Disclosure of Invention
In view of this, the embodiment of the present invention provides a method and a system for recording multiple motor vehicle illegal behaviors crossing a solid line, so as to solve the problems that an illegal recording system in the prior art can only record illegal behaviors crossing a solid line at a specific position, cannot effectively and continuously record illegal behaviors crossing a solid line of multiple motor vehicles, needs more manual operations, wastes time, and has an imperfect evidence chain.
According to a first aspect, an embodiment of the present invention provides a method for recording illegal actions of multiple motor vehicles crossing a real line, including: starting a video image recording device to record original video information of the monitored road section; the method comprises the steps that a first image with a license plate number is shot for each motor vehicle entering a vehicle identification area, the motor vehicles are numbered, original video information is divided into multiple paths of tracking video information through a video separator, one path of tracking video information corresponds to each motor vehicle entering the vehicle identification area, and the numbers are synchronously marked to the corresponding motor vehicles in the tracking video information; judging whether the motor vehicle tracked by the tracking video information crosses a solid line on a lane or not in the tracking video information; when the motor vehicle crosses a solid line on a lane, a second image of the motor vehicle marked with the number when crossing the solid line and a third image after crossing the solid line are intercepted from the tracking video information; and sending the first image, the second image, the third image and the tracking video information to an illegal database.
According to a first aspect, in a first implementation form of the first aspect, the separating the tracking video information for the currently tracked vehicle from the original video information comprises: acquiring the current tracked motor vehicle corresponding to the tracking video information; extracting a video image corresponding to the running track of the motor vehicle from the original video information; and amplifying the video image to enable the image of the current tracked motor vehicle to be located in the central area of the video image, so as to obtain the tracking video information.
With reference to the first aspect, in a second implementation manner of the first aspect, the sending the first image, the second image, the third image, and the tracking video information to an illegal database further includes: identifying the number plate according to the first image; and simultaneously sending the identified number plate information to the illegal database.
With reference to the first aspect, in a third embodiment of the first aspect, the method for recording the illegal actions of multiple motor vehicles crossing the line further includes: judging whether the motor vehicle drives out of the monitoring range or not; after the motor vehicle exits the monitoring range, judging whether the second image and the third image corresponding to the motor vehicle exist or not; when a second image and a third image corresponding to the motor vehicle exist, the tracking video information and the first image corresponding to the motor vehicle are stored.
With reference to the first aspect, in a fourth embodiment of the first aspect, the method for recording the illegal actions of multiple motor vehicles crossing the line further includes: and deleting the tracking video information and the first image corresponding to the motor vehicle if the second image or the third image does not exist after the motor vehicle exits the monitoring range.
With reference to the first aspect, in a fifth embodiment of the first aspect, the method for recording the illegal actions of multiple motor vehicles crossing the line further includes: and when the second image and the third image corresponding to the motor vehicle exist, generating illegal solid line crossing information, and sending the illegal solid line crossing information to the communication equipment bound to the motor vehicle.
According to a second aspect, an embodiment of the present invention further provides an apparatus for recording illegal actions of multiple motor vehicles crossing a real line, including: the video image recording unit is used for starting the video image recording equipment to record the original video information of the monitored road section; the video image labeling unit is used for shooting a first image with a license plate number for each motor vehicle entering the vehicle identification area, numbering each motor vehicle, dividing the original video information into multi-path tracking video information through a video separator, synchronously labeling the serial number to the corresponding motor vehicle in the tracking video information, wherein the tracking video information corresponds to one path of tracking video information of each motor vehicle entering the vehicle identification area; the illegal judging unit is used for judging whether the motor vehicle tracked by the illegal judging unit crosses a solid line on a lane or not in the tracking video information; a video intercepting unit for intercepting, from the tracking video information, a second image of the motor vehicle, which is labeled with the number when the motor vehicle crosses a solid line on a lane, and a third image after crossing the solid line when the motor vehicle crosses the solid line on the lane; and the illegal data sending unit is used for sending the first image, the second image, the third image and the tracking video information to an illegal database.
With reference to the second aspect, in a first implementation manner of the second aspect, the illegal data sending unit further includes: a number plate identification subunit, configured to perform number plate identification according to the first image; and the number plate information sending subunit is used for sending the identified number plate information to the illegal database at the same time.
