POSTUPAK ZA DOBIJANJE BETA GLUKANAZE IZ PLESNI MUCOR MIEHEI I BETA GLUKANAZA DOBIJENA PO TOM POSTUPKU, opisan je postopek za pridobivanje beta glukanaze iz plesni Mucor miehei, pri katerem mikroorganizem Mucor miehei MZKIBK B-196 gojimo submerzno aerobno pri pH 5,70 do 6,20 pri temperaturi 28 do 36В°C najprej v vegetativni ter nato v fermentacijski fazi v hranilnem gojišču, ki se sestoji iz vira ogljika, dušika, vitaminov in mineralnih snovi.
