The traffic volume of vehicles on the expressway is very large, if data of all vehicles are reserved, a very large storage space is occupied, and traffic polices need to spend a great deal of time searching illegal information from the tracking video information, in the scheme, the motor vehicles enter a monitoring range to be monitored to obtain the tracking video information corresponding to the vehicles, after the motor vehicles exit the monitoring range, whether the illegal information exists in the motor vehicles is obtained by judging the illegal information, if the illegal information does not exist, the tracking video information is deleted, if the illegal information exists, the tracking video information is uploaded to a monitoring center to be stored, the schematic diagram of the process is shown in figure 3, in a server of the monitoring center, stored image data can be previewed through an upper computer, and the data can be further processed in a data center or a receiving platform, more traffic data information is provided. Therefore, the monitoring terminals at the intersections do not need to store too much useless information, the utilization rate of resources is improved, the time for manually identifying and tracking the video information by the traffic police is saved, illegal vehicles are automatically found, a complete evidence chain is formed, and more information is provided for traffic management.
As another optional implementation, in order to further improve the accuracy of the identification, the method may further include: after the motor vehicle enters a motor vehicle identification area, identifying the number plate of the motor vehicle; because the image of the motor vehicle in the motor vehicle identification area can be clearly shot, and the license plate can be clearly seen, the license plate identification in the area is more accurate, and the problem that the motor vehicle license plate cannot be identified due to being shielded is solved. Then, the identified number plate is marked on the image of the motor vehicle, and the number plate synchronously follows the running track of the motor vehicle. Therefore, no matter the motor vehicle runs to any position, the number plate information of the motor vehicle can be determined in time, and real-time monitoring is facilitated.
As another alternative embodiment, in step S6, in the process of sending the first image, the second image, and the tracking video information corresponding to the number to the violation database, the number plate may be identified according to the first image; and then the identified number plate information is simultaneously sent to a violation database. In this embodiment, the license plate identification may not be performed in the previous step, but the license plate of the vehicle may be identified by the captured first image after the vehicle has illegal low-speed driving behavior, and then the identified license plates may be transmitted to the illegal database together. In the scheme, the problems that the number plate is identified after the motor vehicle enters the motor vehicle identification area, the data volume to be processed is large, and the redundant data is large can be avoided, the number plate of the vehicle with illegal behaviors is only required to be identified, the data processing amount is reduced, and the data utilization rate is improved. As other implementation schemes, the number plate can be identified according to one or a combination of several images in the second image or the motor vehicle image in the tracking video information, or the identified number plate can be verified. For example, the number plate is identified through the first image, the verification is performed through the second image, if the number plate is consistent with the first image, the identified number plate is considered to be correct, and if the number plate is inconsistent with the first image, the image with the clear number plate is obtained from the tracking video information again for re-identification, so that the accuracy of license plate identification is improved.
Example 2
In an embodiment of the present invention, a device for recording illegal activities of low-speed driving of multiple motor vehicles is provided, and as shown in fig. 7, the device for recording illegal activities of low-speed driving of multiple motor vehicles includes: and the video image recording unit 1 is used for starting the video image recording equipment to record the original video information of the monitored road section. The video image labeling unit 2 is used for shooting a first image with a license plate number for each motor vehicle entering the vehicle identification area, numbering each motor vehicle, dividing original video information into multiple paths of tracking video information through a video separator, enabling each motor vehicle entering the vehicle identification area to correspond to one path of tracking video information, and synchronously labeling the numbers in the tracking video information to the corresponding motor vehicle. For details, reference is made to step S2 in embodiment 1.
And the low-speed running judging unit 3 is used for judging whether the running speed of the tracked motor vehicle is less than a preset lowest speed limit or not in the tracking video information. For details, reference is made to step S3 in embodiment 1.
And the first vehicle distance judging unit 4 is used for judging whether the first vehicle distance between the motor vehicle and the front vehicle is greater than a preset first distance threshold value or not when the running speed of the motor vehicle is less than the preset lowest speed limit. For details, reference is made to step S4 in embodiment 1.