According to a third aspect, an embodiment of the present invention further provides a traffic control terminal, including a memory and a processor, where the memory and the processor are communicatively connected to each other, the memory stores computer instructions, and the processor executes the computer instructions to perform the method for recording the illegal actions of multiple motor vehicles crossing the real line in the first aspect or the optional implementation manner thereof.
According to a fourth aspect, an embodiment of the present invention provides a computer-readable storage medium storing computer instructions for causing a computer to execute the method for recording the illegal act of crossing lines of a plurality of motor vehicles according to the first aspect or the optional implementation manner thereof.
The method for recording the illegal behaviors of multiple motor vehicles crossing the solid line comprises the steps of recording original video information of a monitored road section by starting a video image recording device, then shooting license plate numbers of each motor vehicle entering a vehicle identification area, numbering the motor vehicles, obtaining tracking video information of each motor vehicle through a video separator, standardizing the numbers corresponding to the motor vehicles on the motor vehicles in the tracking video information, judging whether the motor vehicles cross the solid line on a lane or not in the tracking video information, intercepting a second image when the motor vehicles cross the solid line and a third image after the solid line is crossed from the tracking video information when the motor vehicles cross the solid line on the lane, and sending the first image, the second image, the third image and the tracking video information to an illegal database. According to the scheme, the solid line crossing illegal behaviors of a plurality of motor vehicles at any positions can be continuously and effectively recorded in the video monitoring range without manual operation, a complete evidence chain is formed by shooting the images of the vehicle identification area, the images when the vehicle identification area crosses the solid line and the images after the vehicle identification area crosses the solid line, and the video images are sent together, so that all evidence chains of the solid line crossing illegal behaviors can be formed without manual operation, the labor intensity is saved, and the time is saved.
Detailed Description
In order to make the objects, technical solutions and advantages of the embodiments of the present invention clearer, the technical solutions in the embodiments of the present invention will be clearly and completely described below with reference to the drawings in the embodiments of the present invention, and it is obvious that the described embodiments are some, but not all, embodiments of the present invention. All other embodiments, which can be derived by a person skilled in the art from the embodiments given herein without making any creative effort, shall fall within the protection scope of the present invention.
Example 1
The embodiment of the invention provides a method for recording illegal behaviors of multiple motor vehicles crossing a solid line, which is used in an intersection traffic control terminal. In front of the intersection, in order to prevent the vehicle from changing lanes after entering the intersection, the lane line is changed from a dotted line to a solid line within a certain distance before the intersection, the motor vehicles with the dotted line can cross the lane, and the motor vehicles with the solid line cannot change lanes. The method for recording the illegal behaviors of multiple motor vehicles crossing the solid line in the embodiment is used for timely and accurately recording the illegal lane changing behaviors of the motor vehicles, and warns the motor vehicle drivers to comply with corresponding laws and regulations and maintain the traffic order by forcefully monitoring the illegal lane changing behaviors.
As shown in fig. 1, the method for recording the illegal act of crossing the line of a plurality of motor vehicles comprises the following steps:
step S1: and starting the video image recording equipment to record the original video information of the section where the parking is forbidden.
And starting a video image recording device arranged on the road section where the vehicle is prohibited to park to carry out video monitoring on the road section, wherein the obtained monitoring video is used as original video information and is used as an original basis for subsequently judging illegal parking of the motor vehicle.
Step S2: the method comprises the steps of shooting a first image with a license plate number for each motor vehicle entering a vehicle identification area, numbering the motor vehicles, dividing original video information into multi-path tracking video information through a video separator, enabling each motor vehicle entering the vehicle identification area to correspond to one path of tracking video information, and synchronously marking the numbers to the corresponding motor vehicles in the tracking video information.
