Detailed Description
In order to make the objects, technical solutions and advantages of the embodiments of the present application clearer, the technical solutions in the embodiments of the present application will be clearly and completely described below with reference to the drawings in the embodiments of the present application, and it is obvious that the described embodiments are some embodiments of the present application, but not all embodiments. All other embodiments, which can be derived by a person skilled in the art from the embodiments given herein without making any creative effort, shall fall within the protection scope of the present application.
The terms "first," "second," "third," "fourth," and the like in the description and in the claims of the present application and in the above-described drawings (if any) are used for distinguishing between similar elements and not necessarily for describing a particular sequential or chronological order. It is to be understood that the data so used is interchangeable under appropriate circumstances such that the embodiments of the application described herein are capable of operation in sequences other than those illustrated or described herein. Furthermore, the terms "comprises," "comprising," and "having," and any variations thereof, are intended to cover a non-exclusive inclusion, such that a process, method, system, article, or apparatus that comprises a list of steps or elements is not necessarily limited to those steps or elements expressly listed, but may include other steps or elements not expressly listed or inherent to such process, method, article, or apparatus.
In the prior art, for financial platform accounting data processing, only the bottom layer flow data is usually stored in the database of the platform server. When the financial data is processed, the flow data of the bottom layer is directly transmitted to the bank server to be processed by the bank server, but due to the difference of the data generated by different platforms, the bank still needs to research and develop a processing program aiming at the financial data of each platform, so that time and labor are wasted, and the time cost of the access of a seller is greatly increased.
Or, the bank server can also obtain the corresponding accounting file by directly querying the database of the platform server. However, when the checking operation is performed, the account documents (e.g., loan bills, installment lines) to be obtained still change dynamically, which may cause inaccurate results. In addition, the direct database lookup method has a large access burden on the database, and the database is prone to be rushed.
In view of the above problems, an embodiment of the present application provides an accounting data processing method, which may include obtaining accounting running data corresponding to a loan statement in a current accounting period, then determining the accounting data in the current accounting period according to the accounting data in a previous accounting period and the obtained accounting running data in the current accounting period, and configuring a root of the accounting data after accounting into different types of accounting file formats for output, so as to meet the accounting data processing requirements of different sponsors, thereby greatly reducing the time cost for accessing a sponsor into a platform, and improving the access efficiency. The positioning method is described in detail below with several specific implementations.
Fig. 1 is an application scenario diagram of an accounting data processing method according to an embodiment of the present application. As shown in fig. 1, the accounting data processing method provided by this embodiment is applied to a platform server 100, and a database is disposed in the platform server 100 and is used for storing loan statement data and stream data.
Fig. 2 is a diagram illustrating an example of an accounting structure in a platform server according to an embodiment of the present application. As shown in fig. 2, the accounting structure in the database of the platform server may be change record data including various types of accounting data, such as accounting types of global purchases, education, tourism, and renting houses, and also such accounting types of loans, interest counts, refunds, and repayment. Specifically, the "education, XXXX, XX month XX, XXX yuan", or "loan, XXXX year XX month XX, XXX yuan", or "interest, XXXXX year XX month XX, XXX yuan", may be mentioned. It should be noted that, at least, the above description is provided for illustrating the accounting data used in the embodiments of the present application, and is not particularly limited.
With continued reference to fig. 1, the platform server 100 may access a plurality of external servers, such as the sponsor server 200, and the platform server 100 may further restore the current accounting change behavior of the client by replaying the accounting streamline data in the current settlement period at a fixed time node (for example, 0 am) according to a settlement period (for example, 24 hours) with a preset duration in addition to recording the accounting streamline data, so as to settle the accounting data in the current settlement period, and to output the accounting settlement data uniformly according to a preset format. It should be understood that, for replaying the accounting running data in the current settlement period, the running data in the accounting running data recorded in the current settlement period may be sequentially accumulated in the corresponding data in the accounting data in the previous settlement period to obtain the accounting data in the current settlement period. For example, some data in the accounting running data recorded in the current settlement period is sequentially a data, B data, and C data according to the chronological order, and the accounting data in the previous settlement period is X data. The data a, the data B, and the data C may be sequentially accumulated on the basis of the data X, so that the accounting data in the current settlement period is obtained as the data Y.
It should be noted that after receiving the accounting data in the unified format, the sponsor server 200 may perform further operations using the accounting data, for example, the bank server performs reconciliation. Specifically, the bank needs information such as the current day general ledger, loan lists which are not settled by the date of the data and are settled on the current day, the variable installments on the current day, and the rest of other installments. The accounting data processing method provided by the embodiment can accurately calculate the data required by each sponsor, and can customize the configuration according to the requirements of the sponsor.
