In addition, the technical features involved in the different embodiments of the present invention described below may be combined with each other as long as they do not conflict with each other.
Example 1
The embodiment of the invention provides a method for recording the illegal behavior of continuously changing lanes of a plurality of motor vehicles, which is used in an intersection traffic control terminal, wherein the control terminal is connected with video image recording equipment at an intersection and controls the video image recording equipment to track the motor vehicles and shoot pictures or record images. If the motor vehicles change lanes continuously on different lanes, visual blind areas are easy to generate, the running conditions of other motor vehicles on the lane change are not observed sufficiently, accidents such as rear-end collision and the like of vehicles on other lanes due to insufficient preparation are easy to cause, road traffic safety hidden dangers exist, road congestion and the like are easy to cause, and the law enforcement difficulty of the continuous lane change behavior is increased due to the fact that vehicles in the past shield the motor vehicle license plates. The method for recording the illegal behavior of continuously changing lanes of the multiple motor vehicles in the embodiment is used for timely and accurately recording the illegal behavior of continuously changing lanes of the multiple motor vehicles, and warns the motor vehicle drivers to comply with corresponding laws and regulations and maintain the traffic order by forcefully monitoring the illegal behavior of continuously changing lanes.
As shown in fig. 1, the method for recording the illegal act of continuously changing lanes of a plurality of motor vehicles comprises the following steps:
step S1: and starting the video image recording equipment to record the original video information of the monitored road section.
And starting a video recording device arranged on the monitored road section to carry out video monitoring on the monitored road section, wherein the obtained monitoring video is used as original video information and is used as an original basis for subsequently judging that the motor vehicle illegally occupies the emergency lane.
Step S2: the method comprises the steps of shooting a first image with a license plate number for each motor vehicle entering a vehicle identification area, numbering the motor vehicles, dividing original video information into multi-path tracking video information through a video separator, enabling each motor vehicle entering the vehicle identification area to correspond to one path of tracking video information, and synchronously marking the numbers to the corresponding motor vehicles in the tracking video information.
Before entering the intersection, a vehicle identification area is arranged on the road surface, the vehicle identification area is arranged on a monitoring road section where continuous lane changing is forbidden, and after the vehicle identification area identifies the vehicle, the continuous lane changing behavior of the vehicle is accurately captured. The height and the angle of the video image recording equipment arranged at the intersection are adjusted, so that the video image recording equipment can accurately shoot the images of the motor vehicles entering the vehicle identification area.
In the process of judging whether the motor vehicle enters the vehicle identification area, the following modes can be adopted:
firstly, whether the image of the motor vehicle enters the image range of the vehicle identification area or not is monitored, and when the image of the motor vehicle enters the image range of the vehicle identification area, the motor vehicle is judged to enter the vehicle identification area. If the image of the motor vehicle does not exist in the vehicle identification area, the fact that no motor vehicle enters the vehicle identification area is indicated.
As another alternative embodiment, the process of determining whether the vehicle enters the vehicle identification area may be as follows: firstly, monitoring the position of a motor vehicle by a radar, installing a radar scanner at an intersection, and obtaining the distance between the motor vehicle and a vehicle identification area by radar ranging; when the motor vehicle reaches the position of the preset vehicle identification area of the radar monitor, the motor vehicle is judged to enter the vehicle identification area. The accurate distance between the motor vehicle and the vehicle identification area can be known through radar ranging, and the motor vehicle is judged to enter the vehicle identification area after reaching the preset position.
When a motor vehicle enters a vehicle identification area, a first image of the motor vehicle with a license plate number is shot, as shown in fig. 2, when a traffic control terminal finds that the motor vehicle enters the vehicle identification area through a picture shot by a video image recording device or laser radar ranging, the motor vehicle is shot, and the image of the motor vehicle with a clear license plate number is shot as the first image. The accuracy of radar ranging is high, and as shown in fig. 3, after the radar identifies an image in the vehicle identification area, the video image recording device is triggered to shoot the image. Because the angle and the height of the video image recording equipment at the intersection are adjusted according to the position of the vehicle identification area, the image of the motor vehicle, especially the number plate of the motor vehicle, can be clearly shot in the vehicle identification area and can also be clearly displayed in the image of the motor vehicle.
