Abstract

POSTUPAK ZA DOBIJANJE SPREJNOG NIFEDIPINSKOG RASTVORA - Pronalazak se odnosi na postupak za dobijanje sprejnog nifedipinskog rastvora koji obuhvata 1-5 mas.% nifedipina, 5-24 mas.% poli(etilen glikola), 50-70 mas.% etanola, 10-30 mas.% propilen glikola i 0,1-0,5 mas.% aditiva. Dodatno gornjim uobičajenim sastojcima nifedipinski rastvor sadrži 2-4 mas.% etil oleata.The invention relates to a process for the preparation of a spray nifedipine solution comprising 1-5% by weight of nifedipine, 5-24% by weight of poly (ethylene glycol), 50-70% by weight of ethanol, 10-30 % by weight of propylene glycol and 0.1-0.5% by weight of additive. In addition to the above conventional ingredients, the nifedipine solution contains 2-4% by weight of ethyl oleate.
