In one embodiment, the processing system when executed by the processor 12 implements the steps of:
a first determination step of determining a type of a problem to which an abnormal problem belongs and a total amount of money involved in the abnormal problem after receiving the abnormal problem in the clearing and checking process based on the receipt and payment of funds;
the present embodiment is applied to clearing and checking of capital receipt and payment in the financial field, such as clearing and checking of pension capital receipt and payment. The issue types include a pay type and a non-pay type. The payment type includes repeated payment and wrong payment, for example, in the process of clearing and sending the batch, or in the process of returning the batch, accounting and returning the sales, etc., once the same content of the files of the batch A and the batch B is found, the suspected repeated payment needs to be reported for problem verification, and the type is the repeated payment at this moment; in the fund accounting process, the problem that the amount of the online bank is inconsistent with the amount of the account checking file, the account checking file has a batch changed, but the amount of the online bank is inconsistent without the account checking is suspected to be mistakenly received and paid, the problem needs to be reported for verification, and the type is wrong receipt and payment. Non-receipt-payment type disk sending abnormity, disk return file not being taken, account checking file not being taken, reimbursement failure, bank system abnormity and the like.
When the above-mentioned abnormal problem is received, the total amount of money relating to the abnormal problem is directly acquired, or the total amount of money relating to the abnormal problem is counted to finally obtain the total amount of money relating to the abnormal problem, and the total amount of money relating to the abnormal problem is, for example, 10 ten thousand, 50 ten thousand, 100 ten thousand, or 500 ten thousand.
A second determination step of determining the processing priority of the abnormal problem based on the association relationship between the predetermined problem type, the total amount involved in the abnormal problem and the processing priority, and determining the processing timeliness of the abnormal problem based on the association relationship between the predetermined processing priority and the processing timeliness;
in one embodiment, the processing priorities include a first priority P1, a second priority P2, and a third priority P3, P1> P2> P3, i.e., the first priority P1 is highest, the second priority P2 is next to the first priority P3, and the third priority P3 is lowest. The step of determining the processing priority of the abnormal problem based on the association relationship among the predetermined problem type, the total amount involved by the abnormal problem and the processing priority comprises the following steps:
if the problem type of the abnormal problem is a receipt and payment type and the total amount involved in the abnormal problem is greater than a first preset amount (for example, the total amount is greater than 5 ten thousand), determining that the processing priority of the abnormal problem is a first priority P1;
if the problem type of the abnormal problem is a receipt and payment type, and the total amount involved in the abnormal problem is less than or equal to a first preset amount and greater than a second preset amount (for example, the total amount is less than or equal to 5 ten thousand and greater than 1 ten thousand), determining that the processing priority of the abnormal problem is a second priority P2;
if the problem type of the abnormal problem is a receipt and payment type and the total amount involved in the abnormal problem is less than or equal to a second preset amount (for example, the total amount is less than or equal to 1 ten thousand), determining that the processing priority of the abnormal problem is a third priority P3, wherein the first preset amount is greater than the second preset amount;
if the problem type of the abnormal problem is a non-receipt-payment type and the total amount involved in the abnormal problem is larger than a third preset amount (for example, the total amount is larger than 500 ten thousand), determining that the processing priority of the abnormal problem is a first priority P1;
if the problem type of the abnormal problem is a non-receipt-payment type and the total amount involved in the abnormal problem is less than or equal to a third preset amount and greater than a fourth preset amount (for example, the total amount is less than or equal to 500 ten thousand and greater than 100 ten thousand), determining that the processing priority of the abnormal problem is a second priority P2;
if the problem type of the abnormal problem is a non-receipt-payment type and the total amount involved in the abnormal problem is less than or equal to a fourth preset amount (for example, the total amount is less than or equal to 100 ten thousand), determining that the processing priority of the abnormal problem is a third priority P3, wherein the third preset amount is greater than the fourth preset amount, and the fourth preset amount is greater than the first preset amount.
In this embodiment, the different problem types and the processing priorities corresponding to the total amount related thereto are different, and the problem types corresponding to the different abnormal problems, the total amount related to the abnormal problems, and the processing priorities are associated and stored in advance. The receiving and paying type has the largest influence on the service, so that under the condition that the receiving and paying type and the non-receiving and paying type are in the same total amount, the processing priority of the receiving and paying type is higher, and the required solution period is shorter; while the processing priority of the non-pay type is relatively low and the required resolution period is relatively loose.
In this embodiment, different processing priorities correspond to different processing timeliness, and the different processing priorities and the corresponding processing timeliness are associated and stored in advance. After the processing priority is determined according to the type of the problem and the total amount related to the problem, the corresponding processing timeliness can be determined according to the processing priority. The treatment aging is required to solve the abnormal problem within the treatment aging. Preferably, the treatment aging for the first priority P1 is 2 hours, the treatment aging for the second priority P2 is 6 hours, and the treatment aging for the third priority P3 is 18 hours.
And a calculating step, namely acquiring a harmonic parameter corresponding to the problem type, calculating a processing time limit T of the abnormal problem according to the processing timeliness, the harmonic parameter and the total amount related to the abnormal problem, and sequencing the abnormal problems in sequence according to the processing time limit T for processing by processing personnel.
