As another further embodiment, as shown in fig. 6, the method for recording the illegal behavior of low-speed driving of the motor vehicle further comprises:
step S11: and judging whether the motor vehicle runs out of the monitoring range. The monitoring range can be from the motor vehicle identification area to the end position of the lowest speed limit, so that the illegal low-speed driving behavior of the motor vehicle can be accurately identified. When the vehicle is driven out of the monitoring range, step S9 is executed, otherwise, the driving track of the vehicle is continuously monitored.
Step S12: and judging whether a second image exists or not after the motor vehicle is driven out of the monitoring range.
If the motor vehicle has the illegal low-speed driving behavior, the second image is generated when the motor vehicle is in the illegal low-speed driving, so that if the second image is generated, the illegal low-speed driving behavior is shown, and if the second image is not generated, the illegal low-speed driving behavior is not shown. If the second image exists, step S13 is performed, otherwise step S14 is performed.
Step S13: when the second image is present, the video image and the first image are stored.
If the motor vehicle has illegal low-speed driving behaviors, the video image of the motor vehicle shot by the video image recording device needs to be stored, so that subsequent inquiry is facilitated.
Step S14: and when the second image does not exist, deleting the video image and the first image.
If the second image does not exist, the motor vehicle does not illegally run at a low speed, and the illegal low-speed running behavior does not exist in the monitoring area. The images in the monitoring area are not required to be reserved, so that the video images can be deleted, the storage space is saved, and the utilization efficiency of the storage equipment is improved. The traffic volume of vehicles on the expressway is very large, if data of all vehicles are reserved, a very large storage space is occupied, and traffic polices manually search illegal information from the video images, a large amount of time is also spent, in the scheme, the motor vehicles are monitored in the monitoring range, after the motor vehicles are driven out of the monitoring range, whether the motor vehicles have the illegal information is obtained through judgment of the illegal information, if the illegal information does not exist, the videos are deleted, if the illegal information exists, the videos are uploaded to the monitoring center to be stored, the schematic diagram of the process is shown in figure 3, in a server of the monitoring center, stored image data can be previewed through an upper computer, and the data can be further processed in the data center or a receiving platform to provide more traffic data information. Therefore, the monitoring terminals at the intersections do not need to store too much useless information, the utilization rate of resources is improved, the time for manually identifying the video images by the traffic police is saved, illegal vehicles are automatically found, a complete evidence chain is formed, and more information is provided for traffic management.
As another optional implementation manner, in step S2, in order to further improve the accuracy of the identification, the method may further include: after the motor vehicle enters a motor vehicle identification area, identifying the number plate of the motor vehicle; because the image of the motor vehicle in the motor vehicle identification area can be clearly shot, and the license plate can be clearly seen, the license plate identification in the area is more accurate, and the problem that the motor vehicle license plate cannot be identified due to being shielded is solved. Then, the identified number plate is marked on the image of the motor vehicle, and the number plate synchronously follows the running track of the motor vehicle. Therefore, no matter the motor vehicle runs to any position, the number plate information of the motor vehicle can be determined in time, and real-time monitoring is facilitated.
As another alternative embodiment, in step S6, the license plate of the vehicle may not be identified in step S2, but in step S6, the license plate identification may be performed according to the first image in the process of sending the first image, the second image and the video image recorded by the video image recording device corresponding to the number to the illegal database; and then the identified number plate information is simultaneously sent to a violation database. In this embodiment, the license plate identification may not be performed in the previous step, but the license plate of the vehicle may be identified by the captured first image after the vehicle has illegal low-speed driving behavior, and then the identified license plates may be transmitted to the illegal database together. In the scheme, the problems that the number plate is identified after the motor vehicle enters the motor vehicle identification area, the data volume to be processed is large, and the redundant data is large can be avoided, the number plate of the vehicle with illegal behaviors is only required to be identified, the data processing amount is reduced, and the data utilization rate is improved. As another implementation, the number plate may be identified based on one or a combination of several images of the vehicle in the second image or the recorded video image, or the identified number plate may be verified. For example, the number plate is identified through the first image, the verification is performed through the second image, if the number plate is consistent with the first image, the identified number plate is considered to be correct, and if the number plate is inconsistent with the first image, the image with the clear number plate is obtained from the recorded video image again for re-identification, so that the accuracy of license plate identification is improved.