In practice, when a number of vehicles are running on the monitored road section, the original video information may simultaneously contain the running tracks of a plurality of motor vehicles, at this time, the judgment of the lane-changing illegal behavior of the plurality of motor vehicles is directly performed in the original video information, the interference of adjacent motor vehicles is easily caused, and the situation that the definition of the images of the running tracks of the motor vehicles is not high may exist, so that the difficulty is increased for the judgment of the illegal behavior. Therefore, in the embodiment of the invention, the motor vehicles running into the vehicle identification area are numbered firstly, aiming at each motor vehicle entering the vehicle identification area, the original video information is divided into a plurality of paths of tracking video information by the video separator, each motor vehicle entering the vehicle identification area corresponds to one path of tracking video information to track each motor vehicle respectively, and the number corresponding to the motor vehicle tracked by the tracking video information is marked on the image of the motor vehicle, so that the number synchronously follows the running track of the motor vehicle, therefore, the corresponding number is displayed in the video image of the tracking video information during the running process of the motor vehicle, which motor vehicle can be clearly known according to the number, and the number is numbered according to the sequence of the motor vehicle, so a complex data processing process is not needed, and the number is marked on the motor vehicle to synchronously follow, the visible unique identifier is formed for each vehicle without spending more time on vehicle identification, and the data processing amount is reduced. The tracking video information can track the running track of the motor vehicle in real time until the motor vehicle exits from a monitoring range, and the monitoring range can be set as required and is used for monitoring the behavior of the motor vehicle for continuously changing lanes.
Specifically, the method for separating tracking video information of the current tracked motor vehicle from the original video information comprises the following steps: acquiring a current tracked motor vehicle corresponding to the tracking video information, firstly determining which motor vehicle the motor vehicle tracked by the tracking video information needing to be separated is, then extracting a video image corresponding to the driving track of the motor vehicle from the original video information, due to the different driving positions of the vehicles, the positions of the vehicles in the video images may be different, and in order to observe the driving condition of the vehicle to be tracked, meanwhile, the interference of other motor vehicles around the motor vehicle is eliminated as much as possible, the extracted video image needs to be further processed, then amplifying the video image to make the image of the current tracked motor vehicle be positioned in the central region of the video image to obtain tracking video information, after the video image is locally amplified, the running track of the motor vehicle is clearer, is beneficial to observation and is beneficial to the subsequent recording of the illegal behaviors of continuously changing lanes.
Step S3: and judging whether the tracked motor vehicle changes the lane from the first lane to the second lane in the tracking video information.
When the motor vehicle crosses the marking line between the first lane and the second lane, the motor vehicle is judged to be lane-changed and runs from the first lane to the second lane, if the motor vehicle is judged to be lane-changed to the second lane, the step S4 is executed, otherwise, the running track of the motor vehicle in the running time of the motor vehicle on the lane is continuously monitored.
Step S4: and when the motor vehicle changes the lane to the second lane, judging whether the driving distance of the motor vehicle in the second lane is smaller than a preset distance threshold value.
When the motor vehicle is changed from the first lane to the second lane, lane changing is carried out again only under the condition that the driving distance in the second lane is smaller than a preset distance threshold value, and illegal behaviors of continuously changing lanes can be formed; if the distance traveled in the second lane is greater than the preset distance threshold, then it is not illegal whether the vehicle again changes lanes. And if the running distance of the motor vehicle in the second lane is judged to be less than the preset distance threshold value, executing the step S5, otherwise, monitoring the running track of the motor vehicle within the running time of the motor vehicle on the lane again.
Step S5: and when the driving distance is smaller than the preset distance threshold value, judging whether the motor vehicle changes from the second lane to a third lane, wherein the first lane, the second lane and the third lane are adjacent in sequence.
