Abstract
Kontinualan postupak za pripremanje izocijanata reakcijom odgovarajućih primarnih amina sa fozgenom u prisustvu nekog izocijanata, kao rastvarača, naznačen time, što se primarni amin, eventualno rastvoren u nekom inertnom, organskom rastvaraču, i fozgen, koji je rastvoren u izocijanatu u koncentraciji od 10 do 60 mas.%, računato na rastvor izocijanat/fozgen, na temperaturama od 60 do 180В°C i pritiscima od 1 do 30 bar (105 do 3x106 Pa), prevode u odgovarajući izocijanat, pri čemu molski odnos fozgena prema unetom aminu iznosi 4:1 do 1:1, i što izocijanat,upotrebijen kao rastvarač, ne sadrži čvrstu supstancu, a vrednost hlora koji može biti hidrolizovan manja je od 2%.
