Abstract

POSTUPAK TOPLINSKE RAZGRADNJE SERPENTINA RADI DOBIJANJA AMORFNIH I REAKTIVNIH SLOBODNIH OKSIDA, ovim pronalaskom razradjen je postupak razgradnje serpentina do slobodnih oksida zagrijavanjem u fluidizirajućem sloju. Dobiva se rendgenografski amorfna smjesa slobodnih i reaktivnih oksida.METHOD OF THERMAL DECOMPOSITION OF SERPENTINE TO OBTAIN AMORPHOUS AND REACTIVE FREE OXIDES, the present invention provides a process for the decomposition of serpentine to free oxides by heating in a fluidizing bed. Crushed serpentinite with a particle size below 200 μm is dried at 105-110V ° C. By heating in a fluidizing bed at 620-630V ° C for 30 minutes, the mineral serpentine-antigorite decomposes to free oxides. The process is continuous and is performed in the apparatus - furnace (reactor) with air as a fluidizing medium. Under these conditions, a topotactic reaction of decomposition of serpentine-antigorite takes place, but not a heterogeneous reaction between the separated oxides. An X-ray amorphous mixture of free and reactive oxides is obtained.
