Abstract
TEHNOLOŠKI POSTUPAK ZA OTKOPAVANJE RUDE BLOKOVSKO-PODETAŽNIM ZARUŠAVANJEM SA MAGAZINIRANJEM RUDE U STEŠNJENOJ SREDINI. Da bi se sprečila maksimalna koncentracija pritiska pri otkopavanju na velikim dubinama ovim tehnološkim postupkom otkopavanja rasterećuje se stenski masiv, povećava se iskorišćenje rudne supstance i ukupna ekonomičnost otkopavanja rude formiranjem originalne konstruktivne jedinice od minimalno tri otkopna bloka unutar kojih se grade etažni hodnici (1), hodnici bušenja (2), hodnici utovara (3) i buše lepeze (4, 5) koje se aktiviraju u pojasevima od po četiri istovremeno. Dužina sektora za miniranje za sva tri otkopna bloka iznosi 12 m. U otkopnom bloku s čeonim utovarom taj interval postiže iz dva miniranja od po 6 m, dok otkopavanje rude u bloku sa bočnim utovarom napreduje ispred otkopavanja u bloku sa čeonim utovarom za 6 m.Pre miniranja sledećeg sektora u otkopima sa bočnim utovarom rude, količina od 15-20% od minirane rude se istoči da bi se obezbedila rastresitost i uslovi za stešnjenu sredinu za naredno rniniranje. Zavrsetkom miniranja rude po sektorima u sva tri otkopna bloka vrši se utovar rude izuzev samog početka otkopavanja kada se najpre vrši utovar rude u blokovima sa boćnim utovatrom, a potom u bloku sa Čeonim utovarom rude.Radi boljeg iskorišćenja rude elipsoidi točenja treba da se presecaju.TECHNOLOGICAL PROCEDURE FOR ORE EXCAVATION OF BLOCK-RELEASED POLLUTION WITH MAGAZINATION OF THE ORE IN THE COMPRESSED ENVIRONMENT.