Fig. 3 is a flowchart illustrating an accounting data processing method according to an exemplary embodiment of the present application. As shown in fig. 3, the accounting data processing method provided in this embodiment includes:
step 101, acquiring accounting running data corresponding to the loan order.
Specifically, in each settlement period, accounting change data in the current settlement period is recorded and stored, so that accounting flow data is formed. And, each loan order is created, a unique loan order identification code is assigned, which may be, for example, a loan order number that identifies the corresponding loan order. And for each account change data, the corresponding loan order number is recorded, so that the accounting running data is acquired according to the loan order number when settlement is carried out.
However, it should be noted that the above-mentioned manner of obtaining the accounting chronological data corresponding to the loan order through the loan order number is only one possible implementation manner, and the obtaining and/or the screening of the corresponding accounting chronological data may also be performed according to the type of the loan order or other attribute information according to the specific settlement requirement, and in this embodiment, the method is not limited in particular.
It should be further understood that the loan order in this embodiment may be any form of file that records the user's accounting flow data, where the recorded accounting flow may be loan, repayment, consumption, installment, interest, penalty, and the like, and in this embodiment, the specific form of the loan order is not limited.
And step 102, determining second accounting data according to the accounting flow data and the first accounting data.
Specifically, the second accounting data may be determined according to the accounting running data and the first accounting data, where the first accounting data is the accounting settlement data of the previous settlement period loan order, and the second accounting data is the accounting settlement data of the current settlement period loan order.
Optionally, each item of flow data in the accounting flow data may be sequentially accumulated in each corresponding item of data in the first accounting data to obtain the second accounting data.
For example, the accounting flow data of the current period includes 10 flow data (for example, payment data, accounting data, refund data, etc.), and the 10 flow data may be arranged in the generated time sequence. When accounting data is settled, the 10 items of flow data can be sequentially accumulated on the basis of the first accounting data of the previous settlement period, so that the accounting processing behavior of the client in the current settlement period is restored, and the second accounting data after the current settlement period is finished is obtained.
And step 103, sending second accounting data.
The second accounting data may be accounting settlement data including one preset format, or may be accounting settlement data including a plurality of preset formats. It should be noted that the second accounting data may be determined according to the data processing requirement of a specific sponsor, and the specific form of the second accounting data is not specifically limited in this embodiment.
After determining the second accounting data according to the accounting flow data and the first accounting data, the second accounting data may be sent to a corresponding sponsor platform for subsequent processing, such as reconciliation processing.
In the embodiment, the accounting running data corresponding to the loan bill in the current accounting settlement period is obtained first, then the accounting settlement data in the current settlement period is determined according to the accounting settlement data in the previous settlement period and the obtained accounting running data in the current settlement period, and the settled accounting settlement data is configured into different types of accounting file formats for output, so as to meet the accounting data processing requirements of different suppliers, thereby greatly reducing the time cost for accessing the platform by the suppliers and improving the access efficiency.
Fig. 4 is a schematic illustration of a loan order processing flow, in accordance with an exemplary embodiment, based on the embodiment shown in fig. 3. As shown in fig. 4, in the present embodiment, the processing of the loan order mainly includes: obtaining an unsettled loan bill, performing financial settlement and processing the loan bill after settlement.
Specifically, the non-settlement loan order may be obtained from a to-be-settled loan order pool, wherein the to-be-settled loan order pool includes loan orders which are not settled in the last accounting settlement period and loan orders which are running in the current accounting settlement period.
Wherein the outstanding loan order may be stored in a cache system, while all the loan orders are stored in a history database. When the non-settlement loan bill is obtained, the non-settlement loan bill can be directly obtained from the caching system according to the identification information (such as the number of the loan bill) to be settled. And when the corresponding loan bill can not be obtained from the cache system according to the identification information to be settled, the loan bill can be obtained from the historical database according to the identification information to be settled.
By arranging the cache system and the historical database, the processing efficiency of the financial data can be improved by directly obtaining the unsettled loan bill from the cache system while the integrity of the loan bill data storage is ensured.
Furthermore, in view of the storage timeliness in the cache system for the identification information to be settled, a storage update mechanism may be set up according to a time rule. For example, the identification information to be settled corresponding to the unsettled loan ticket may be stored in the cache system for a preset time, for example: three days. Within the three days, if the unsettled loan bill is cleared, the identification information to be settled is directly cleared from the cache system; and in the three days, if the unsettled loan bill is not settled, but corresponding accounting flow data exists, calculating the number of failure days by taking the latest flow data generation time as a new starting point; and in the three days, if the unsettled loan order is not cleared and corresponding accounting flow data is not generated, the identification information to be settled is also cleared in the cache system.