In this embodiment, the reconciliation parameters are preset for different problem types, and the corresponding reconciliation parameter having a large influence on the service is large, so that the reconciliation parameter of the pay type is larger than the reconciliation parameter of the non-pay type. In one embodiment, the step of calculating the processing deadline of the exception issue comprises: the processing period T = TD x [1.5- (2/pi) arc tan (alpha x M) ], TD is the processing time limit, alpha is the reconciliation parameter corresponding to the problem type of the abnormal problem, and M is the total amount related to the abnormal problem.
In one embodiment, for the receipt and payment type, the reconciliation parameter α is 1/10000; for the non-pay-and-receive type, the reconciliation parameter α is a value between n/10000000 and n is (0, 10), for example, the unknown payment item verification α takes a value of 7/10000000, and the return disk file α takes a value of 5/10000000. (2/pi) × arctan (α × M) is a value between (0, 1), and then [1.5- (2/pi) × arctan (α × M) ] is a value between (1.5, 0.5), that is, the processing deadline T is floated around the processing time of TD according to the type of problem of the abnormal problem and the total amount involved, so that the processing deadline T is not a fixed value determined according to the processing priority but a value determined according to the type of problem and the total amount involved. And finally, sequencing all the abnormal problems in sequence according to the processing time limit T for processing by processing personnel so as to avoid delayed processing or omission of major problems.
Compared with the prior art, in the practical application scenario of the outbound clearing and the return checking, if an abnormal problem occurs, firstly determining the problem type of the abnormal problem and the total amount related to the abnormal problem, then determining the processing priority of the abnormal problem according to the problem type and the total amount related to the abnormal problem, and the processing timeliness corresponding to the processing priority, calculating the processing deadline T related to the problem type and the total amount related to the abnormal problem on the basis of the processing timeliness, finally performing comprehensive sequencing on the abnormal problems according to the processing deadline T, and when the number of reported abnormal problems is large, performing sequential processing, so as to avoid delay processing or omission of major problems, and reduce loss.
To further avoid delayed processing or omission of major problems, in an embodiment, if the processing priorities include a first priority P1, a second priority P2 and a third priority P3, P1> P2> P3, for an abnormal problem with the processing priority being the first priority P1, when the deadline time from the processing deadline T is a first preset time (for example, the first preset time is 1 hour), if the abnormal problem is detected to be in an incomplete state, the abnormal problem is identified as an emergency processing state and can be set to be processed by the processing personnel in a priority manner;
for an abnormal problem with a processing priority other than the first priority P1, that is, an abnormal problem with the second priority P2 or the third priority P3, when the deadline time from the processing deadline T is a second preset time (for example, the second preset time is 3 hours), the first preset time is less than the second preset time, and if the abnormal problem is detected to be in an incomplete state, the processing priority of the abnormal problem is increased, for example, the processing priority of the abnormal problem is the second priority P2, and is increased to the first priority P1. Re-determining the processing timeliness of the abnormal problems based on the improved processing priority, re-calculating the processing deadline T of the abnormal problems according to the processing timeliness, the harmonic parameters and the total amount related to the abnormal problems determined at this time, and re-sequencing the abnormal problems according to the re-calculated processing deadline T for processing personnel to perform priority processing.
The embodiment performs upgrading processing on some abnormal problems which are close to the deadline of the processing deadline T but are not solved, for example, the abnormal problems are identified as an emergency processing state or the processing deadline is recalculated and sequenced for processing personnel to perform priority processing, so that the delay processing or omission of major problems is further avoided.
In order to further avoid delayed processing or omission of major problems, in another embodiment, for all the abnormal problems with processing priorities, when the deadline from the processing deadline T of the abnormal problem is a third preset time, for example, the third preset time is 2 hours, if it is detected that the abnormal problem is in a completed state, a completion identifier is generated, and the abnormal problem can be removed from the list corresponding to the sorting so as to facilitate a processing person to view other unprocessed abnormal problems; if the abnormal problem is monitored to be in an unfinished state, a reminding message is generated and sent to a preset terminal, and processing personnel can preferentially process the abnormal problems which are already reminded.
As shown in fig. 2, fig. 2 is a schematic flow chart of an embodiment of the method for handling the abnormal fund problem according to the present invention, and the method for handling the abnormal fund problem includes the following steps:
step S1, after receiving an abnormal problem in the clearing and checking process based on fund receipt and payment, determining the problem type of the abnormal problem and the total amount related to the abnormal problem, wherein the problem type comprises a receipt and payment type and a non-receipt and payment type;
the present embodiment is applied to clearing and checking of capital receipt and payment in the financial field, such as clearing and checking of pension capital receipt and payment.
