Abstract

Tehnološki postupak prerade hrastovog žira u obliku mlevene kafe, naznačen time, što se, od kore, očišćen žir suši na temperaturi do 25В°C i postigne vlažnost do 15%, a zatim melje da veličina prečnika čestica bude do 3mm, peče na temperaturi do 160 В°C, uz stalno mešanje cele mase, u vremenu do 60 minuta, i na kraju melje do veličine čestica do 1m do 5 m sa vlažnošću do 4% i sadržaj pepela do 3%.