After the corresponding to-be-settled bill of loan is obtained from the to-be-settled bill pool corresponding to the current accounting settlement period, the current accounting settlement period can be settled according to the recorded accounting flow data. The second accounting data may be obtained by sequentially accumulating various items of the accounting data (for example, loan, repayment, overdue, refund, and interest) in the first accounting data. Wherein, for the loan, the creation of a new loan order or an extension order can be carried out; for repayment, the part which is not yet paid in the accounting data can be reduced, and the part which is yet paid can be increased; for overdue, penalty is given, and the change can be carried out along with the increase of the number of overdue days; for refund, the amount of the part which is not yet paid is reduced; for interest, interest is increased corresponding to interest and interest on the day. However, the accounting processing behaviors corresponding to the above-mentioned items of running data are merely exemplified, and in this embodiment, the specific behaviors of the accounting processing are not specifically limited.
After the accounting data settlement is completed, corresponding retrofitful work needs to be carried out, namely, the loan bill is correspondingly processed.
Specifically, it may be determined whether the second financial data in the loan order is settled data, and if the determination result is no, the loan order is stored in the cache system and the historical database, respectively, but if the determination result is yes, the loan order is stored in the historical database, and the loan order is removed from the cache system. Note that, if the outstanding principal, interest, and penalty in the loan bill are all 0, the loan bill is regarded as a settlement. If not, this continues to keep the outstanding loan statement data in the caching system, not ready for accounting settlement for the next accounting settlement period. Therefore, only settled loan bill data is stored in the cache system, and the excessive data volume in the cache system is effectively avoided, so that the settlement efficiency of the financial data is ensured.
Fig. 5 is a flowchart illustrating an accounting data processing method according to another exemplary embodiment of the present application. As shown in fig. 5, the accounting data processing method provided in this embodiment includes:
step 201, obtaining the accounting running data corresponding to the loan order.
Step 202, determining second accounting data according to the accounting flow data and the first accounting data.
It should be noted that the specific implementation manners of steps 201 to 202 in this embodiment are similar to the specific implementation manners of steps 101 to 102 in the embodiment shown in fig. 3, and therefore, no further description is given in this embodiment.
And step 203, classifying the loan bills in the to-be-settled loan bill pool according to preset financial classification rules.
In order to output corresponding financial settlement data according to different financial types, the loan bills in the loan bill pool to be settled can be classified according to preset financial classification rules. For example: the accounting types may include forms of car loan, house loan, and consumption loan, and may also include short-term loans or long-term loans.
And step 204, determining the summarized financial data corresponding to the preset financial type according to the second financial data of all the loan bills of the preset financial type.
Then, according to the second accounting data of all the loan statements of the preset accounting type, determining the summarized accounting data corresponding to the preset accounting type, for example: short-term loan fund issuing, real-time short-term normal loan principal returning, advance short-term loan principal advancing and the like. Therefore, the sponsor can perform reconciliation operation on the summarized accounting data for each dimension.
Step 205, sending the second accounting data and/or the aggregated accounting data.
The second accounting data and the summarized accounting data may include accounting settlement data in a preset format, or may include accounting settlement data in multiple preset formats. It should be noted that the second accounting data may be determined according to the data processing requirement of a specific sponsor, and the specific form of the second accounting data and the summarized accounting data is not specifically limited in this embodiment.
After determining the second accounting data and the summarized accounting data, the second accounting data and the summarized accounting data may be sent to a corresponding sponsor platform for subsequent processing, such as subsequent reconciliation processing.
To illustrate the technical effect of the accounting data processing method provided by this embodiment, it can be compared with an accounting processing method of directly transmitting the flow water data:
the accounting data processing method provided by any of the above embodiments may restore the current accounting change behavior of the client by replaying the accounting running data in the current settlement period, determine the accounting data in the current settlement period according to the accounting data in the previous settlement period and the obtained accounting running data in the current settlement period, and configure the settled accounting data root into different types of accounting file formats for output, so as to meet the accounting data processing requirements of different parties. Compared with the mode of directly transmitting the accounting processing of the stream data, the method can greatly reduce the time cost of accessing the resource and reduce the development and maintenance cost. And the output accounting data can be configured into different types of file formats according to requirements. In addition, by setting a fixed settlement period, the problem that the data processing result is inaccurate because the data is still updated when the cross-period settlement is carried out at present can be avoided.
