Background
The network payment service means that a payee or a payer remotely initiates a payment instruction by relying on a public network information system through electronic equipment such as a computer, a mobile terminal and the like, the electronic equipment of the payer does not interact with special equipment of the payee, and a payment mechanism provides money and fund transfer service for the payee. With the explosion of payment services, especially electronic commerce, network payment is widely known and applied to all aspects of business and people's lives.
At present, the main form of providing the financial checking of the payment end merchant, the bank and the third-party payment mechanism is to perform all financial checking of the previous working day or the previous natural day on the second working day or the natural day after the transaction is completed, the time interval of the account checking is one day, and the payment mechanism and the bank participating in the transaction can only obtain the final state and the fund settlement result of the transaction of the previous day on the second day. As shown in fig. 1, the specific process is as follows:
step 101: the payment mechanism 11 initiates a network payment transaction.
Step 102: the clearing organization (e.g. union of bank 12 in china) forwards to the bank 13.
Step 103: the bank 13 feeds back the transaction result to the union of bank 12 and performs financial processing.
Step 104: the Unionpay 12 forwards the transaction results to the payment institution 11, and the payment institution 11 displays the transaction results.
Step 105: and starting the fund clearing after the time of day and day of the Unionpay 12 to finish the fund clearing.
Step 106: the Union pay 12 issues a transaction reconciliation document to the bank 13 and the payment institution 11 participating in the transaction on a second weekday or nature day.
The bank 13 and the payment institution 11 then receive the reconciliation document, check the transaction status, and redeem the funds.
In the above process, the payment institution can check the transaction and exchange the fund only after a working day after the transaction is completed or after a few natural days (holidays are met). The processing timeliness of the whole transaction is prolonged, and the processing difficulty of the system is increased when the transaction is in a peak period.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to provide a network payment reconciliation method and a network payment reconciliation system, which are used for solving the problems of long time-efficiency of transaction checking and fund blending treatment in the prior art and the like.
In order to solve the above problems, the present invention provides the following technical solutions:
a network payment reconciliation method comprising the steps of: step 1, a network payment transaction participant freely sets a reconciliation period of the participant according to a selectable reconciliation interval time; step 2, the clearing organization confirms the reconciliation period freely set in the step one and generates reconciliation files of all transaction batches in the previous preset time period in a preset time period; step 3, the clearing organization summarizes all account checking files according to the account checking period set by the transaction participant and places the account checking files in corresponding server folders established for the transaction participant; and 4, the transaction participant acquires the reconciliation file corresponding to the transaction participant.
On the other hand, the invention also provides the following technical scheme:
a network payment reconciliation system comprising: the system comprises a plurality of first clients, a plurality of second clients and a plurality of second clients, wherein the first clients are used for initiating transaction requests, reconciliation requests and setting a reconciliation period; the second client is used for acquiring the transaction data of the first client, responding to various requests of the first client and generating reconciliation files of all transaction batches in a previous preset time period in a preset time period; and the server is in communication connection with the first client and the second client and is used for storing the reconciliation file generated by the second client so as to be accessed by the first client.
Analysis shows that the accounting data is processed in batches and in nodes, so that the transaction processing time can be prolonged, the accounting checking period can be shortened, and the accounting checking period can be defined by network payment transaction participants independently.
Detailed Description
The present invention will be described in further detail with reference to the accompanying drawings and specific embodiments.
Fig. 2 shows an embodiment of the network payment reconciliation system provided by the invention, and it should be understood that, at present, there is more than one participant (except for clearing organization) participating in the network payment transaction, so in fig. 2, the first client is a plurality, including more than one payment mechanism 21 and more than one bank 23; the second client is typically a web site 22, for example, as a clearing organization. Each client is communicatively connected to the server 20, and as the cloud technology is mature, the server 20 is not limited to a stand-alone device, and may be a combination of one or more devices.
In particular, the payment mechanism 21, the bank 23 may be used to initiate a transaction request, a reconciliation request and to set a reconciliation period. For example, the payment means 21 sets a reconciliation period of 12 hours, and the bank 23 sets a reconciliation period of 1 hour. The internet 22 obtains transaction data from the payment mechanism 21 and the bank 23 and responds to various requests from both, such as the aforementioned request to reset the reconciliation period. Meanwhile, reconciliation files of all transaction batches in the last preset time period are generated within a preset time period (for example, 1 hour) and stored to the server 20. The server 20 stores the reconciliation file generated by the internet connection 22 for the payment mechanism 21 and the bank 23 to access according to the agreed network path.
In further detail, the system embodiment shown in fig. 2 may operate according to the flow shown in fig. 3, and the steps are as follows:
at step 201, the payment mechanism 21 initiates a transaction request to the internet connection 22.
The internet 22 forwards the transaction request to the bank 23, step 202.
At step 203, the bank 23 processes the transaction request, completes (or does not complete), and feeds back the transaction result to the internet 22.
At step 204, the internet connection 22 forwards the transaction result to the payment mechanism 21.
The above steps are similar to the existing operation flow. In order to enable the payment mechanism 21 and the bank 23 to know the accounting data thereof in time and complete the accounting adjustment quickly, the network payment transaction participants, such as the payment mechanism 21 and the bank 23, may freely set the reconciliation period of the participants according to a selectable reconciliation interval time at any time, for example, set the reconciliation period to 1 hour, 3 hours or 6 hours. The payment mechanism 21 and the bank 23 send the reconciliation period adjustment request to the internet connection 22, and the internet connection 22 confirms the freely set reconciliation period, so that the new reconciliation period can be immediately effective, can be effective in the next reconciliation period, and can be effective in the next natural day. And pay for the following steps:
in step 205, the internet link 22 generates reconciliation files of all transaction batches in the last preset time period within a preset time period, for example, generating reconciliation files in the last 1 hour within 1 hour, including but not limited to transaction summary files and transaction detail files. The internet connection 22 summarizes all the reconciliation files according to the reconciliation period set by the payment mechanism 21 and the bank 23, and places the reconciliation files in corresponding server folders established for the transaction participants on the server 20.
At step 206/207, the payment mechanism 21 and the bank 23 acquire the reconciliation document corresponding thereto. Preferably, the payment mechanism 21 and the bank 23 acquire the reconciliation file through an agreed network access path to increase security.
And the process is circulated.
To make the reconciliation data accurate, the selectable reconciliation interval time is provided by the network link 22. Preferably, the preset time period is one hour, and the reconciliation period is an integral multiple of the preset time period, for example, the payment mechanism 21 and the bank 23 set their reconciliation periods to be 3 hours, 6 hours, and the like.
In conclusion, the invention divides the account checking into parts and processes the parts in batches, thereby shortening the account checking period, having flexible and convenient account checking time, being capable of completing the account adjustment more quickly, accelerating the fund mobility and adapting to the vigorous development of the current electronic commerce.
It will be appreciated by those skilled in the art that the invention may be embodied in other specific forms without departing from the spirit or essential characteristics thereof. The embodiments disclosed above are therefore to be considered in all respects as illustrative and not restrictive. All changes which come within the scope of or equivalence to the invention are intended to be embraced therein.