In an embodiment of the present invention, an apparatus for recording illegal behavior of low-speed driving of a motor vehicle is provided, as shown in fig. 7, the apparatus for recording illegal behavior of low-speed driving of a motor vehicle includes: and the motor vehicle identification area detection unit 1 is used for judging whether the motor vehicle enters the motor vehicle identification area. And the video image recording unit 2 is used for shooting a first image of the motor vehicle with the license plate number when the motor vehicle enters the motor vehicle identification area, numbering the motor vehicle, marking the number on the motor vehicle and synchronously following the running track of the motor vehicle, and simultaneously starting the video image recording equipment corresponding to the number to record the video image of the running track of the motor vehicle. For details, reference is made to step S2 in embodiment 1.
And the low-speed running judging unit 3 is used for judging whether the running speed of the motor vehicle is less than a preset lowest speed limit. For details, reference is made to step S3 in embodiment 1.
And the first vehicle distance judging unit 4 is used for judging whether the first vehicle distance between the motor vehicle and the front vehicle is greater than a preset first distance threshold value or not when the running speed of the motor vehicle is less than the preset lowest speed limit. For details, reference is made to step S4 in embodiment 1.
And the low-speed driving illegal behavior intercepting unit 5 is used for intercepting a second image, which is marked with a serial number and runs at a speed lower than the lowest speed limit, from the video image when the first vehicle distance is larger than a preset first distance threshold. For details, reference is made to step S5 in embodiment 1.
And the illegal data sending unit 6 is used for sending the first image, the second image and the video image to an illegal database. For details, reference is made to step S6 in embodiment 1.
Example 3
An embodiment of the present invention further provides a traffic control terminal, as shown in fig. 8, the traffic control terminal may include a processor 31 and a memory 32, where the processor 31 and the memory 32 may be connected by a bus or in another manner, and fig. 8 takes the example of connection by a bus as an example.
The processor 31 may be a Central Processing Unit (CPU). The Processor 31 may also be other general purpose processors, Digital Signal Processors (DSPs), Application Specific Integrated Circuits (ASICs), Field Programmable Gate Arrays (FPGAs) or other Programmable logic devices, discrete Gate or transistor logic devices, discrete hardware components, or combinations thereof.
The memory 32 is a non-transitory computer readable storage medium, and can be used to store non-transitory software programs, non-transitory computer executable programs, and modules, such as program instructions/modules corresponding to the method for recording low-speed driving illegal activities of a motor vehicle in the embodiment of the present invention, and the processor 31 executes various functional applications and data processing of the processor by executing the non-transitory software programs, instructions, and modules stored in the memory 32, so as to implement the method for recording low-speed driving illegal activities of a motor vehicle in the above-described embodiment of the method.
The memory 32 may include a storage program area and a storage data area, wherein the storage program area may store an operating system, an application program required for at least one function; the storage data area may store data created by the processor 31, and the like. Further, the memory 32 may include high speed random access memory, and may also include non-transitory memory, such as at least one magnetic disk storage device, flash memory device, or other non-transitory solid state storage device. In some embodiments, the memory 32 may optionally include memory located remotely from the processor 31, and these remote memories may be connected to the processor 31 via a network. Examples of such networks include, but are not limited to, the internet, intranets, local area networks, mobile communication networks, and combinations thereof.
One or more modules are stored in the memory 32 and, when executed by the processor 31, perform the method of recording a low speed driving violation of a motor vehicle as in the embodiment shown in fig. 1.
The details of the traffic control terminal may be understood with reference to the corresponding description and effects in the embodiment shown in fig. 1, and are not described herein again.
It will be understood by those skilled in the art that all or part of the processes of the methods of the embodiments described above can be implemented by hardware related to instructions of a computer program, and the program can be stored in a computer readable storage medium, and when executed, can include the processes of the embodiments of the methods described above. The storage medium may be a magnetic Disk, an optical Disk, a Read-Only Memory (ROM), a Random Access Memory (RAM), a Flash Memory (Flash Memory), a Hard Disk (Hard Disk Drive, abbreviated as HDD), a Solid State Drive (SSD), or the like; the storage medium may also comprise a combination of memories of the kind described above.