If the driving distance of the motor vehicle on the second lane is within the preset distance threshold value range, changing the lane from the second lane to the third lane, indicating that the motor vehicle has illegal behaviors of continuously changing lanes, if the driving distance of the motor vehicle is within the preset distance threshold value, changing the lane from the second lane to the third lane, executing the step S6, otherwise, monitoring the driving track of the motor vehicle within the driving time of the motor vehicle on the lane again.
Step S6: when the motor vehicle changes to the third lane, a second image of the motor vehicle changing to the second lane and a third image of the motor vehicle changing to the third lane are intercepted from the tracking video information.
In order to ensure the integrity of the evidence chain, it is therefore necessary to intercept the image of the motor vehicle when changing from the first lane to the second lane from the tracking video information as the second image, and to note the time corresponding to this moment. When the motor vehicle changes from the second lane to the third lane, an image of the vehicle changing to the third lane is intercepted as a third image, the third image is also an image with the number, and the moment is recorded. Therefore, the behavior of the vehicle for continuously changing lanes can be clearly recorded through the second image and the third image, and the vehicle can be conveniently identified in the video image through the correspondence between the serial number and the vehicle. After the second image of the vehicle changing lane to the second lane and the third image of the vehicle changing lane to the third lane are cut out from the tracking video information, step S7 is performed.
Step S7: and sending the first image, the second image, the third image and the tracking video information to an illegal database.
The first image is shot in the vehicle identification area, the number plate of the motor vehicle in the area can be clearly displayed, so that the first image can comprehensively display the image information of the vehicle, the second image and the third image reflect the record of the motor vehicle when the motor vehicle continuously changes lanes, the illegal information of the motor vehicle can be clearly reflected through the first image, the second image and the third image, and meanwhile, the tracking video information of the motor vehicle in the monitoring area is also sent together for the completeness of an evidence chain, so that the complete evidence chain is formed.
The method for recording the illegal behavior of continuously changing lanes of the plurality of motor vehicles realizes that the behavior of continuously changing lanes of the motor vehicles at any position can be effectively and continuously recorded even if the motor vehicle license plate is shielded by the rear vehicle, and solves the problem of recording the continuous lane changing of the motor vehicles at any position in a monitoring range; and all evidence chains of the lane continuous change can be formed without manual operation, so that the human resources are saved, and the processing efficiency of the lane continuous change behavior is improved.
Specifically, in the embodiment of the present invention, when a vehicle entering a vehicle identification area is subjected to a continuous lane change unlawful act recording, a path of tracking video information needs to be separated from original video information for each vehicle, so that a large amount of tracking video information is generated, in practice, only the tracking video information corresponding to the vehicle in which the continuous lane change unlawful act occurs and a first image with a license plate number are paid attention to and retained, and therefore, as a further implementation manner, as shown in fig. 4, the method for recording the continuous lane change unlawful act of a plurality of vehicles further includes:
step S8: and when the motor vehicle changes lanes to the third lane, generating continuous lane change violation information and sending the continuous lane change violation information to vehicle owner communication equipment bound by the motor vehicle.
After the motor vehicle has a continuous lane change behavior, the illegal behavior of the motor vehicle is sent to communication equipment such as a mobile phone of a vehicle owner bound by the motor vehicle, so that the vehicle owner is reminded of sending the traffic illegal behavior, relevant penalties of a traffic department need to be received in time, a warning effect can be played on a motor vehicle driver, and the motor vehicle driver is urged to comply with traffic rules.
As another further embodiment, as shown in fig. 5, the method for recording the lane violation of the plurality of motor vehicles during the continuous lane change further comprises:
step S9: and judging whether the motor vehicle runs out of the monitoring range. The monitoring range can be from the vehicle identification area to any position of the road section, so that the behavior of the motor vehicle for continuously changing lanes can be accurately identified. When the vehicle is driven out of the monitoring range, step S10 is executed, otherwise, the driving track of the vehicle is continuously monitored.