Before entering the intersection, a vehicle identification area is arranged on the road surface, the vehicle identification area is arranged on a road section before the lane line is changed into a solid line, and after the vehicle is identified in the vehicle identification area, illegal lane changing behaviors of the vehicle are accurately captured. The height and the angle of the camera arranged at the intersection are adjusted, so that the camera can accurately shoot the image of the motor vehicle entering the vehicle identification area. In the process of judging whether the motor vehicle enters the vehicle identification area, the following modes can be adopted:
firstly, whether the image of the motor vehicle enters the image range of the vehicle identification area or not is monitored, and when the image of the motor vehicle enters the image range of the vehicle identification area, the motor vehicle is judged to enter the vehicle identification area. If the image of the motor vehicle does not exist in the vehicle identification area, the fact that no motor vehicle enters the vehicle identification area is indicated.
As another alternative embodiment, the process of determining whether the vehicle enters the vehicle identification area may be as follows: firstly, detecting the position of a motor vehicle by a radar, installing a radar scanner at an intersection, and obtaining the distance between the motor vehicle and the intersection by radar ranging; and when the position of the motor vehicle reaches a preset distance from the radar transmitting position, judging that the motor vehicle enters a vehicle identification area. The accurate distance between the motor vehicle and the intersection can be known through radar ranging, the distance corresponds to the distance between the lane line and the lane changing line from the dotted line to the solid line, an area before the motor vehicle runs to a road section with the lane line being the solid line is set as a vehicle identification area, and after the motor vehicle reaches the preset position, the motor vehicle is judged to enter the vehicle identification area.
When a motor vehicle enters a motor vehicle identification zone, a first image of the motor vehicle with the license plate number is taken, as shown in fig. 2. When the traffic control terminal finds that a motor vehicle enters a vehicle identification area through pictures shot by a camera or radar distance measurement, the motor vehicle is shot, and an image of the motor vehicle with a clear license plate number is shot to serve as a first image. The accuracy of radar ranging is high, and as shown in fig. 3, after an image is recognized in a vehicle recognition area through a radar, a camera is triggered to shoot the image. Because the angle and the height of the camera at the intersection are adjusted according to the position of the vehicle identification area, the image of the motor vehicle, especially the number plate of the motor vehicle, can be clearly shot in the vehicle identification area and can also be clearly displayed in the image of the motor vehicle.
In practice, when a number of vehicles are running on the monitored road section, the original video information may simultaneously include running tracks of a plurality of motor vehicles, at this time, the original video information directly judges the plurality of motor vehicles to cross the solid-line illegal behavior, and the judgment is easily interfered by adjacent motor vehicles, and the image definition of the running tracks of the motor vehicles may not be high, which increases the difficulty for judging the illegal behavior. Therefore, in the embodiment of the invention, the motor vehicles running into the vehicle identification area are numbered firstly, aiming at each motor vehicle entering the vehicle identification area, the original video information is divided into a plurality of paths of tracking video information by the video separator, each motor vehicle entering the vehicle identification area corresponds to one path of tracking video information to track each motor vehicle respectively, and the number corresponding to the motor vehicle tracked by the tracking video information is marked on the image of the motor vehicle, so that the number synchronously follows the running track of the motor vehicle, therefore, the corresponding number is displayed in the video image of the tracking video information during the running process of the motor vehicle, which motor vehicle can be clearly known according to the number, and the number is numbered according to the sequence of the motor vehicle entering the vehicle identification area, so that a complex data processing process is not needed, the serial numbers are marked on the motor vehicle for synchronous following, so that a visible unique identifier is formed for each vehicle without spending more time on vehicle identification, and the data processing amount is reduced. The tracking video information can track the running track of the motor vehicle in real time until the motor vehicle runs out of the monitoring range of the monitored road section, and the monitoring range can be set as required, can be a dotted line area of a lane line and is used for monitoring illegal behaviors of the motor vehicle crossing the solid line.
Specifically, the method for separating tracking video information of the current tracked motor vehicle from the original video information comprises the following steps: acquiring a current tracked motor vehicle corresponding to the tracking video information, firstly determining which motor vehicle the motor vehicle tracked by the tracking video information needing to be separated is, then extracting a video image corresponding to the driving track of the motor vehicle from the original video information, due to the different driving positions of the vehicles, the positions of the vehicles in the video images may be different, and in order to observe the driving condition of the vehicle to be tracked, meanwhile, the interference of other motor vehicles around the motor vehicle is eliminated as much as possible, the extracted video image needs to be further processed, then amplifying the video image to make the image of the current tracked motor vehicle be positioned in the central region of the video image to obtain tracking video information, after the video image is locally amplified, the motor vehicle has clearer driving track, is beneficial to observation and is beneficial to the subsequent recording of illegal solid line crossing behaviors.