And the low-speed driving illegal behavior intercepting unit 5 is used for intercepting a second image of the motor vehicle with the marked number, which is driven below the lowest speed limit, from the tracking video information when the first vehicle distance is greater than a preset first distance threshold. For details, reference is made to step S5 in embodiment 1.
And the illegal data sending unit 6 is used for sending the first image, the second image and the tracking video information to an illegal database. For details, reference is made to step S6 in embodiment 1.
Example 3
An embodiment of the present invention further provides a traffic control terminal, as shown in fig. 8, the traffic control terminal may include a processor 31 and a memory 32, where the processor 31 and the memory 32 may be connected by a bus or in another manner, and fig. 8 takes the example of connection by a bus as an example.
The processor 31 may be a Central Processing Unit (CPU). The Processor 31 may also be other general purpose processors, Digital Signal Processors (DSPs), Application Specific Integrated Circuits (ASICs), Field Programmable Gate Arrays (FPGAs) or other Programmable logic devices, discrete Gate or transistor logic devices, discrete hardware components, or combinations thereof.
The memory 32 is a non-transitory computer readable storage medium, and can be used for storing a non-transitory software program, a non-transitory computer executable program, and a module, such as program instructions/modules corresponding to the method for recording the law violation of low-speed driving of multiple motor vehicles in the embodiment of the present invention, and the processor 31 executes various functional applications and data processing of the processor by operating the non-transitory software program, instructions, and modules stored in the memory 32, so as to implement the method for recording the law violation of low-speed driving of multiple motor vehicles in the above-mentioned method embodiment.
The memory 32 may include a storage program area and a storage data area, wherein the storage program area may store an operating system, an application program required for at least one function; the storage data area may store data created by the processor 31, and the like. Further, the memory 32 may include high speed random access memory, and may also include non-transitory memory, such as at least one magnetic disk storage device, flash memory device, or other non-transitory solid state storage device. In some embodiments, the memory 32 may optionally include memory located remotely from the processor 31, and these remote memories may be connected to the processor 31 via a network. Examples of such networks include, but are not limited to, the internet, intranets, local area networks, mobile communication networks, and combinations thereof.
One or more modules are stored in the memory 32 and, when executed by the processor 31, perform the method of recording low speed driving violations of a plurality of motor vehicles as in the embodiment shown in fig. 1.
The details of the traffic control terminal may be understood with reference to the corresponding description and effects in the embodiment shown in fig. 1, and are not described herein again.
It will be understood by those skilled in the art that all or part of the processes of the methods of the embodiments described above can be implemented by hardware related to instructions of a computer program, and the program can be stored in a computer readable storage medium, and when executed, can include the processes of the embodiments of the methods described above. The storage medium may be a magnetic Disk, an optical Disk, a Read-Only Memory (ROM), a Random Access Memory (RAM), a Flash Memory (Flash Memory), a Hard Disk (Hard Disk Drive, abbreviated as HDD), a Solid State Drive (SSD), or the like; the storage medium may also comprise a combination of memories of the kind described above.

Claims (9)

1. A method for recording the law violation of low-speed running of a plurality of motor vehicles is characterized by comprising the following steps:
starting a video image recording device to record original video information of the monitored road section;
the method comprises the steps that a first image with a license plate number is shot by each motor vehicle entering a motor vehicle identification area, the motor vehicles are numbered, original video information is divided into multiple paths of tracking video information through a video separator, one path of tracking video information corresponds to each motor vehicle entering the motor vehicle identification area, and the numbers are synchronously marked on the corresponding motor vehicles in the tracking video information;
wherein separating the tracking video information for the currently tracked vehicle from the original video information comprises:
acquiring the current tracked motor vehicle corresponding to the tracking video information;
extracting a video image corresponding to the running track of the motor vehicle from the original video information;
amplifying the video image to enable the image of the current tracked motor vehicle to be located in the central area of the video image, and obtaining the tracking video information;
judging whether the running speed of the motor vehicle tracked by the tracking video information is less than a preset lowest speed limit or not in the tracking video information;
when the running speed of the motor vehicle is smaller than the preset lowest speed limit, judging whether the first distance between the motor vehicle and a front vehicle is larger than a preset first distance threshold value or not;
when the first vehicle distance is larger than the preset first distance threshold, intercepting a second image which marks that the numbered motor vehicle runs at a speed lower than the lowest speed limit from the tracking video information;
and sending the first image, the second image and the tracking video information to an illegal database.