Claims (9)

1. A method of recording low speed driving unlawful acts of a motor vehicle, comprising:
judging whether the motor vehicle enters a motor vehicle identification area or not;
when the motor vehicle enters the motor vehicle identification area, shooting a first image of the motor vehicle with a license plate number, numbering the motor vehicle, marking the number on the motor vehicle, synchronously following the running track of the motor vehicle, and simultaneously starting a video image recording device corresponding to the number to record a video image of the running track of the motor vehicle;
judging whether the running speed of the motor vehicle is less than a preset lowest speed limit or not;
when the running speed of the motor vehicle is smaller than the preset lowest speed limit, judging whether the first distance between the motor vehicle and a front vehicle is larger than a preset first distance threshold value or not;
when the first vehicle distance is larger than the preset first distance threshold value, a second image which marks that the numbered motor vehicle runs below the lowest speed limit is intercepted from the video image;
sending the first image, the second image and the video image to an illegal database;
when the first vehicle distance is larger than the preset first distance threshold, judging whether a second vehicle distance between the motor vehicle and a rear vehicle is smaller than a preset second distance threshold;
when the second vehicle distance between the motor vehicle and the rear vehicle is smaller than a preset second distance threshold value, acquiring a third image containing the motor vehicle and the rear vehicle from the video image;
and sending the third image to an illegal database.
2. The method for recording the illegal behavior of low-speed driving of the motor vehicle as claimed in claim 1, wherein the step of judging whether the motor vehicle enters the motor vehicle identification area comprises the steps of:
monitoring whether the image of the motor vehicle enters the image range of the motor vehicle identification area;
when the image of the motor vehicle enters the image range of the motor vehicle identification area, the motor vehicle is judged to enter the motor vehicle identification area.
3. The method for recording the illegal behavior of low-speed driving of the motor vehicle as claimed in claim 1, wherein the step of judging whether the motor vehicle enters the motor vehicle identification area comprises the steps of:
radar detecting a position of the motor vehicle;
and when the motor vehicle reaches the position of a motor vehicle identification area preset by the radar detector, judging that the motor vehicle enters the motor vehicle identification area.
4. The method for recording low-speed driving illegal activities of motor vehicles according to claim 1, wherein the step of sending the first image, the second image and the video image to an illegal database further comprises the steps of:
identifying the number plate according to the first image;
and sending the identified number plate information to the illegal database.
5. The method for recording low-speed driving illegal activities of motor vehicles according to claim 1, characterized by further comprising:
when the motor vehicle enters the motor vehicle identification area, monitoring the speed, the first vehicle distance and the second vehicle distance of the motor vehicle in real time, and marking the speed, the first vehicle distance and the second vehicle distance on a video image of the motor vehicle in real time.
6. The method for recording low-speed driving illegal activities of motor vehicles according to claim 1, characterized by further comprising:
judging whether the motor vehicle runs out of a monitoring range or not;
judging whether the second image exists or not after the motor vehicle exits the monitoring range;
when the second image exists, storing the video image and the first image;
and when the second image does not exist, deleting the video image and the first image.
7. An apparatus for recording low-speed driving illegal activities of a motor vehicle, comprising:
the motor vehicle identification area detection unit (1) is used for judging whether a motor vehicle enters a motor vehicle identification area;
the video image recording unit (2) is used for shooting a first image of the motor vehicle with a license plate number when the motor vehicle enters the motor vehicle identification area, numbering the motor vehicle, marking the number on the motor vehicle and synchronously following the running track of the motor vehicle, and simultaneously starting the video image recording equipment corresponding to the number to record the video image of the running track of the motor vehicle;
the low-speed running judging unit (3) is used for judging whether the running speed of the motor vehicle is less than a preset lowest speed limit or not;
the first vehicle distance judging unit (4) is used for judging whether the first vehicle distance between the motor vehicle and a front vehicle is larger than a preset first distance threshold value or not when the running speed of the motor vehicle is smaller than a preset lowest speed limit;
the low-speed driving illegal behavior intercepting unit (5) is used for intercepting a second image which marks that the numbered motor vehicle runs below the lowest speed limit from the video image when the first vehicle distance is larger than the preset first distance threshold;
a violation data sending unit (6) for sending the first image, the second image and the video image to a violation database;
the second vehicle distance judging unit is used for judging whether a second vehicle distance between the motor vehicle and a rear vehicle is smaller than a preset second distance threshold value or not when the first vehicle distance is larger than the preset first distance threshold value;
the second low-speed driving illegal behavior intercepting unit is used for acquiring a third image containing the motor vehicle and a rear vehicle from the video image when a second distance between the motor vehicle and the rear vehicle is smaller than a preset second distance threshold;
and the second illegal data sending unit is used for sending the third image to an illegal database.
8. A traffic control terminal, comprising a memory and a processor, wherein the memory and the processor are communicatively connected, the memory stores computer instructions, and the processor executes the computer instructions to execute the method for recording the low-speed driving illegal behavior of the motor vehicle according to any one of claims 1 to 6.
9. A computer-readable storage medium storing computer instructions for causing a computer to execute the method for recording low-speed driving unlawful behaviors of a motor vehicle according to any one of claims 1 to 6.