Step S3: in the tracking video information, it is determined whether the vehicle it is tracking crosses a solid line on the lane.
When the position of the motor vehicle crosses the solid line on the lane, the position indicates that the motor vehicle illegally crosses the line. The position relation between the vehicle and the solid line on the lane in the tracking video information corresponding to the vehicle can be determined, and when the vehicle blocks the solid line on one side of the vehicle, the vehicle crosses the solid line on the lane. And judging whether the motor vehicle crosses the solid line on the lane, if so, executing the step S4, otherwise, continuously monitoring the position relation between the motor vehicle and the solid line on the lane in the tracking video information.
Step S4: when the vehicle crosses a solid line on the lane, a second image of the vehicle numbered across the solid line and a third image after crossing the solid line are cut out from the tracking video information.
Since the motor vehicle crosses the solid line in a continuous process, in order to ensure the integrity of the evidence chain, an image when the solid line crosses needs to be intercepted from the tracking video information to be used as a second image, and the time corresponding to the moment is marked at the same time. After the motor vehicle crosses the solid line, an image after the solid line is intercepted as a third image, and the third image selects the image with the number and records the moment. Therefore, the illegal behaviors of the motor vehicle crossing the solid line can be clearly recorded through the second image and the third image, and the motor vehicle is conveniently identified in the tracking video information through the correspondence between the serial number and the motor vehicle.
Step S5: and sending the first image, the second image, the third image and the tracking video information to an illegal database.
The first image is shot in the vehicle identification area, the number plate of the motor vehicle in the area can be clearly displayed, so that the first image can comprehensively display the image information of the vehicle, the second image and the third image reflect the record of the motor vehicle crossing the solid line, the illegal information of the motor vehicle can be clearly reflected through the first image, the second image and the third image, and meanwhile, the tracking video information corresponding to the motor vehicle in the monitoring area is sent together for the completeness of the evidence chain, so that the complete evidence chain is formed.
According to the scheme, the solid line crossing illegal behaviors of a plurality of motor vehicles at any positions can be continuously and effectively recorded in the video monitoring range without manual operation, a complete evidence chain is formed by shooting the images of the vehicle identification area, the images when the vehicle identification area crosses the solid line and the images after the vehicle identification area crosses the solid line, and the video images are sent together, so that all evidence chains of the solid line crossing illegal behaviors can be formed without manual operation, the labor intensity is saved, and the time is saved.
Specifically, in the embodiment of the present invention, when the vehicle entering the vehicle identification area is subjected to the illegal act crossing, one path of tracking video information needs to be separated from the original video information for each vehicle, so that a large amount of tracking video information is generated, in practice, only the tracking video information corresponding to the vehicle in which the illegal act crossing occurs and the first image with the license plate number are concerned and retained, and therefore, as a further implementation manner, the method for recording the illegal act crossing of multiple vehicles further includes the following steps after the above steps, as shown in fig. 4:
step S6: and judging whether the motor vehicle is driven out of the monitoring range. The monitoring range can be from the vehicle identification area to the end position of the lane solid line, so that the behavior of the illegal lane of the motor vehicle can be accurately identified. When the vehicle is driven out of the monitoring range, step S7 is executed, otherwise, the driving track of the vehicle is continuously monitored. Step S7: and after the motor vehicle is driven out of the monitoring range, judging whether a second image and a third image corresponding to the motor vehicle exist or not.
If the motor vehicle has illegal line crossing, a second image and a third image are generated during and after the line crossing, so that if the second image and the third image are generated, the illegal line crossing behavior exists, and if the second image and the third image do not exist, the illegal line crossing behavior does not exist. If the second image and the third image exist, step S8 is performed, otherwise step S9 is performed.
Step S8: and when the second image and the third image exist, storing the tracking video information corresponding to the motor vehicle and the first image.
