible determination of the transaction type of the self-service terminal, is beneficial to reducing the transaction risk of financial services performed by the self-service terminal and ensures the benefits of banks and users.
Fig. 2 shows a flowchart of an implementation of a method for determining a self-service terminal transaction type according to another embodiment of the present invention, which is detailed as follows:
in step 201, acquiring a candidate transaction type of the self-service terminal;
in step 202, performing function detection on the associated components of each candidate transaction type to determine whether the associated components of each candidate transaction type have function abnormality;
in the embodiment of the present invention, the steps 201 and 202 may specifically refer to step 101 and step 102 in the embodiment shown in fig. 1, and are not described herein again.
In step 203, the current time is obtained;
in step 204, judging whether each candidate transaction type is matched with the current time according to a preset transaction time matching table;
in step 205, the association unit is determined to be the target transaction type without a functional abnormality and the candidate transaction type matching the current time.
The user carries out business operation corresponding to a transaction type on the self-service terminal in different time periods, the safety is different, for example, the user carries out large-amount cash business operation on the self-service terminal, and if the operation is carried out at night, certain safety risk may be caused.
In the embodiment of the invention, the transaction time matching table is preset to store transaction type operations which can be provided by the self-service terminal in different time periods. And judging whether each candidate transaction type is matched with the current time or not based on the preset transaction time matching table by acquiring the current time, eliminating the candidate transaction types which are not matched with the current time, and providing the transaction types without potential safety hazards for a user to select and operate.
Fig. 3 shows a flowchart of an implementation of the method for determining a self-service terminal transaction type according to another embodiment of the present invention, which is detailed as follows:
in step 301, acquiring candidate transaction types of the self-service terminal;
in step 302, performing function detection on the associated components of each candidate transaction type to determine whether the associated components of each candidate transaction type have function abnormality;
in the embodiment of the present invention, the steps 301 and 302 may specifically refer to step 101 and step 102 in the embodiment shown in fig. 1, and are not described herein again.
In step 303, detecting a current transaction environment;
in step 304, judging whether each candidate transaction type is matched with the current transaction environment according to a preset transaction environment matching table;
in step 305, the associated component is determined to be a target transaction type without a functional abnormality and the transaction type matching the current transaction context.
In practical application, whether the transaction environment of the self-service terminal is safe or not is also particularly important, so that whether the potential safety hazard exists in the current transaction environment or not can be determined to further screen the transaction types currently provided by the self-service terminal.
For example, if there are a certain number of idle people in the current transaction environment of the self-service terminal, it may be considered that there is a certain safety risk and the operation of the large cash business transaction type is not allowed.
Specifically, image acquisition and image analysis can be carried out on the current transaction environment through the image acquisition device, the number of personnel and the distance between the personnel in the current transaction environment are detected, and whether potential safety hazards exist is judged.
In the embodiment of the invention, the transaction environment matching table is preset to store transaction type operations which can be provided by the self-service terminal in different transaction environments. The current transaction environment is obtained, whether each candidate transaction type is matched with the current transaction environment or not is judged based on the preset transaction environment matching table, the candidate transaction types which are not matched with the current transaction environment are eliminated, and the transaction types without potential safety hazards are provided for users to select and operate.
It should be noted that, by applying the method for determining the transaction type of the self-service terminal provided by the invention, the self-service terminal can automatically, completely and timely calculate the transaction type which can be provided currently in various occasions, the robustness of the self-service terminal system is improved, the transaction risk is reduced, the resource overhead and equipment loss caused by invalid transactions can be avoided in time, the software and hardware resources and the network resources of the financial self-service terminal are fully utilized, the product quality of the financial self-service terminal is improved, the human-computer interaction interface is more friendly, the loyalty of a client is improved, and the cost is saved.
