Abstract

SISTEMAS PARA AUXILIAR UM CIRURGIÃO NA COLOCAÇÃO DE PELO MENOS UM DISPOSITIVO DE ABLAÇÃO E PARA ORIENTAR E EXECUTAR UM PROCEDIMENTO DE ABLAÇÃO E MÉTODO DE DESENVOLVIMENTO DE UM PLANO DE TRATAMENTO. É descrito um sistema para auxiliar um cirurgião na colocação de pelo menos um dispositivo de ablação em uma região de tratamento de um paciente, em que o sistema inclui, pelo menos, um sistema de computador que compreende um monitor, uma interface de usuário e software. O sistema usa os dados de imagem do paciente da região de tratamento para gerar uma imagem da região de tratamento no monitor e identifica a região de tratamento para fazer ablação com um alvo. As propriedades do tecido da região de tratamento são identificadas e usadas para executar a modelagem térmica. Os parâmetros de tratamento são gerados e uma zona de ablação é calculada. Um monitor do sistema de computador é gerado para mostrar (a) o número de dispositivos de ablação necessários para fazer a ablação da região de tratamento e a localização e a orientação de cada dispositivo de ablação na região de tratamento e (b) a zona de ablação.