If the motor vehicle has illegal line crossing behaviors, the tracking video information corresponding to the motor vehicle needs to be stored, so that subsequent inquiry is facilitated.
Step S9: and after the motor vehicle is driven out of the monitoring range, if the second image or the third image does not exist, deleting the tracking video information and the first image corresponding to the motor vehicle.
If the second image or the third image does not exist, the situation that the motor vehicle does not cross the solid line to another lane is shown, and therefore the illegal act of crossing the line does not exist in the monitoring area. The tracking video information in the monitoring area is not reserved, so that the tracking video information can be deleted, the storage space is saved, and the utilization efficiency of the storage equipment is improved. On a road section with large traffic, the traffic volume of the vehicles is very large, and if data of all vehicles passing through the intersection is reserved, a very large storage space is occupied, in addition, the traffic police manually searches the illegal information from the video images, which also needs to spend a great deal of time, in the scheme, the illegal information is judged to obtain whether the motor vehicle has the illegal information or not after the motor vehicle enters the monitoring range and exits the monitoring range, if the tracking video information does not exist, the tracking video information is deleted, if the tracking video information exists, the tracking video information is uploaded to a monitoring center to be stored, the schematic diagram of the process is shown in fig. 3, in the server of the monitoring center, the stored image data can be previewed by the upper computer, and the data can be further processed in the data center or the receiving platform to provide more traffic data information. Therefore, the monitoring terminals at the intersections do not need to store too much useless information, the utilization rate of resources is improved, the time for manually identifying the video images by the traffic police is saved, illegal vehicles are automatically found, a complete evidence chain is formed, and more information is provided for traffic management.
As another further embodiment, as shown in fig. 5, the method for recording the illegal act of crossing the line of a plurality of motor vehicles further comprises:
step S10: and when the second image and the third image corresponding to the motor vehicle exist, generating illegal solid line crossing information, and sending the illegal solid line crossing information to the communication equipment bound with the motor vehicle.
When the motor vehicle has an illegal action crossing the real line, the illegal action is sent to the communication equipment such as the mobile phone of the vehicle owner bound by the motor vehicle, so that the vehicle owner is reminded of sending the illegal traffic action, the relevant punishment of the traffic department needs to be received in time, and the warning function can be played for the motor vehicle driver to supervise and urge the motor vehicle driver to abide by the traffic rules.
As another optional implementation, in order to further improve the accuracy of the identification, the method may further include: after the motor vehicle enters the vehicle identification area, identifying the number plate of the motor vehicle; because the image of the motor vehicle in the vehicle identification area can be clearly shot, and the license plate can be clearly seen, the license plate identification in the area is more accurate, and the problem that the motor vehicle license plate cannot be identified due to being shielded is solved. Then, the identified number plate is marked on the image of the motor vehicle, and the number plate synchronously follows the running track of the motor vehicle. Therefore, no matter the motor vehicle runs to any position, the number plate information of the motor vehicle can be determined in time, and real-time monitoring is facilitated.
As other optional embodiments, in the step S5, in the process of sending the first image, the second image, the third image and the tracking video information to the violation database, the number plate identification may be performed according to the first image; and then the identified number plate information is simultaneously sent to a violation database. In this embodiment, the number plate recognition may not be performed in the previous step, but the number plate of the vehicle may be recognized through the captured first image after the vehicle has a line crossing illegal activity, and then the recognized number plates may be transmitted to the illegal database together. In the scheme, the problems that the number plate is identified after the motor vehicle enters the vehicle identification, the data volume to be processed is large, and the redundant data is large can be avoided, and only the number plate of the vehicle with illegal behaviors needs to be identified, so that the data processing amount is reduced, and the utilization rate of the data is improved. As another implementation, the number plate may be identified according to one or a combination of several images in the second image, the third image or the tracking video information corresponding to the vehicle, or the identified number plate may be verified. For example, the number plate is identified through the first image, the verification is performed through the second image or the third image, if the number plate is consistent with the first image, the identified number plate is considered to be correct, and if the number plate is inconsistent with the first image, the image with the clear number plate is obtained from the recorded video image again for re-identification, so that the accuracy of license plate identification is improved.

