Abstract
Production procedure for transfer bimetal steel-aluminium elements resistant to artificial decay and temperature strikes to 500 °C, implies technological procedure while it simultaneously connects by explosion steel, titanium as interlayer and aluminium. In the connection, we insert steel with the content of carbon below 0.04 mass % and nitrogen with bellow 0.007 mass% , technical titan of 1mm thickness and alluminium with Si<0.25mass %, Fe< 0.04 mass%, Cu<0.05 mass%, Mg< 0.05 mass%, Zn< 0.025mass%, Ti< 0.03 mass% Titanium, as interlayer, prevents intensive development of diffusion at the border of steel and alluminium that supports the required level of firmness of connection with temperature strokes up to 500 °C. Under the influence of gaseous products of the explosion, the upper plates are fastened and welded in conflict with steel. From the formed bimetal, final dimensions of transfer elements are cut, exclusively saw, and imbedded as electrocontacts in plants for aluminium production.