S2, determining the processing priority of the abnormal problem based on the predetermined problem type and the incidence relation between the total amount related to the abnormal problem and the processing priority, and determining the processing timeliness of the abnormal problem based on the predetermined incidence relation between the processing priority and the processing timeliness;
in one embodiment, the processing priorities include a first priority P1, a second priority P2, and a third priority P3, P1> P2> P3, i.e., the first priority P1 is the highest, the second priority P2 is the next highest, and the third priority P3 is the lowest. The step of determining the processing priority of the abnormal problem based on the association relationship among the predetermined problem type, the total amount involved by the abnormal problem and the processing priority comprises the following steps:
if the problem type of the abnormal problem is a receipt and payment type and the total amount involved in the abnormal problem is greater than a first preset amount (for example, the total amount is greater than 5 ten thousand), determining that the processing priority of the abnormal problem is a first priority P1;
if the problem type of the abnormal problem is a receipt and payment type, and the total amount involved in the abnormal problem is less than or equal to a first preset amount and greater than a second preset amount (for example, the total amount is less than or equal to 5 ten thousand and greater than 1 ten thousand), determining that the processing priority of the abnormal problem is a second priority P2;
if the problem type of the abnormal problem is a receipt and payment type and the total amount involved in the abnormal problem is less than or equal to a second preset amount (for example, the total amount is less than or equal to 1 ten thousand), determining that the processing priority of the abnormal problem is a third priority P3, wherein the first preset amount is greater than the second preset amount;
if the problem type of the abnormal problem is a non-receipt-payment type and the total amount involved in the abnormal problem is larger than a third preset amount (for example, the total amount is larger than 500 ten thousand), determining that the processing priority of the abnormal problem is a first priority P1;
if the problem type of the abnormal problem is a non-receipt-payment type and the total amount involved in the abnormal problem is less than or equal to a third preset amount and greater than a fourth preset amount (for example, the total amount is less than or equal to 500 ten thousand and greater than 100 ten thousand), determining that the processing priority of the abnormal problem is a second priority P2;
if the problem type of the abnormal problem is a non-receipt-payment type and the total amount involved in the abnormal problem is less than or equal to a fourth preset amount (for example, the total amount is less than or equal to 100 ten thousand), determining that the processing priority of the abnormal problem is a third priority P3, wherein the third preset amount is greater than the fourth preset amount, and the fourth preset amount is greater than the first preset amount.
In this embodiment, the processing priorities corresponding to the different problem types and the total amount related thereto are different, and the problem types corresponding to the different abnormal problems, the total amount related to the abnormal problems, and the processing priorities are associated and stored in advance. The receiving and paying type has the largest influence on the service, so that under the condition that the receiving and paying type and the non-receiving and paying type have the same total amount, the processing priority of the receiving and paying type is higher, and the required solution time limit is shorter; while the processing priority of the non-pay type is relatively low and the required resolution period is relatively loose.
And S3, acquiring a harmonic parameter corresponding to the problem type, calculating a processing time limit T of the abnormal problem according to the processing timeliness, the harmonic parameter and the total amount related to the abnormal problem, and sequencing the abnormal problems according to the processing time limit T for processing by a processing person.
In this embodiment, the reconciliation parameters are preset for different problem types, and the corresponding reconciliation parameter having a large influence on the service is large, so that the reconciliation parameter of the pay type is larger than that of the reconciliation parameter of the non-pay type. In one embodiment, the step of calculating the processing deadline of the exception issue comprises: the processing time limit T = TD [1.5- (2/pi) · arctan (alpha M) ], TD is the processing aging, alpha is the harmonic parameter corresponding to the problem type of the abnormal problem, and M is the total amount related to the abnormal problem.
In one embodiment, for the receipt and payment type, the reconciliation parameter α is 1/10000; for the non-payment type, the reconciliation parameter α is a value between n/10000000 and n (0, 10), for example, the unknown item verifies α to be 7/10000000, and the unrecoverable disk file α is to be 5/10000000. And finally, sequencing the abnormal problems in sequence according to the processing time limit T for processing by processing personnel so as to avoid delayed processing or omission of major problems.
To further avoid delayed processing or omission of major problems, in an embodiment, if the processing priorities include a first priority P1, a second priority P2 and a third priority P3, P1> P2> P3, for an abnormal problem with the processing priority being the first priority P1, when the deadline time from the processing deadline T is a first preset time (for example, the first preset time is 1 hour), if the abnormal problem is detected to be in an incomplete state, the abnormal problem is identified as an emergency processing state and can be set to be processed by the processing personnel in a priority manner;
for the abnormal problem with the processing priority other than the first priority P1, that is, the abnormal problem with the second priority P2 or the third priority P3, when the deadline time from the processing deadline T is a second preset time (for example, the second preset time is 3 hours), the first preset time is shorter than the second preset time, and if the abnormal problem is detected to be in an incomplete state, the processing priority of the abnormal problem is increased, for example, the processing priority of the abnormal problem is the second priority P2, which is increased to the first priority P1. Re-determining the processing timeliness of the abnormal problems based on the improved processing priority, re-calculating the processing deadline T of the abnormal problems according to the processing timeliness, the harmonic parameters and the total amount related to the abnormal problems determined at this time, and re-sequencing the abnormal problems according to the re-calculated processing deadline T for the processing personnel to perform priority processing.
