Abstract

Postupak izrade prelaznih bimetalnih celik-aluminijum elemenata otpornih na vestacko starenje i temperaturne udare od 500°C, podrazumeva tehnoloski postupak pri kojem se istovremeno eksplozijom spaja, celik, titan kao medjusloj, i aluminijum. U spoj se ugradjuje celik sa sadrzajem ugljenika ispod 0.04 mass% i azota sa ispod 0.007 mass%, tehnicki titan, debljine 1 mm, i aluminijum sa Si<0.25 mass%, Fe<0.04 mass%, Cu<0.05 mass%, Mg<0.05 mass%, Zn<0.025 mass%, Ti<0.03 mass%. Titan, kao medjusloj, sprecava intenzivniji razvoj difuzije na granici celika i aluminijuma i odrzava propisani nivo cvrstoce spoja kod temperaturnih udara do 500°C. Pod dejstvom gasovitih produkata eksplozije gornje ploce se ubrzavaju i u sudaru sa celikom zavaruju. Iz formiranog bimetala se izrezuju finalne dimenzije prelaznih elemenata, iskljucivo testerama, i ugradjuju kao elektrokontakti u postrojenjima za proizvodnju aluminijuma.
