Abstract
The method involves freeing the damage point of the concrete by removing loose or non-weight-bearing concrete constituents until weight-bearing base is reached. The freed concrete surfaces (1) are wetted with water and then the damage point is filled with mineral renovation mortar, which is then covered with a foil. An excess of renovation mortar is placed in the damage point, so that in the area of the point it extends by a few millimetres over the plane of the concrete surface, and covers the areas of the intact concrete surface adjacent to the damage point by a few centimetres. A liquid foil is applied over the entire outer surface of the renovation mortar. After the mortar has hardened, the areas extending over the concrete surface are ground away.
