Abstract
The present invention provides a modified vinyl silane as well as a preparation method and an application thereof. Oily groups (silicone oil group or ring opening group of dimethylcyclosiloxane) are grafted onto vinyl silane to obtain a modified vinyl silane, and the resulting modified vinyl silane has increased oiliness, low viscosity and enhanced dispersion; when used as a coupling agent for organic and/or inorganic powder, the modified vinyl silane can be grafted uniformly and stably onto the organic and/or inorganic powder; the modified powder has good dispersion, and the stability of the modified materials is improved. The present invention provides a method for preparing the modified vinyl silane, wherein vinyl silane and a modifying agent are subjected to rearrangement reaction under the action of a catalyst; the modifying agent has high oiliness and good dispersion, and can enhance the dispersing ability of the modified vinyl silane.