In an embodiment of the present invention, there is provided an apparatus for recording an illegal act of crossing a solid line of a plurality of motor vehicles, as shown in fig. 6, the apparatus including:
and the video image recording unit 1 is used for starting the video image recording equipment to record the original video information of the monitored road section. For details, reference is made to step S1 in embodiment 1.
The video image labeling unit 2 is used for shooting a first image with a license plate number for each motor vehicle entering the vehicle identification area, numbering each motor vehicle, dividing original video information into multiple paths of tracking video information through a video separator, enabling each motor vehicle entering the vehicle identification area to correspond to one path of tracking video information, and synchronously labeling the numbers in the tracking video information to the corresponding motor vehicle. For details, reference is made to step S2 in embodiment 1.
And the illegal judging unit 3 is used for judging whether the tracked motor vehicle crosses the solid line on the lane or not in the tracking video information. For details, reference is made to step S3 in embodiment 1.
And a video intercepting unit 4, when the vehicle crosses the solid line on the lane, the video intercepting unit 4 is used for intercepting a second image of the vehicle with the mark number when crossing the solid line and a third image after crossing the solid line from the tracking video information. For details, reference is made to step S4 in embodiment 1.
And the illegal data sending unit 5 is used for sending the first image, the second image, the third image and the tracking video information to an illegal database. The illegal data transmitting unit 5 further includes: a number plate recognition subunit 51 configured to perform number plate recognition based on the first image; and a number plate information transmitting subunit 52, configured to transmit the identified number plate information to the illegal database at the same time. For details, reference is made to step S5 in embodiment 1. For details, reference is made to step S5 in embodiment 1.
Example 3
An embodiment of the present invention further provides a traffic control terminal, as shown in fig. 7, the traffic control terminal may include a processor 31 and a memory 32, where the processor 31 and the memory 32 may be connected by a bus or in another manner, and fig. 7 takes the example of connection by a bus as an example.
The processor 31 may be a Central Processing Unit (CPU). The Processor 31 may also be other general purpose processors, Digital Signal Processors (DSPs), Application Specific Integrated Circuits (ASICs), Field Programmable Gate Arrays (FPGAs) or other Programmable logic devices, discrete Gate or transistor logic devices, discrete hardware components, or combinations thereof.
The memory 32 is a non-transitory computer readable storage medium, and can be used for storing a non-transitory software program, a non-transitory computer executable program, and a module, such as the program instructions/modules corresponding to the method for recording the illegal actions of crossing the vehicle line of a plurality of vehicles in the embodiment of the present invention, the processor 31 executes various functional applications and data processing of the processor by running the non-transitory software program, instructions, and modules stored in the memory 32, that is, the method for recording the illegal actions of crossing the vehicle line of a plurality of vehicles in the above embodiment of the method is implemented.
The memory 32 may include a storage program area and a storage data area, wherein the storage program area may store an operating system, an application program required for at least one function; the storage data area may store data created by the processor 31, and the like. Further, the memory 32 may include high speed random access memory, and may also include non-transitory memory, such as at least one magnetic disk storage device, flash memory device, or other non-transitory solid state storage device. In some embodiments, the memory 32 may optionally include memory located remotely from the processor 31, and these remote memories may be connected to the processor 31 via a network. Examples of such networks include, but are not limited to, the internet, intranets, local area networks, mobile communication networks, and combinations thereof.
One or more modules are stored in memory 32 and, when executed by processor 31, perform the method of recording violations of multiple vehicles crossing the line as in the embodiment shown in FIG. 1.
The details of the traffic control terminal may be understood with reference to the corresponding description and effects in the embodiment shown in fig. 1, and are not described herein again.
It will be understood by those skilled in the art that all or part of the processes of the methods of the embodiments described above can be implemented by hardware related to instructions of a computer program, and the program can be stored in a computer readable storage medium, and when executed, can include the processes of the embodiments of the methods described above. The storage medium may be a magnetic Disk, an optical Disk, a Read-Only Memory (ROM), a Random Access Memory (RAM), a Flash Memory (Flash Memory), a Hard Disk (Hard Disk Drive, abbreviated as HDD) or a Solid State Drive (SSD), etc.; the storage medium may also comprise a combination of memories of the kind described above.