2. The method for recording the law violation of low-speed driving of a plurality of motor vehicles according to claim 1, wherein said sending said first image, said second image and said tracking video information to a violation database further comprises:
identifying the number plate according to the first image;
and sending the identified number plate information to the illegal database.
3. The method for recording the law violation of low-speed driving of a plurality of motor vehicles according to claim 1, further comprising:
when the first vehicle distance is larger than the preset first distance threshold, judging whether a second vehicle distance between the motor vehicle and a rear vehicle is smaller than a preset second distance threshold;
when the second vehicle distance between the motor vehicle and the rear vehicle is smaller than a preset second distance threshold value, a third image containing the motor vehicle and the rear vehicle is intercepted from the tracking video information;
and sending the third image to an illegal database.
4. The method for recording the law violation of low-speed driving of a plurality of motor vehicles according to claim 3, further comprising:
and when the motor vehicle enters the monitored road section, monitoring the speed, the first vehicle distance and the second vehicle distance of the motor vehicle in real time, and marking the speed, the first vehicle distance and the second vehicle distance on the tracking video information of the motor vehicle in real time.
5. The method for recording the law violation of low-speed driving of a plurality of motor vehicles according to claim 1, further comprising:
judging whether the motor vehicle runs out of a monitoring range or not;
judging whether the second image exists or not after the motor vehicle exits the monitoring range;
when the second image is present, then the tracking video information and the first image are stored.
6. The method for recording the law violation of low-speed driving of a plurality of motor vehicles according to claim 5, further comprising: and when the second image does not exist, deleting the tracking video information and the first image.
7. A device for recording the law violation of low-speed running of a plurality of motor vehicles is characterized by comprising:
the video image recording unit (1) is used for starting video image recording equipment to record original video information of the monitored road section;
the video image labeling unit (2) is used for shooting a first image with a license plate number for each motor vehicle entering a motor vehicle identification area, numbering each motor vehicle, dividing the original video information into multi-path tracking video information through a video separator, tracking the video information corresponding to each motor vehicle entering the vehicle identification area, and synchronously labeling the numbering to the corresponding motor vehicle in the tracking video information; wherein the video image annotation unit (2) comprises:
a motor vehicle acquisition unit for acquiring a tracked motor vehicle corresponding to the tracking video information;
the image extraction unit is used for extracting a video image corresponding to the running track of the tracked motor vehicle from the original video information;
the image amplifying unit is used for amplifying the video image to enable the image of the tracked motor vehicle to be located in the central area of the video image, and tracking video information of the tracked motor vehicle is obtained;
the low-speed running judging unit (3) is used for judging whether the running speed of the motor vehicle tracked by the low-speed running judging unit is smaller than a preset lowest speed limit or not in the tracking video information;
the first vehicle distance judging unit (4) is used for judging whether the first vehicle distance between the motor vehicle and a front vehicle is larger than a preset first distance threshold value or not when the running speed of the motor vehicle is smaller than a preset lowest speed limit;
the low-speed driving illegal behavior intercepting unit (5) is used for intercepting a second image which marks that the numbered motor vehicle runs below the lowest speed limit from the tracking video information when the first vehicle distance is larger than the preset first distance threshold;
and the illegal data sending unit (6) is used for sending the first image, the second image and the tracking video information to an illegal database.

A traffic control terminal, comprising a memory and a processor, wherein the memory and the processor are communicatively connected with each other, the memory stores computer instructions, and the processor executes the computer instructions to perform the method for recording the low-speed driving unlawful behaviors of a plurality of motor vehicles according to any one of claims 1 to 6.
9. A computer-readable storage medium storing computer instructions for causing a computer to perform the method of recording low-speed travel violations of multiple motor vehicles of any of claims 1-6.