Step S10: and judging whether the second image and the third image exist or not after the motor vehicle is driven out of the monitoring range.
If the vehicle has lane change continuously, the second image and the third image are generated when the vehicle changes lanes for the first time and when the vehicle changes lanes for the second time, so that if the second image and the third image are generated, the vehicle is indicated to have lane change continuously, and if the second image and the third image are not generated, the vehicle is indicated to have no lane change continuously. If the second image and the third image exist, step S11 is performed, otherwise step S12 is performed.
Step S11: when the second image and the third image are present, the tracking video information and the first image are stored.
If the motor vehicle has the continuous lane changing behavior, the tracking video information corresponding to the motor vehicle, which is separated from the original video information, needs to be stored, so that the subsequent query is facilitated.
Step S12: and when the second image or the third image does not exist, deleting the tracking video information and the first image.
If the second image or the third image is not present, it is indicated that the vehicle does not have lane change behavior within the monitoring range. Images in the monitoring area do not need to be reserved, so that the tracking video information can be deleted, the storage space is saved, and the utilization efficiency of storage equipment is improved. In a road section with large traffic, the traffic volume of vehicles is very large, if data of all vehicles passing through a monitoring range are reserved, a very large storage space is occupied, and traffic polices manually search illegal information from the tracking video information, a large amount of time is spent, in the scheme, after a motor vehicle enters the monitoring range to be monitored, whether the motor vehicle has illegal information is obtained by judging the illegal information after the motor vehicle leaves the monitoring range, if the illegal information does not exist, the tracking video information is deleted, if the illegal information exists, the tracking video information is uploaded to a monitoring center to be stored, the schematic diagram of the process is shown in figure 3, in a server of the monitoring center, stored image data can be previewed through an upper computer, and the data can be further processed in the data center or a receiving platform, more traffic data information is provided. Therefore, the monitoring terminals at the intersections do not need to store too much useless information, the utilization rate of resources is improved, the time for the traffic police to manually identify the video images is saved, illegal vehicles are automatically found, a complete evidence chain is formed, and more information is provided for traffic management.
As another optional implementation, in order to further improve the accuracy of the identification, the method may further include: after the motor vehicle enters the vehicle identification area, identifying the number plate of the motor vehicle; because the image of the motor vehicle in the vehicle identification area can be clearly shot, and the license plate can be clearly seen, the license plate identification in the area is more accurate, and the problem that the motor vehicle license plate cannot be identified due to being shielded is solved. Then, the identified number plate is marked on the image of the motor vehicle, and the number plate synchronously follows the running track of the motor vehicle. Therefore, no matter the motor vehicle runs to any position, the number plate information of the motor vehicle can be determined in time, and real-time monitoring is facilitated.
As another optional implementation manner, in step S7, in the process of sending the first image, the second image, the third image and the tracking video information corresponding to the number to the violation database, number plate identification may be performed according to the first image; and then the identified number plate information is simultaneously sent to a violation database. In this embodiment, the license plate recognition may not be performed in the previous step, but the license plate of the vehicle may be recognized through the captured first image after the vehicle has a lane change behavior, and then the recognized license plates may be transmitted to the illegal database together. In the scheme, the problems that the number plate is identified after the motor vehicle enters the vehicle identification, the data volume to be processed is large, and the redundant data is large can be avoided, and only the number plate of the vehicle with illegal behaviors needs to be identified, so that the data processing amount is reduced, and the utilization rate of the data is improved. As another implementation, the number plate may be identified according to one or a combination of several images of the second image or the third image or the vehicle image in the tracking video information separated from the original video information, or the identified number plate may be verified. For example, the number plate is identified through the first image, the verification is performed through the second image or the third image, if the number plate is consistent with the first image, the identified number plate is considered to be correct, and if the number plate is inconsistent with the first image, the image with the clear number plate is obtained from the tracking video information again for re-identification, so that the accuracy of the number plate identification is improved.
